Very sad. What shitty customer service. Me and my mom had ordered a burger that we had to wait 45 mins for, they weren't even busy! We waited for 45 mins for our burger. And when we got the food finally, The fries were so old and cold. Got to eat This place is very kid friendly and PINK. However it is a little crowded and there is almost no where to sit. Also all of the flavors they had available I had seen before . I give this restaurant 1 star simply because they would not honor a coupon I purchased. Their excuse was because I purchased the coupon when the fatburger was a corporation at the time and they are now a franchise. What? To start, the onion rings were very good. All 8 of them were superb. At 50 cents an onion, though, they were still really overpriced. Let's talk customer service. The cashier simply could not get the order right for 4 or 5 minutes. I would speak clearly and slowly and she would screw it up and I would try to fix it and she couldn't manage. When I said 'I would like cheese' she didn't ask what kind. She didn't ask how I would like my burger at all. When I asked for my burger medium well, she just looked at me. At this point I was so frustrated I just let it go. For the record, this is the order: "Medium Fatburger combo with the burger cooked medium well; with no pickles, tomato, or mustard. Please Grill the onions, add cheddar cheese and ketchup, and ask the cook to toast the bun. For the side I would like Onion Rings and I would like a chocolate shake to drink." Not exactly rocket science. In addition, when somebody says 'the ketchup dispensers are empty' the rest of the line will understand if you take a minute to change them. They probably want ketchup too. The shake tasted like Hershey's syrup and salt. No happy chocolate taste, it was runny and awful. I love shakes, and this was the first shake I have ever thrown away because it tasted terrible. Let's move on to the burger. Never in my whole life have I had a worse burger. The one time my 12 year old made a burger and it was so rare it tried to call it's mother for help was better. Warmer too. Theoretically all these parts were on the burger. In clumps. I have had salads with half the lettuce they put on the burger. One spot on my burger had ketchup, another had mayo and the center was nothing but sweet relish. The bun was not toasted. The entire burger was beyond soggy. The bread had started to turn to paste there was so much liquid on it. I thought the first few bites didn't have any meat in it, the meat was that tasteless. I saw the cooks grilling and my meat was brown on the outside so I assume they cooked it, but the inside of the burger was raw and the entire burger was warm, not hot. To top it all off? My stomach hurt the rest of the night. It was only the thought that I would need to taste it all over again if I threw up that kept my stomach from rejecting the meal. I understand that some people love Fatburger and swear by them. I have worked in quick service restaurants for 7 years. I know what it takes to build Goodwill with tasty burgers and great customer service. Evidently nobody in that location cares about anything like that. read more

I can't speak for all the employees but the guy working the register at around 5-5:30pm was rude. My Fiancé had asked for no tomatoes, lettuce or Mayo on his burger. He got all of those on his burger. So when he went to the guy at the register to tell him politely that his order was wrong the guy immediately said "no it's right!" Don't let the name scare you away! Fatburger burgers are very tasty. Albeit, they are kind of expensive compared to a Mooyah Burger, Five Guys, or even The Habit burgers, it's still really good. Decided to grab a burger here after a little gambling. I hadn't ever tried Fatburger before. We ordered a couple large burgers, a fat fry, & some onion rings. The girl that took my order was totally unfriendly, never even smiled once & hardly said two words to me. She didn't give me my drink & when I asked for it she didn't even say anything, just grabbed a cup, filled it with Coke & set it down on the counter. My sister ordered her food right before me & got hers pretty quickly. Mine took forever, & they weren't even busy. Over 15 minutes after I ordered, the food was finally ready. My sister had already eaten her entire meal while I sat there starving & getting irritated. I have no idea what took them so long with mine. The burger was huge, but lacking flavor. It seemed like they put little to no seasoning on the patty. There wasn't much sauce on it either. It was sadly, pretty plain. The fries were ok, not super crispy though & they didn't have enough salt on them. The onion rings were the best thing I had. It was about $22 for 2 large burgers, fries, onion rings, and a medium coke. Pretty expensive, if you ask me. It's a dollar extra for any topping too (cheese, bacon, fried egg, etc.) Not worth it for the flavor, or lack thereof. The service was lacking also. Won't go back. read more

Was at Thunder Valley Casino. Walked over to Fatburger (which is inside the casino building). Ordered a "Fat Deal" for nine bucks. The "Fat Deal" consists of a 1/3 lb. burger, fries, and a soda. Soda was good. Fries were excellent. Burger didn't meet my expectations. It was fine (only complaint really is that the buns were dry, white, and stale), but considering I could have eaten much better at In'N'Out for half the price, I can't recommend this place. Service is inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes not so great. The hamburgers are good..not special but good. Chili is good. Hot dog is below average. The salad is good..comes with lots of bacon. Fries are good, onion rings not so good. What's really great though, is the veggie burger. I think it's the best veggie burger I ever had. It was big, and flavorful.
