Who doesn't love potato corner? (Undercover Fries) located on the second floor of the mall, it's in the front of the food court. It was a quick and easy transaction once you have your order ready. We got the regular fries with sour cream and garlic. It took about 6-7 minutes for it to be complete. The fries were hot, delicious, and crispy.
Comes out quick. Made fresh and hot. Flavor is prominent. Staff is helpful and works fast. Place is clean and at a convenient location within the mall. This was not our first time here and won't be our last.
Been wanting to try this spot for a while now. The guy let me sample some of the flavors because I couldn't decide. I tried cheddar and sour cream & onion. I decided on sour cream & onion because it tasted much more flavorful. I got the regular sized original fries. They made a fresh batch so my order came out hot. The texture of the fries tasted alright, slightly tasted like refried stale fries but I got my fries fix so it wasn't bad. I was curious about the fried chicken but since I didn't see much reviews about it, I decided to just try the fries. The seasoning was good but I hate the aftertaste feeling it leaves on my tongue for the rest of the day.

But anyways, it's not about the name, even though Potato Corner is iconic for Filipinos everywhere. I don't go to the Galleria that often, but when I do, I always pass by this place. I hadn't been to one in over a year. There were a few people waiting to get their fries. The first thing I noticed was that it got more expensive and the quantity is a lot smaller. Isn't that how everything is? We're talking 9-10$ for an order of fries equivalent to a McDonalds large. But whatever. It's a treat. Would go back.
I honestly come to the mall half the time just to stop by and grab fries from here because they're that good. I noticed they recently changed their name to "Undercover Fries," but everything else feels exactly the same, which I'm glad about. The fries are always super flavorful and perfectly coated in that powdery seasoning that somehow hits every bite. My go to is the BBQ and sour cream flavors, and they never miss! it's a guaranteed win every time. I seriously wish they had their own standalone spot outside the mall because I'd be there way more often. If you haven't tried them yet, you're seriously missing out, and I doubt you'll be disappointed.
Potato corner is great food for a mall visit. I almost always stop by here when going to the galleria. My go to is tator tots with cheddar and bbq. Great combo that works in harmony. Staff are always helpful and quick. They do get busy sometimes so kudos to them for handling the crowds. I would recommend getting a cup of water to eat with the food since you will be thirsty.
Savory flavored French fries [Roseville CA] I love snacking on these flavored French fries and tater tots but, oh man, what happened?? The wait was too long and when I got my order of Garlic & Parmesan tater tots it was way too salty, like they just poured the residue or what's left of that Garlic & Parm on top of my fries. I tried to shake some of it off but still too salty. Also employees were not too friendly, two young teens who looked like they didn't want to be there... a greeting or even just a smile could go a long way. All orders are prepared fresh but the wait was just too long. Hopefully it was just an off day... they need to hire more employees because this snack kiosk is pretty popular for spudster fanatics. This snack stand can be found just outside the food court at the Galleria in Roseville but did you know that the Potato Corner's brand of flavored French fries originated in the Philippines with its first location at the Westfield Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, California. This is my first time trying the famous Potato Corner, so as expected there was a pretty long wait both to order and afterwards. But the workers are working hard and are still nice despite the long lines. It's inside a beautiful mall right next to the food court. I ordered the barbecue and chili barbecue, the chili one was better but they both were a good tasting snack.
Grabbed some fries from Potato Corner while walking around the mall. For a quick snack spot, they were actually pretty decent. The fries were hot, crispy, and clearly made fresh. Seasoning and proportion was solid, overall a decent snack. Had a little bit of wait but the wait was manageable considering there was only two people working there at the time.
The service here is very slow. They only have 2 people working, one taking orders and the other making them. They had a huge crowd waiting for orders and a long line when I came. I waited almost 20 minutes for one single order of fries. The fries were decent but you get very little for it being almost $9. They need a bigger location/kitchen and more workers to keep up with the demand. Lots of customers, myself included were tired of waiting.
I feel sorry for the young girl who's left alone working on a friday afternoon when people has started coming in.. had to wait 15 mins to order and another 15 mins for the fries. Hopefully they add some workforce in this location so employees doesnt look miserable and disgruntled for a very low pay. I noticed they changed their packaging and noticed they dropped the name potato corner already, although for us it tastes similar.
The flavor was amazing. I got bbq fries. There were so many different flavors and different kind of potatoes from regular fries , chips , tater tots to sweet potatoes

We went out of our way to pass by because we missed the taste and quality of Potato Corner French fries and potato chips. Alas, the quality is no longer the same. Not only has the name been changed but the way the chips are cooked has also changed - the chips are way overcooked and not so crispy but hard while at the same time, some parts of the same chip are undercooked and too soft (their chips back then were consistently crispy in the right way, neither overcooked nor undercooked). I won't be coming back anymore. I felt sorry for the staff since she was all alone and was busy preparing the food while taking orders at the same time. They have changed their name to Undercover Fries but concepts are still the same as when it was Potato Corner. There are 2 sizes for their fries, regular or large. 6 different seasoning flavors to choose from. Besides fries, they offer chicken bites, tenders, wings, etc. I decided on their wing combo with the loopy fries. I chose sour cream & onion seasoning for the fries. I asked if i can add seasoning on the wings and they said yes. I went with chili bbq. My sister got the regular size tator tots with chili bbq. After I paid and looked at the receipt, I noticed a charge for extra seasoning of $0.46. It wasn't much so I didn' trip about it but at least let me know that there will be an extra charge if I want to add seasoning to the wings. Our order was ready in 10 mins. Not too bad since they were not busy. They just had to pop the frozen food in the fryer and then season them. The portions were huge. I felt that it was way more than how it was when it was Potato Corner. Half of the fries were lumped together. Only half of the wings were coated with the seasoning that I paid extra for. I LOVE POTATO CORNER IM FASTING AND ITS EVERYTHING I WANT AND NEED!!!! They need this on every street it's so amazing and yummy the fries texture are the best, better than McDonald's fries. read more

Delicious!! Crispy!! Convenient!! Awesome flavor. If you love potatoes, do not skip this place. It's worth the trip to the mall, or grabbing before the movies. Choice between tater tots, fries, curly fries and many more. Then choose your flavor- cheddar cheese, sour cream and onion, plain... so many options. It's over in the food court, so there are seated areas near by to enjoy. You get a lot for your money. It is so worth it!! read more

Potato corner reminds me of fair food, mega portions of deep fried potatoes in your preferred cut and flavor! This is location is right by the food court. Staff was friendly and service was quick. I split the mega size with my sister and it was more than enough. The two of us couldn't finish the tots ourselves. It's definitely a good place to spot if you need a break from shopping. read more

Came here on a weekend, and it took a while for the fries to come out since there was so many orders. The portions were huge! We ordered 2 giga for 6 people, and we finished all of it! All of the flavors were amazing. I highly recommend the cheese and sour cream read more
potato corners service just keeps decreasing. my encounter with these two younger girls was good. but today i ordered fries & when i received it, they were completely cold. as i ate more, i noticed the ones on the bottoms are the only warm ones while the top ones were cold as if it wasn't fried long enough or just sitting / topped off. i went back to ask if they can warm it up some more, & some monotoned asian girl with glasses told me they can't reheat it because seasoned fries cant go back in the fryer & she'd have to make a whole new one. completely understandable but after i said it's okay kindly , she didn't apologize or anything, or do anything to get customer satisfaction. & it's honestly so annoying because this is the only potato corner in town so it'd be nice if workers like her wouldn't be so shitty. potato corner has also raised their prices up & changed their menu ridiculously. i do love potato corner, but specifically this location is so crappy. read more

They were out of French fries. Only offering tater tots or sweet potato fries. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get our food. The cashier had trouble making change. We got the tots. They were good. The chicken poppers were meh. Their ranch dressing is "Kens". Cost $21.73 read more
I have always been a fan of Potato Corner!! From the San Jose location to this one, there's a consistency but service has always been on the slower side. I understand it takes time and it's important for the food to be fresh/hot. But going on a Tuesday night, I was hoping that it wasn't going to take a long time. The line was quick but it took at least 15-20 minutes to get our fries. We ordered the Giga with Chili BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion - definitely to my expectations as usual but the chili BBQ actually had a kick this time! read more

There was no line when we went and service was pretty quick. Right next to the food court so plenty of spots to sit at. The fries were fresh and crispy and the flavors were good. read more
Yum! I had potato corner for the fire time and it was delish! We got the curly fries which they call loopies, I think. We got it with the chili BBQ and it was great! They were basically like bbq chips, good crisp and great flavor! I almost always need a dip for my fries but I didn't this time. If was made quick and the service received was great! read more

Once we open again, we can combine 2 flavors (chili BBQ and cheddar) to give a bit of the flavor you are looking for.
Are there any vegan friendly options?
Once we reopen for business (closed temporarily due to staffing shortages), the 1 option we've had in the past is baked potatoes. All of our fries are cooked in oil that has touched meat products (our chicken).
