I have knowledge of vehicles and put my trust in this shop to the fullest to get repairs done right. Others shops including huge services businesses in Edmonton have missed items to fix on my vehicles before . And quoted me 40 percent more than deans. Deans auto is far overall the best service and prices in Edmonton offering superior service and advice hands down. They repair it all and super fast .. They don't take days to repair like other shops do.

They suggested to either I replace the compressor or go with spring coils. So I choose to replace air bags with coils and order the shock and spring coils from Amazon. When I booked the appointment I told them I need all parts back . Then I took my truck to get work done I reminded Mr Dean that need all parts back. So when to pick up the vehicle they did not give the parts back I ask Mr Dean for old parts back he went look for parts in his shop he could not find. Then he said metal truck came and shocks are gone . I don't know how could metal bin got picked up same day . I asked for my old parts back because they we good parts . I am very disappointed that they are careless about taking instructions or mechanic takes good parts home . That is what I think I asked a

Denzel, the new owner of six months, has kept up the good name of this business, and the service was exceptional. We appreciated his friendliness, and we found him to be as honest and transparent as is his policy. Our vehicle was fixed and ready to go faster than estimated, which was a terrific bonus for us. Best Choice is now our go-to automotive repair business. The labour charge is on par with a good automotive service shop. You can likely you can find some cheaper places, however, we've had the experience that you get what you pay for. We experienced that today. One of the issues we had with our vehicle was that we had taken it for an oil change at a chain-business (looking at you, "Mr.") because it was less expensive. We certainly got what we paid for: cheap price and bad service. Unknowing to us, the oil filter that was not put on properly, and over a bit of time a litre of oil leaked out as we were driving around. We can't even imagine the cost if all the oil had had all been lost. We appreciate that inexperienced people learn to change oil and may make mistakes while learning at chain-businesses, but we cannot afford to have their inexperience cause us issues with our car. From now on we will go to Best Choice to have our oil changes done by a trained and qualified automotive service technician. It's likely going to cost more than a chain-business would charge, but to prevent what would have been 1000s of dollars in damage makes it a smart move in our opinion. Car repairs can be costly, and we admittedly have a small income, but better to spend a little more to take care of our car and give up something else from our tight budget than not to have a working vehicle. Also, on the humourous side, Denzel was completely non-judgemental when he repaired the mistake we made and explained what we did wrong on a car repair we did ourselves. Thanks, Denzel -- appreciate that! Best Choice is our top choice, and we highly recommend them.

Miss Halla Bassal , please put your name not fake name …read more Iam sorry that this went this far. There must be a huge misunderstanding because of the language barrier. I will tell my side of the story publicly since we stand for our name, Honest Car Clinic. The pastor from our church called me and asked me to help this lady who is a new refugee and she is a member at our church. Her vehicle was in an accident and her appraiser estimated the damage to be very costly to repair it and he thinks it shouldn't be repaired (I have pictures). I called her and she told me where the vehicle is. I went there and checked the vehicle without having access to the keys and without being able to lift the vehicle or part it out for an exact estimate (parting out the front end requires tools and time = money). The only thing that I was able to check is that the frame is not bent. I called her and I told her this is fixable at an affordable price as long as we take off the bumper and we don't get any surprises. She told me that she has a one way insurance, so I suggested to take off the bumper for an exact estimate but she kept asking about the repair cost. I told her around $1500 to replace 2 headlights, front bumper cover, grille and one fender. That's painted and installed!!!! Anything else that comes up after we take it apart, will be extra. She mentioned right after that the seatbelt isn't working anymore so I told her it will be another $500 for a seatbelt, buckel and SRS unit. I ordered a towing and got it towed to my shop. I took the front end parts apart and found the following parts damaged: -the radiator support -AC condenser -rad fans mounts -exhaust -O2 sensor -airbag sensors... etc I called her and told her about all these parts. So the total for entire job will be about $3000 including the towing. She said that she doesn't want to proceed with the repair and she sent a tow truck over without informing me but I still released it to her and she towed it to another place. Her bill came up to $760 (8 hours) and includes the following: -remove bumper cover, rebar, radiator, condenser, fans, headlights, covers, drilling rad support out and the first tow to my shop. I understand that she is new to this country but I can't absorb all this cost while our intention was to help her. Four days later, her brother came by and paid 460$ + $80 for towing. Once again, we went further and beyond to help her out as a newcomer and pull a favor for the church, but I guess lesson learned.

Great customer service and amazing prices. Highly recommended!…read moreThey mainly sell newer vehicles with lower KM. After sale service is a 10/10.
