My check engine light had recently lit up, and instead of inventing problems, he gave me a free diagnostic (since I had a diagnostic done a year ago) and he simply reset the light--no upsells, no tricks. Harry is extremely responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. During a stressful moment, I broke down in tears in the office, and he came out, gave me a huge hug, and made me feel seen and supported. That kind of compassion is rare. This time I received multiple calls throughout the day to keep my updated with my car's status. There were a couple things that needed to be done to my car in addition to the tires but it was nothing out of the ordinary and the person I spoke to was great at explaining exactly what needed to be fixed and why. After 4 days they said they dont know what the problem is, but for a extra 200 they could put some piece in my catalatic converter of for 500 change it. My issue was an engine problem it was shaking when i drove it. It had nothing to do with the catalytic converter. it wasnt getting compression. The mechanic didn't even speak english. I dont know if they even did the work i paid for. I took it to another mechanic who is Caucasian and he told me it wasn't getting compression as the valves weren't opening fully and there is build up of carbon in the engine. He didnt even charge me for a diagnostic. Which took him a few hours to complete. I will never go to Deans again. I paid hard earned money and still got screwed over.

Turned out to be a great decision. They had the issue on my car diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours - which was intermittent to boot - and for less money than I paid my dealership NOT to fix the problem. The irony is my dealership wants me to come back into them to get $1200 of repairs labeled as "Caution" - aka needed to be fixed in the next calendar year. Like I'd ever trust their judgement now after they never fixed my problem. Wilson's Auto Tech experience was WAY better. The staff is great, they fixed my issue promptly and charged me a reasonable amount of money to do it. Now I can tell you who I trust to service my car and who I don't. The former is Wilson's Auto Tech. The latter is my dealership.

They still repair stuff instead of whole replacements. Most of the good Mechanics at the dealers have retired. I Took our 2008 CRV in for maintenance, such as changing belts and fluids. The work and price exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend them for your Honda, Toyota, Acura and Lexus vehicles. These guys are really good!
