The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! All three carts have been here for at least 10 years and look like they belong on the side of the dump. They're missing wheels, they bump because some of the wheels have flats, and they're very difficult to move. Take out a health insurance policy if you're going to use them because you're probably gonna end up hurting Yourself Instead of helping yourself. We reached out and eventually were told they were having management issues and no one was onsite. Days later, we had to go buy our own lock, then pick an empty unit, and email them which one we chose for our paperwork. We were never reimbursed for the lock or this issue. Then every 3 months, the rate increases. We have a small unit and in a matter of 10 months, the cost went from around $40/mo to the most recent being $70/mo. We are terminating our contract after this month. Cannot afford the continuous rate hikes.
