We're locals and Sunset Station has always been our local casino. Even though there are a lot of Fatburger locations around Las Vegas, this is the one we always come back to. The food is always great, but what really makes this location stand out is the customer service. No matter how busy they get -- especially during fight nights with the sportsbook right next door -- the staff always stays patient, professional, and welcoming. And Claudia... absolutely amazing customer service. She goes above and beyond every time and truly makes people feel appreciated. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Ahhh, I love Fatburger! The "skinny burger" is so flavorful, you forget there is no bread! The meat is delicious and great quality. The toppings are always so fresh. I cannot complete my meal without an order of Fat Fries. They were pipping hot and full of flavor. My husband and I stopped in around lunch time on a Saturday. Be prepared to wait, as everything is freshly cooked to order. It was pretty empty but ive seen this place get packed. It's nice to have it inside the casino we stay at. We will keep it a tradition any time we are staying at Sunset Station. read more

When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more! They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

The Restaurant they replaced after the Covid shutdown - the original Restaurant was fantastic. I wish they had not replaced it. Emerald Casino next door (original Restaurant) is so much better, anyway. Cut down on my gambling there, too. Ambience, is decent. Thank you.

Five stars for Teresa at Fatburger inside Sunset Station! I'm a frequent customer, and she is such a big part of why I enjoy coming back. She is incredibly personable, welcoming, and an absolute delight to interact with. She makes you feel appreciated, and that kind of service deserves recognition! Teresa consistently gets my order right, which I truly appreciate because I like my burger a very particular way: the Original Fatburger with mayonnaise, lettuce, and pickles ONLY. This review is for the Fatburger at Sunset Station casino in Henderson. We understand costs go up, but the prices skyrocketed here to jaw-dropping levels! So, $18 and change for a "meal" - translate: burger, fries and a drink. The total of "two meals" for my husband and I was $40.60! This is not a Vegas location, it is Henderson, where most of us patrons are locals! I asked the woman at the counter for tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. No pickles on the burger. Our food overall was OK but nowhere near worth over $40! My husband went up to get us ketchup and there were no paper cups to dispense ketchup into from the pump! They were brought over later but were not there when we needed them. There are many good burger places in the area that are more reasonable. We will think twice about coming back here. read more

I love the Summerlin location too - I usually stop there for breakfast before work. Love the Henderson location for quick dinners. I love Fatburger and the Green Valley location is much better and cleaner. I've been here twice and once waited for 10 mins for the cook to take my order. They might have been under staffed but both times they made the order wrong and the bread was old and dry. They're other locations are good but I don't recommend this one. read more

Come here once a week. This location is inside sunset station near the movie theatre. Service is always excellent and food is great.
