The Hubs ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich that comes with bourbon bbq sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles, and is served with fries (although he swapped out the fries for more slaw). Everything was delicious! I had my burger cooked medium-well and it was perfect; it was still slightly pink inside and moist. While the burger was very tasty, one major plus was that it was also structurally sound (all the ingredients stayed inside the bun and the bun didn't fall apart)! The Hubs also enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. I tasted the bbq sauce and the slaw that came with his lunch and both were amazing (I dipped more of my fries into the extra bbq sauce that came with his sandwich than I did into the comeback sauce). The fries that came with the burger were crispy, not greasy and not overly salted. While I only had an iced tea with lunch, I did peruse their specialty drinks menu. Wowza, is that a read! We'll be back sometime soon for dinner so we can check that out. BTW, their food menu is more than burgers and sandwiches and there are some nice sounding items that appeal to me more for dinner than lunch (two examples (1) Hoisin Ginger Tuna: Sashimi-grade tuna seared rare, parmesan risotto, arugula slaw, (2) Pesto Cream Salmon: Pan seared salmon crusted with parmesan breadcrumbs, penne pasta, pesto cream sauce, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper). Despite this restaurant's location next to a boarded up vacant restaurant and being right next to I25, the interior is surprisingly nice and welcoming. And our server was friendly and helpful. So no complaints here!

The menu has plenty of options to customize your burger, and one thing I thought was unique is that you fill out a paper order form with all of your toppings before handing it to the staff to place your order. We chose to sit on the pet-friendly patio with our dog, Luna, which was great until a surprise downpour rolled in. The patio tables have umbrellas, but they weren't enough to keep us (or our food) dry. We ended up grabbing the condiments and finishing our meal in the car instead. Obviously, the weather isn't their fault, but a little more covered seating would have been nice. I also would have loved to see Thousand Island dressing offered as a condiment--it would have been perfect on my burger. Fresh avocado as an add-on would have been another great option to take it to the next level. Overall, it's a fun, casual burger spot with good food, a dog-friendly patio, and friendly service. I'd definitely stop by again if I was in the Golden area.

The place was packed and a space for motorcycles to hang out in a fun way and families to enjoy the live atmosphere! Seating was quick and the waitress was very attentive. So we ordered our meal... what was it might you ask? Nachos with chicken. And they had Pepsi! However the sad part happened. Our nachos came out cold . Chicken cold, cheese cold just cold. And I couldn't understand how fast they came out and cheese not melted - just a bummer. But guess what! Thank God I didn't settle because the Manager Meek came and rescued the evening- he fixed us new Nachos and they came out smoking hot - cheese deliciously melted, chicken hot and everything was good! Thank you to management for holding down the accountability and understanding how Nachos should be made. If you order nachos I recommend asking the manager to make them!

I was really craving a "patty" style burger instead of the oh so trendy (and delicious) smash burgers. The service was mediocre, waiter was solid. I was gravely disappointed by the food. I ask for my burger to be cooked medium, but it was not. Meat also lacked seasoning. I built my own burger, added cheddar cheese and green chile strips. The reasoning mainly being because Colorado is proud of their chile, it is chile season, pissing match with NM over chile, etc. The "green chile strips" was a canned (yes, canned) and the burger was over cooked. Maybe the next restaurant can soften the blow with a proper burger.

Ok no big deal I guess - it didn't look very busy, but these things happen. We were sat and our server took our drink order right away. The cocktails were very good - I tried the Living on a Pear which was very refreshing and the rest of our party had the 1858 which they liked a lot. Once we got our drinks no one came by for 30 minutes and I had to flag someone down to bring us some water. At 30 minutes we asked if chips and guac was an option while the kitchen was "temporarily not serving food" but the server said all the fryers were full with fries so no they can't do that. Ok... so we continued to wait. It was around the 45 minute mark we were able to order so they were true to their word. This is what we ordered: - Pork Belly Bacon Scoops - these were just ok. The fries were nothing to write home about and there wasn't a lot of toppings. The pork belly bits were very small and kind of hard and chewy. The sauce was decent, but just not enough of it. - Li'l Wig - I'm sad to say this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I requested medium rare and I don't know what the patty is made out of it, but it resembled more like meatloaf than a burger. It was very dense and had a strong gamey taste, reminded me more of bison or venison. Idk, it was just not very good. I only took a few bites and left the rest. The brioche bun was tasty and so was the W sauce. The fries were really good and had a nice crunch. I wish the appetizer used those fries instead. The service was inconsistent. We were barely checked on until the very end when we had a few different people come by and refill waters / bring the check. We never saw our original server again. It is a nice vibe inside, great lighting and decor with both indoor and outdoor seating, but I don't think I'll be returning. The bill was $133 for 3 drinks, 1 app, and 3 burgers. Felt pretty let down leaving still hungry and over $150 in the hole (after tip). Hoping it was just a fluke and other people have better experiences there.
