The ribs fell off the bone, and I barely even needed to use my teeth at all. Cole slaw is pretty standard. Green beans are stewed super soft but so long as you don't hate a soft green bean they are really good...like, weirdly flavorful for a side of green beans. I generally prefer an al dente green bean but I still enjoyed them. You had better come hungry like I did or prepare to bring some home with you. I had really good service here, even though it seemed like the guy was on his own for the dining room and takeout orders which is a lot. He was really warm and friendly with everyone in the dining room and super prompt with everything. I only wish they gave out wet wipes for people having ribs or fried chicken! This is the kind of place that if I lived here I'd be visiting regularly, and it seems like people do. While I was there I noticed that a few tables were, indeed, regulars.
