The chicken had no crisp to it at all and the fries were soft and limp, which made the whole meal pretty disappointing. The toast was decent and the lemonade was probably the best part, but that doesn't make up for the main items being below expectations. For the price, I expected the chicken and fries to at least have some crunch and taste like they were made properly. I had not been back in a while because of a previous bad experience, and unfortunately this visit did not change my mind. I left feeling like the meal was not worth the money and I will not be rushing back.

Before we get to the food review, I want to shoutout the staff at this location! They were amazing in how upbeat and hardworking during what I'm sure will prove to be a long, busy day. I fully expected it to be a madhouse coming in because of the $1 deal, and while it was very busy the team were focused and attentive to customer needs. The restaurant was also immaculately clean considering how busy it was too. Now on the good stuff! I chose the Pickle Stack because well, I love pickles and make my own on the regular. This cheeseburger boasts two layers of dill pickles on top of and below the burger with a single smash patty, American cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. While the deal was for a single patty I def think it probably does better as a double because the amount of mayonnaise and mustard felt a bit much to my preference. I also think it would've been nice to have more than just the dill pickles to make it stand out as a "pickle" burger. I had some pickled red onions and pickled habaneros on hand that I added on to get the most of my Pickle Stack experience! Overall, I think very highly of this location and Smashburger in general as a solid burger option. But if you're listening Smashburger corporate, do this Pickle Stack some justice and get multiple pickle-types like what I did

Having automated ordering machines should make it smoother and easier to get orders and deliver food. But no it doesn't. Here it just made it cheaper. From what I saw. 2 cooks making the food, 1 person cooking the fries. 1 person who did: bagging, bussing, cleaning and calling out orders. This is terrible. Clearly more people is needed. Tables were filthy and stayed with food trays for awhile. No fault to the staff they did so many things. Also. Why do you have the sink for staff to wash hands right next to where customers eat? That is a bizarre decision

They're made fresh daily--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside--and packed with that bold Cajun seasoning. I know it might sound weird, but trust me: dip them in ketchup and vinegar. It's a flavor combo that just works. They've also got a new $12.99 combo that includes a cheeseburger, little fries, and a drink, which is a solid deal considering how hefty the portions are. I highly recommend adding bacon--it gives the burger an extra crunch and smokiness that takes it up a notch. And shoutout to the staff at this location--they're always friendly, kind, and genuinely seem to care about giving good service. It makes the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Five Guys continues to be a reliable go-to for a hearty burger and fries fix.

Today was my 1st time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and I liked it!…read moreI used the Drive-thru; the menu is straightforward and it was nice not to have a million choices over which to debate. I chose the X-Men meal, which came with a chicken slider, crinkle-cut fries, pickle slices, a side of Dave's sauce and an X-Men figurine. I love the crispiness and flavor of the chicken but will probably order tenders or nuggets in the future since I felt the buns and greens overpowered the chicken a bit. The fries were hot and crispy and Dave's ranch complemented them nicely. I ordered the slider with no spice so cannot comment on the how the heat level was. I also ordered a chocolate shake. That hit the spot and I liked the thick consistency. The service was great. Maria could tell it was my 1st time there and guided me in the right direction when it came to choosing sauces and sides. I like the decorative exterior paint and the logo. The only thing I'd change is the price-the kids meal and shake cost over $21 including tax. I'll return to try the tenders. Thanks!

So I ordered some tenders, fries, buffalo fries and mozzarella sticks. It was decent. The tenders are surprisingly spicy even for mild! I was kinda shocked how much seasoning it had... a little too much for me. I do appreciate the quality of the chicken as it was "real" chicken, not that fake meat lol. The mozzarella sticks also just ok... too much seasoning but it had a fun cheese pull. The only item I loved was the buffalo fries! YUM. Seriously, Buffalo fries WITH mac n cheese on top!!!!! So good! Inside had a cool vibe, love the art on the walls. It was a little dirty but they were very busy so i understand. It was just ok.. not my first spot for a chicken spot but I didn't hate it either. Next time I may just order a large buffalo fry! Only thing missing on that would be blue cheese. But overall worth a try at least, but keep in mind the "hot chicken " when ordering your spice level.

Food comes out pretty warm but I'm not sure why it's not hot being as it's made and brought right out to you.... . I'm not ready to give them 5 stars. The chicken nuggets are little pieces of chicken breast which are pretty meaty but also pretty chewy. I take a few points off for that but the real thing holding me back is the burger. Tastes fresh, veggies are stacked high and taste fresh but the burger is just not smacking me in the mouth. The patties need to be a little warmer because it's like getting a hug from that fake cousin you see only on family gatherings and you're like heyyyyyy . The Tater Tots get a solid 10 fries perfectly! A definite must have! Not counting this place out, I will definitely come back and try it again. It wasn't crazy busy so that was nice. They got a great r&b mix playing softly which is nice. Also don't forget to follow the rules! I wonder what happens if you don't ? No cheese? Flying slippers ? Assault with a flying patty .... Hmmm . Either way I'd definitely say it's worth a try.
