Visited fat burger on Christmas day. I have visited other fat burgers because the burgers are juicy. These burgers were dry and so was the buns to the point they fell apart. The onion rings have no flavor, taste like flour. The steak fries were good and the milkshakes are awesome. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Upon ordering our food, another patron was horrified at paying for a regular fat burger and getting a burger the same size as the baby fat she also ordered. The cashier agreed they were the same size and the cook disagreed. It turned into a yelling match between patron and cook. Wow what a horrific sight to see. The cook walked out to get security and the patron yelled for a manager (who never came). The cashier tried to help the patron and ended up just refunding the money. The poor guy seemed so flustered and the cook was so angry and dismissing at the same time. Needless to say, we were in the middle of our order when this fiasco took place , so the cashier was distracted trying to accommodate the upset patron. After refunding her money, he came back to us. Finally after we get our order in...it was a pretty big one (to go). We waited until our food was ready and left to go home. I got home, took 2 bites of my large fat burger with grilled onions and the meat inside was pink. Undercooked to the edge of the patty. I almost threw up. I barely ate my burger. 2 bites. What a waste. I called the store several times. ..no answer. So I came here, online, to the feedback section. Located in the casino food courtyard. Went into try the Vegan burger. It was just alright. It was too expensive for the presentation given. The burger fell apart and the bun was soggy. The night shift is terrible!!! When we walked in, there were only 2 customers ahead of us. We ordered one burger with sweet potato fries, chicken nuggets with fries and a side of sweet potato fries. So I ordered a fatburger with fries. The server asked what kind of cheese I wanted and I said cheddar. When she rang it up my jaw just dropped...$24 for two fast food meals? When we sat down we figured out that cheese was an add on for 99 cents and they upsized the drinks and fries with out asking or even mentioning it. When we got our burger it was dry and over cooked. I usually like this place and it's a regular for my moms lunch or snack spot. I got the small fat a good size when your not all too hungry but need a quick fix to your hunger pangs. Went to the Fat Burgers at Sunset Casino in Henderson NV. Worse experience ever!!! The milkshake was nothing but sugar my sister and I spent $50 on the worse meal ever!!! But the most disgusting part of our experience was witnessing the worker drop the to go bag on the floor then picked it up off the nasty floor and put someone's order in that nasty bag! We went on February 11,2021 and will never return. The food was horrible we are now suffering from food poisoning!!! The onion rings was full of grease under cooked the burgers was so over done you couldn't tell if there was cheese on the meat the buns were old and falling apart. We are now sick with diarrhea I can't believe we paid $50 dollars for our meal. My opinion is to stay away from this unclean unsanitary place during a pandemic. But what IS special is what counts, the food! Its fresh, greasy, delicious, perfect! The burgers are good every time. And not just good but like one of the best burgers I've ever had!
