I brought my watches for battery change and they told me that they changed new battery but the watches have the movement problem so need to be fixed. I thought the cost is too much so I brought them to other watch repair store and they tighten the battery and my watches are working fine now. Fast-Fix need to learn how to replace the batteries properly. Never use them again. read more

Wow!!! Simply A-MAZING! I went in with 16 Sterling Silver pieces that I honestly thought were done for, and a ring that's stone fell out. A new soap I used made my chain, rings, and earrings go from a white silver to a dark grey! I tried everything to clean and fix it, and nothing worked. I knew my last resort was getting it professionally done, but I never expected the results to be this spectacular! Not only was everything back to it's white silver, but most of my jewelry looked better than when I bought it, and my ring with the stone was more secure than when I originally bought it!!! The Owners Chant and Alin are so very kind and knowledgeable. I was nervous before coming in because certain stones have to be cleaned differently. My rings and earrings had opal, turquoise, citrine, moonstone, and quartz. The moment they saw the stones in the pieces they informed me that some will have to go through a different process, I didn't even have to bring it up. Yari also was beyond wonderful and helpful. Everyone there was very kind, and they actually care about your items and giving you the best result. They are not there just to take your money, like most places! Chant gave me an INCREDIBLE deal! No other place would have done this, but they will try to work with you if they can. I will always come here for any kind of jewelry cleaning or repair, always! If you're still hesitant after reading this, do yourself a favor and at least get a quote and meet them. You won't regret it! I've added pictures of before and after, but honestly the pictures (especially the before) don't do the job service. In the before, look at darkest chain (which actually was darker than the picture shows), and that's what all the rings and earrings looked like! Stop looking and go to Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair, I wish I would've done this sooner!!! Thank you all for everything, Kenna read more

I tremendously want to thank Chant for repairing my new engagement ring! There were so many issues with it after I accidentally damaged it while wearing it at work. He secured my large diamond that became loose and worked on the small diamonds too. He changed it from a 5.5 to a 5. Chant also removed some scratches. In sum, he made it sparkle and shine again, as if it was brand new. Chant is an amazing miracle worker and I love my ring!!! Thank you also to Sally for welcoming my family and I to Fast-Fix. We appreciated your professional care and have already begun recommending Fast-Fix to family members. read more

Walked in today to get the links on a new watch resized. Was seen immediately and he worked on it right then and there. 5 minutes and a few bucks later I had the watch back and was on my way. I did browse around the store a bit as well and they seem to have some great stuff in there, much wider selection of men's rings compared to the other stores in the mall and lots of other nice watches. Will be back to buy more stuff, thanks for running an honest business! read more

Attended this store to get a repair but not only was I greeted I was helped as soon as I walked in. I got a few items as well that I'm beyond happy to have purchased at a great price. Amazing service at a great price. My daughter's class ring needed to be resized, and they got me in right away. The service only took about 30 minutes, and her ring looked flawless. Super friendly staff! Excellent customer service. Highly recommended! read more

I'm giving this place five stars just based on their customer service and efficiency. My husband and I walked in mid day and requested a resizing and adjustment of a loose diamond on an engagement ring. The lady who helped us was very pleasant and kind, she gave us a quote and a time which was maybe 5-6 hrs later. Pretty amazing since we had visited another jeweler in the mall that said he would have to send the ring out for a couple weeks because there was no qualified jeweler employed at his store who could do the resizing... We definitely didn't want to wait or have it be shipped around from place to place. The only downside to fast service was the price quoted might be a little high for some people's taste but honestly we were fine with it as long as they did quality work on the jewelry. Fast forward to about a half and hour before the quoted finish time and it was done! Hurried over to the store to check the ring and the resizing was seamless to the naked eye and the ring was polished and the stone fastened tightly. We walked away happy and satisfied. Like I said, the price might be a little high but if you want something done well and efficient I have no complaints! Thanks for fixing my ring! read more

I knew the exact ring that I wanted to get but we had no luck finding it. My fiance and I had look for weeks and we're told that no one had ever seen a ring like the one that I had wanted. By chance I had gone to fix it fast to repair a necklace . I have been a customer of fix it fast for years and told Alin of the trouble we were having finding the ring that I wanted. She told me that she could make my dream ring easily . Three weeks later I had the ring on my finger. I am beyond happy. Been there 2 times over the last 6 months. Sadly you are treated depending what mood the two women are in. One day Aline was very nice, two days later her sister was absolutely nasty !! She basically closed the door on our face and told us to come back in 20 minutes. This treatment from them has happened more than once and we are done .!!! Sorry but just being honest.... read more

A year ago, I brought my engagement ring into Fast Fix because it was too big. They charged me $250 to resize my ring. When I realized the ring was still way to big, I returned to the store and asked for them to try again. The employee looked at my ring and told me that he would re-do the resize "for free" but that my ring was in really bad shape and that it needed a lot of repairs. (At this point, I only had the ring for a month). He told me that I had clearly worn the ring down and that the center stone was in danger of falling out. I will never forget how he said, "I promise you, this center stone will fall out in less than 2 weeks." They said they would charge me another $250 to repair the "damages" and that they wouldn't redo the resize unless I agreed to the repairs. It felt extremely sketchy, so I did not agree to the repairs. I'm writing this review today because it was about a year ago and my center stone has NOT fallen out. I am so glad that I didn't agree to this rip off. I am, however, full of regret that I paid such a high price for a resize that was incorrect. read more

Came in to get my bracelet cut to my size last week, said it would be ready the next day. They cut it 8 inches however didn't center the connector. Spoke with John, the manager who was bothered by the fact that I was not happy that my bracelet wasn't cut right. When I told him I don't mean to be a dick about it but it's upsetting, John replies with "Try Harder" then went to the back, ignored me & refused to help me. Luckily someone agreed to fix the bracelet & now I have to wait until 7 pm. Not so much of a fast fix, be careful doing business here. read more

We had been to this location (in the entrance to Valencia Mall) before FastFix took it over. This time (yesterday) there was a lady behind the counter. We had 3 watches - 1 high-end watch that I normally pay $25 for a battery replacement and two cheaper ones that normally cost $10 bucks. My wife talked the lady and said it would cost $35 for all three watches - with the 5 year replacement warranty. My wife asked again if it was $35 for all three and I clearly heard the same. When we returned she said it was $105 for all three watches! My wife told her that she said it was $35 for all three but she said no. At that point we had recourse since she hadn't written down the price on a piece of paper and there was no visible price list so I paid and left. Reading the yelp reviews it looks like the pricing is not consistent. Will not be coming back. If a business can't be transparent on pricing never ever go there. Will let yelpers know if I find somewhere else. read more

I formerly would look to a common "chain" jeweler, that is, I met Caroline at Fast Fix, I have entrusted her with my most precious jewelry such as a redesign of my mother's wedding ring. She is just wonderful and makes one feel as they are the most important of any clients. She has a discerning eye and an instinct for what I can hardly articulate. She is personable, reliable, thoughtful and even though I am just a customer, I would be proud to call her a friend. I don't know how to express my gratitude and lend her a review that truly is befitting of her "work". Handing my jewelry to her is no less than handing over memories---you won't find a better person to consult. read more
