The supervisor present on 12/26/25 "Barissa" I believe is down right nasty. I grabbed the wrong order due to the casino being loud and hearing the wrong name and she informed after I had already sat down. She then told me I would have to eat the wrong order even if I grabbed it on accident because she pays for the food. I asked her politely if I could have the right order and if she could remake the other ladies order. She then told me I had to eat it. Eventually she calmed down and made the order after I asked Multiple times. I later asked for a supervisor and lo and behold it's her smh. Sad that people feel the need to be so rude. read more

This location is inside the Sunset Station, Casino and Hotel. The location is easy since it is right next to the movie theater so it's a great place to get something to eat before seeing a movie or after the movie. They are open late so that is helpful too. The place is usually clean and it is really well lit. They did a recent renovation and It looks good. My go to order is a large fat burger and chili cheese fries. They also have vegan milkshakes so that's an option if you're into that. Service is usually consistent but they are a fast food joint so don't expect white tablecloth service. They do cook to order, so also do not expect to be the food to be done right away. You might have to wait five or 10 minutes. Overall good place usually good. read more

You even get a roasted jalapeño on the side, which I loved! I upgraded to the chili cheese fries, and they were AMAZING. I honestly haven't had really good chili cheese fries or a good smash burger in a long time, and this place checked all the boxes. We also ordered the Cali Dog with a side of fries, and it definitely reminded me of home-the kind of good, solid hot dog you crave after getting out of the bars or clubs. The buns are soft, the veggies are fresh, and everything was flavorful, well-seasoned, and tasted fresh. Usually it's just to fly out of Las Vegas for a work trip. This time though, I was in area for the US Post office. Looking for nearby places to eat, I saw that Smoke & Fire was only 10 minutes away! My husband and I stopped by for dinner around 3:30 P.M on a Friday at Smoke & Fire. The restaurant is located near South Pecos Road and East Russell Road. There was plenty of parking spots available. As I walked inside the restaurant, a team member had greeted us and let us know that it was open seating. There were only a few other customers inside the restaurant at the time we had dinner. There was plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant though! TVs were situated throughout the restaurant. There was a variety of sports games playing. When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more! After looking through the menu, we ultimately decided on the following 3 Meat Platter: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, and Brisket with Mac N Cheese/Sweet Potato Tots The World Famous Blueberry Chicken Sandwich: Pepper Jack Cheese, Housemade Blueberry Jam, blueberry aioli, and Jalapeno. The service was super quick. I don't think we waited longer than 10 minutes for our meal. It was nice that our meal was served in to go containers as well! The highlight of the meal was the blueberry chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and tender. The blueberry aioli and the jam was scrumptious. This was a first time having a sandwich like this before! I would come back to Smoke & Fire just to get the sandwich. The BBQ pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket was good. I enjoyed the mac n cheese and the sweet potato tots though! I don't normally see sweet potato tots so I just had to try it out! They were super crispy and packed with flavor. The food was yummy here and the service was fantastic! If I'm in the area again, I would stop by Smoke & Fire to have another meal. I think next time though, I am going to have to try out their pulled pork burger!

I WANT to love this place. It is so close to being fantastic…read more I have eaten here about 10 - 15 times over the last year and a half. The Burger should be great. The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

Five stars for Teresa at Fatburger inside Sunset Station! I'm a frequent customer, and she is such a big part of why I enjoy coming back. She is incredibly personable, welcoming, and an absolute delight to interact with. She makes you feel appreciated, and that kind of service deserves recognition! Teresa consistently gets my order right, which I truly appreciate because I like my burger a very particular way: the Original Fatburger with mayonnaise, lettuce, and pickles ONLY. That's my order, and she nails it every time! There's something wonderful about being able to look forward to both your favorite meal and a friendly face when you visit. And her strawberry banana milkshake? The BEST! It's such a delicious treat and the perfect addition to my burger and those delicious French fries. This is a meal I happily keep coming back for! What really stands out about Teresa is how enjoyable she makes the whole experience. Her warmth and personality make a simple stop for a burger feel special. She's someone you look forward to seeing, and I hope she knows how much her regular customers appreciate her. Thank you, Teresa, for being so amazing, getting my order right, and making every visit such a pleasure. Sunset Station's Fatburger is lucky to have you! read more

This review is for the Fatburger at Sunset Station casino in Henderson. We understand costs go up, but the prices skyrocketed here to jaw-dropping levels! So, $18 and change for a "meal" - translate: burger, fries and a drink. The total of "two meals" for my husband and I was $40.60! This is not a Vegas location, it is Henderson, where most of us patrons are locals! I asked the woman at the counter for tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. No pickles on the burger. Our food overall was OK but nowhere near worth over $40! My husband went up to get us ketchup and there were no paper cups to dispense ketchup into from the pump! They were brought over later but were not there when we needed them. There are many good burger places in the area that are more reasonable. We will think twice about coming back here. read more

I have to agree with the +positive reviews - and disagree with the -reviews. This place is great. I love their burgers and the staff is always friendly! I love the Summerlin location too - I usually stop there for breakfast before work. Love the Henderson location for quick dinners. I call ahead of time so I don't have a long wait since burgers are made to order. read more

I love Fatburger and the Green Valley location is much better and cleaner. I've been here twice and once waited for 10 mins for the cook to take my order. They might have been under staffed but both times they made the order wrong and the bread was old and dry. They're other locations are good but I don't recommend this one. read more

The prices are not unreasonable making it a sound value. This particular shop was at the end of a strip plaza which was wonderfully un-busy when we visited around 8:00 PM on a Thursday. The gentleman who waited on us (CJ) was very pleasant and genuinely helpful. You just had the sense that he was keenly customer-oriented and knew his product range. We had the place to ourselves making the small seating area feel quite roomy. My wife had the 1/2 Wagyu Slaw Be Jo, which was quite good. I tried the Half BBQ Turkey Salad, which I enjoyed a great deal. It was prepped very nicely with a nice mix of veggies topped with crunchy bits and BBQ sauce. It's a nice concept for a sandwich alternative. We shared a drink, so with tax and tip added to that and the food, we spent $23. That's a great deal! I hovered between a 4 and a 5 for this rating because I think this is really a very nice, informal lunch or dinner option and it's very good for what it is. It's just hard for me to give a chain a five star. That uniqueness aspect is taken away and they simply have to be extra special to earn the highest rating, given my proclivities. But that does not take away from the fact that this is a good, relaxed, high-value choice for a light bite or a quick meal.
