One guy working late Monday night. He made everything to order. The fries were piping hot! If you don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke while you eat, there was no wait and it is open on one side to the casino. Relatively clean. The Ranch and Thousand Island sauces seemed slightly diluted. read more

They know what they're doing. A burger isn't a real burger if it keeps you thin. A milkshake isn't a milkshake if it doesn't plump you up and keep your blubber jiggling. It's delicious and I love every bit of it. Fatburger, every single bite lives up to your name. read more

I'm not sure where they get the two dollar signs $$ from because this was more like a four dollar signs $$$$ type of experience. I hadn't had Fatburger in a very long time and it did not disappoint! However three people eating for $70+ when one person only had a hamburger and no drink... That was quite pricey! It wasn't that good... ha ha Casino prices are expected to be a little bit more than an average but damn!! Luckily I wasn't paying lol so it was delicious read more

Fatburger is a chain on the west coast, for those that have never been. The burgers are indeed "fat" as you can get all the way up to 1.5lb worth of meat! They are tasty and fresh to order, but that's where the positives stop.. They are very expensive for a chain "fast food" burger joint. When compared to Smash Burger, they are almost double the price. Especially cuz Smash Burger ALWAYS has coupons. Compared to Five Guys, they are less greasy, but more expensive. Compared to In N Out, Fatburger's burgers are larger, but not as tasty, @ double (OR MORE) the price of In N Out. I'd rather buy 2 or 3 In N Out burgers for the price of one Fatburger.. They have two fry types: Thick Steakhouse fries, and "Skinny" fries. I'm not a Steakhouse fries fan, cuz they usually are too thick like you're eating mini unflavored baked potatoes. Their Skinny fries taste like Burger King's breaded fries from the 90's and 2000's. Smash Burger's skinny(thin cut) fries, In N Out's skin on fries, and Five Guys' skin on fries, are WAY better. All in all, it's good food when you're drunk or out of other burger options, hence why they are in several Station casinos in Vegas. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There was plastic in my burger and they wouldn't even give me a full refund. When I told the lady she said "Yeah it's the packaging on the burger" ????? There was literally pieces of plastic and i was eating it lmao. They had no ice. Ridiculous and disgusting please don't come here. read more

Normally I would rate a 5 however, this visit lacked. While they did deliver delicious food, the presentation was terrible. The burgers were smashed patty torn in half in some cases. And it was difficult to figure out what burger was what. read more

Yelp isn't allowing me to update/edit my previous review nor did the message from owner show??? I'm re-posting with slight revisions to be clear --- I have been a Fatburger fan for quite a few years. Two weeks ago, the burger I had was mediocre. The entire burger tasted odd, from the burger, soggy lettuce and bread. I gave the benefit of the doubt and considered it an off day. Went back last week and it was even worse. Burger was not cooked thru (pink interior) and again, taste was odd. Burger came out fast - was it precooked and reheated??? Either way, I got severe food poisoning from it. It's understandable why prices jumped but there's no excuse for downhill quality. No more Fatburger for me. Message from owner: "Sorry to hear about your experience at FATBURGER. Was this location on Sunset Street or in the Casino. It would be a big help to know. Thank you - Joe" My reply: "In the casino" No further response. read more

I completed a takeout order via grubhub and it made it quick and easy. I submitted my order while I was checking out at the Costco that was in the area. The only down side is they didn't have an option for sweet potato fries on the app menu. By the time I arrived I saw my order ready in the corner. It took someone a while to get to me since they only had a total of 3 people running the place. One person cooking burgers, another one putting the burgers together and the other on fries. I would have ordered the sweet potato fries when I got there but it seemed like the wait would be long with the lack of staff. I will say that the burger was definitely worth they wait and they kept the quality high even with the lack of staffing. Thanks guys! read more

What a ripoff! I ordered an overpriced hamburger. The girl asked me if I wanted cheese on it. I said ok. $1 for a slice of cheese added to a hamburger? I got my money back. Going to another reasonably priced burger joint read more

This place has sure changed over the years. I was once a regular Fat Burger customer. After today, I likely won't come back. There was one person working the whole place, taking orders, making the food and then delivering the food to the customers. There were two other employees who were sitting in a both in the far corner presumably on their break or lunch as they were both eating. One of the ladies was making her own lunch (tacos) on the grill where the burgers were cooking. That same lady kept coming up to help customer while still chewing her food and not washing her hands. That's particularly disgusting since she was eating with her hands (tacos). The food was just okay. No condiments other than ketchup. No salt or pepper available. The place was dirty. I had to search for a clean table. Not surprising since only one employee was actually working. One of the employees who was on break was watching videos on her phone with the volume up so loud you could it over the noisy casino. Nobody wants to hear that. Dot bother. There are several other burger places in the same parking lot that are much better. Five Guys, Habit Burger and smash burger to name a few. read more

We eat at the Fatburger's in the sunset station hotel today. It was around lunch time noon, Jose was the only person running the whole place by himself. He was taken orders and cooking all of them. I don't leave reviews often unless I think something needs to be known. I watched him preform great customer service the whole time. He did such an amazing job under pressure. Such a great job. I believe upper management such be very proud to have him as an employee. Keep rocking on! read more

Horrible customer service. If there was a negative star that's what I would give it. My husband and I decided it them a try and as my husband was parking I went in to use the restroom. I was told by a male cashier I could not use the restroom until after I purchased something. I told him I would but needed to use the restroom first but he refused to let me use it. The dinning room was completely empty and he didn't care to lose our business on the count of not letting me use the restroom first. I then let him know we would never come back to another fatburger and they had lost our business as customers. He sarcastically thanked me. read more

The service is atrocious. We waited at least 5 minutes before even being acknowledged in a nearly empty restaurant. The staff was snippy and short with us. The food was overpriced and overrated. You can get better at In N' Out just down the street. Go there and save yourself some money. read more

I like Fatburger. Their ingredients are of a higher quality than most quick service burger joints, they have Coke Zero on tap at their all you can drink soda fountain, they are open 24 hours and I like my meat well done. It's a win-win situation for me. This location is inside the Sunset Station casino, making it a great place for a late night snack or a quick dinner before catching a movie. The prices are higher than other spots (it's in a casino with a captive audience, people!) but I think the value is still there. What other burger places do you know that have Grey Poupon mustard, swiss cheese, chili, fried egg and relish as toppings? You'll pay extra for the premium add-ons but it's worth it (bonus tip: order a side BOWL of chili for a few extra bucks; you'll get 10 times the amount you'd get if you just order a scoop on top of your burger). Plenty of seating and always open. read more

Nice surprise. We needed breakfast, and it was 10:30 so no luck at McD's. Stopped here and were so happy we did. Margarita greeted us, took our order and then cooked our food to order. I recently learned about the "Impossible Burger. It's a plant based burger for non-meat eaters like me. I am always looking for new vegan / vegetarian things to try so I made my way over to Fatburger. I browsed the menu but I didn't see the burger listed, so I asked if they had it, which they did. We ordered two impossible burgers, one order of onion rings, one order of fat fries, and one drink. The total was $45.00. I thought I heard the cashier wrong, it was rather noisy, dinner for two at Fatburger can't be that much? I gave him my card and got my receipt. Confirmed, the total was 45.00! The impossible burger was 15.00 each!! The food came out soon after ordering. Moment of truth, to try this hyped up, $15.00, Impossible Burger. The Impossible Burger was amazing. Being completely honest, this was the closest thing to real meat that I have tried. The texture and flavor was just like a burger. Topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, relish and everything else, it passed as the real thing. I was super excited that the Impossible Burger was amazing. I have tried so many vegan or vegetarian dishes at different restaurants and have been disappointed at times. Just because it's vegan or vegetarian doesn't mean that it should lack flavor or that wow factor. This review is 4 stars because the price. 15.00 is a bit pricey in my opinion. read more

Very good burgers here, fries were good also. Just so damn expensive here. I could eat here 3-4 a week if prices weren't so expensive.

Upon ordering our food, another patron was horrified at paying for a regular fat burger and getting a burger the same size as the baby fat she also ordered. The cashier agreed they were the same size and the cook disagreed. It turned into a yelling match between patron and cook. Wow what a horrific sight to see. The cook walked out to get security and the patron yelled for a manager (who never came). The cashier tried to help the patron and ended up just refunding the money. The poor guy seemed so flustered and the cook was so angry and dismissing at the same time. Needless to say, we were in the middle of our order when this fiasco took place , so the cashier was distracted trying to accommodate the upset patron. After refunding her money, he came back to us. Finally after we get our order in...it was a pretty big one (to go). We waited until our food was ready and left to go home. I got home, took 2 bites of my large fat burger with grilled onions and the meat inside was pink. Undercooked to the edge of the patty. I almost threw up. I barely ate my burger. 2 bites. What a waste. I called the store several times. ..no answer. So I came here, online, to the feedback section. And now since I wasted my money and have no burger to watch while I Netflix...I guess I have to settle for top ramen tonight. :( I used to really enjoy Fatburger, but lately it doesn't taste the way I remember. Totally bland and badly prepared/cooked. read more

Visited fat burger on Christmas day. I have visited other fat burgers because the burgers are juicy. These burgers were dry and so was the buns to the point they fell apart. A little pricy for average burgers and fries. read more

I haven't been here in a couple of years because they have become way too greedy. No burger is worth the prices this place is now charging. It's insane... it should be a crime to price gouge like this place is doing. You should be able to get a burger, fries, and a drink at this place for $10, but it will cost you double that. No way in hell will anyone I know throw away their money to a greedy place like this. read more

Rude staff, slow service, poor quality food and MUCH MUCH MUCH too expensive. This place is a huge difference from the one in Bellevue WA that my boyfriend and I used to eat regularly at. The food here is much more dry and tasteless than the WA stores. The prices are almost twice as much, even for the off strip locations, and when asked about them at this location, I was directed to go to the one in Summerlin which is cheaper... After an almost 30 minute drive, we get there to find... exactly the same prices. Good thing we've got a fuel efficient car. Locations that are not right on the strip have no right gouging locals for the same prices that tourists get slapped with on the strip. Would not return... read more

We went here because my boyfriend thought it was so good and I had to try it. Anytime I go to a new burger joint I always try the burgers exactly as offered in the menu. So I ordered a fatburger with fries. The server asked what kind of cheese I wanted and I said cheddar. When she rang it up my jaw just dropped...$24 for two fast food meals? When we sat down we figured out that cheese was an add on for 99 cents and they upsized the drinks and fries with out asking or even mentioning it. When we got our burger it was dry and over cooked. My boyfriend says they usually aren't like that though. A note to the owner: I understand your employees were trained to do that and they did get an extra few bucks out of me this time but you won't get another dime from me. Over cooked was forgivable but sneaky business practices are not. read more

I loves me some Fatburger! Despite the name which, in my youth, conjured images of burgers with rivulets of grease streaming off of them, I loves me some Fatburger! I might even like it better than that other burger joint. Yeah, you know the one. Their selection is the best for a fast food restaurant - regular burgers, turkey burgers, veggie burgers and chicken sandwiches all make an appearance on the menu. You can get chili or bacon added on or, if you're feeling particularly British, a fried egg. The option or fat or skinny fries rules and now it looks like they even have a wedge salad. Whoa!
