The staff were beyond helpful and professionally personable. I visited the shop to shorten a chain I had and convert the reminder into a bracelet. Not only did they have the chain and bracelet done in amazing time but returned the silver polished. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work! read more

It brings me great pleasure to give "Angeles" at "Fast-Fix Jewelry Repair"- a "5 -Stars" Review for the Customer Service, I received when I stopped in to have the clasp on my necklace replaced. Angeles without hesitation stopped what she was doing to take care of my needs as a Customer and listened to my repair requests, making sure (before I left) with the technician that my needs could be accommodated. Angeles made sure I knew that I was valued, important, special and appreciated throughout my whole experience. Angeles was extremely reliable and professional and delivered my every concept on time, every time, without fail. She even over-delivered by having my necklace repair ready a day earlier that expected. Thank You "Angeles" for delivering Excellence in Customer Service and a Tailor-Made Experience designed just for me during my visit. As a Business Customer, I am and will continue to be loyal to the Fast-Fix Company and I will share my experience with family, friends and business affiliates. Today was our second time here getting various things done to our watches, the first time around we got a battery change done and the service was immediate, fast, and very well priced. Today I got my watch resized and again they were immediate, fast, and super friendly. I'd highly suggest this place for all of your watch repairs. They took the time and made sure I was happy with the sizing and fitment. Definitely my local go to! read more

Came here a couple days ago to buy my future wife an engagement ring and ended up with the worst experience. Caroline and Alin are top of the line scam artists. Having experience in the jewelry industry before, I'm well aware of pricing and how the business operates. And for a jewelry repair spot, they don't hesitate to overcharge for the most outdated jewelry that has been sitting on their shelves for what looks like forever! If you want great pricing and beautiful jewelry, this place is not it. Also not to mention, the owner, Alin, thought by flirting she'd sway me into a sale. I'm here for an engagement ring to propose to my future fiancée, not to get rubbed down by the owner! What kind of business is this? Take your money elsewhere. You'll thank me if you do! Did not purchase anything from here, and will not recommend to anyone to come here for jewelry in particular. read more

I really love this place, I come here when my eye glasses needs a quick fix. They also provide a 3 month guarantee if something happens they fix it for free. I always deal with Sally and she is such a sweet heart. She is always so helpful and answers all my questions. Give this place a try for your watch, necklace repair ect and I guarantee you won't regret it. I say come early and not to close to closing time because sometimes it can be slow at the mall and sometimes they will close a few minutes early. Who doesn't like to go home to family early so it's totally understandable. read more

I came here this afternoon to get pricing for a broken earring The lady was very rude to me and she gave prejudice energy! She quoted me an outrageous price just to put a new stem on the earring and when I tried to negotiate she ignored me and started helping another customer. I wouldn't spend a dime here. It's so sad living in a world where people mistreat you because the color of your skin. read more

I went back to the store after receiving the message from the owner. The wife of the owner greeted me and asked me what happened. I explained and she listened. She Apologized and took note of all the issues. She explained that they will have the watch fixed and buffed and to come back after 3 days. She offered that I take photos of the watch before I leave it. I left the store feeling much better about leaving my watch. After just one day i get a text that my watch was ready. When i picked up the watch she carefully demonstrated the functions and allowed me to examine the watch. She was very nice and genuine. I offered to pay, but she refused to accept my payment. Although the buffing made the serial number of my watch less prominent, my watch worked fine before, during and after the dive. I wanted to wait a while before posting an update to see how the watch performs and it has been working well. This business really cares about their reputation and doing the right thing and I really appreciate that. I wish the stressful situation was avoided but at least they really made up for the mistake. read more

I took my chain in to fix the broken clasp, she first told me it would cost $140 for a medium size 14k gold clasp and it would be done in 1 hour, when she was writing up my receipt she said that I needed another ring on the other end of my necklace and she added another$40 , I spent $200 to add a lobster clasp to my chain, never again will I go there, I'm not a jewelry expert but I think that was outrageous price. I'm taking it somewhere to make sure the clasp is 14k gold read more

I just like this place so much! I trust their knowledge and they always do an outstanding job. They sized my ring while I waited so I could have it the same day. They are kind and interesting people and have a fantastic selection of jewelry. Lots of unusual pieces!! read more

I work with owner Alin. She is very friendly and helpful. I have known her for years and have brought many different types of jobs and requests to her requiring custom work. She has always come through in spades. The store's Omega service is at least two and a half times less expensive than sending my watch to New Jersey at the Omega factory service center, and the service performed is it the same. Her watch service is much quicker as well. Just recently, Alin helped me and went to special lengths to get my citizens aviation watch for me. I have purchased many items from her over the years. I highly recommend Alin and her husband, owners of fast-fix of Valencia. Steve Vigé read more

I used to take my watches in West LA because it was the recommended shop by Gucci. However, a few years back I discovered this place near my home. It was always a quick trip. Price was reasonable and they always took care of my needs. Six weeks ago, I took my two watches for a battery change. One did not was the water resistant test and I had to leave it to have the gasket changed. It took six weeks before it was ready as they discovered the crystal needed changing. When I spoke to the manager, I was assured that my watch was just awaiting for a new crystal and I will not be charged extra for it. I changed my rating after speaking with the manager. He is very kind and explained the issue to me very well. read more

I went into fast fix, just to have a look around, there was a larger build woman who works there who noticed my Rolex, and began to ask when it was last serviced, I told her around 6 to 7 years ago, she then said "Rolex's need to be serviced ever 5 years regardless if you're wearing it or not" I someone who is a watch collector and someone who has some what of a good knowledge of watchs know that a Rolex or other luxury watchs do not need to be serviced unless they are gaining time or running slow. I have then had my wife go into the store, and who was also advised the same thing from the same woman. I would suggest not trusting this business with luxery watchs as they are not clued up, and to the business owner I would suggest hiring or training your staff on higher end watchs Stay away as they only care about getting the sale and very pushy, try to convince and providing incorrect information to make you worried to go ahead with the service even though it is not required. This jeweler seriously over charges for watch repairs!!!Attempted to charge me $300 for a dial face that cost RETAIL $114.29 and then follows up with an outrageous charge of ANOTHER $300 for a sapphire crystal that costs RETAIL $149.95. By calling the manufacturer and simply giving them the model number and serial number Of my watch I quickly In 2 minutes determined the prices I was being ripped off for. Pays to research pricing by calling watch manufactures. $264.24 cost to send my watch to the manufacture for repairs. Cost to do business here $600.00 -$335.76 UNBELIEVABLE!!!! DO NOT LET THE SEEMINGLY FLAWLESS REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!! FIRST RED FLAG ON YELP IS A BUSINESS THAT MAY HAVE FAKE REVIEWS WHEN ALL ARE ........... Well you smell the point ! Look at their Yelp page closely towards the bottom of the page you will notice they have 55 negative reviews hidden. Some of the reviews even state this Jeweler targets people who leave negative reviews with legal action. SO SADDDD !!!! read more

I brought three watches in for battery replacement, asked how much, and was told $20 each. I like that Fast-Fix replaces your watch batteries while you wait and the convenience of them being in the mall. But their prices are crazy. Instead, I went to Mike's Jewelry in Canyon Country, who replaces your watch batteries while you wait - and still charges $4.95. read more

I'm looking for the button for 10 stars... I just got my battery replaced and a link removed (to fit me) on my Michael Kors watch and everything was excellent! Jonathan provides excellent customer service and he replaced the battery and adjusted my band in a jiffy! His expertise is what you want from any jeweler. Anyone need any jewelry work done? Go here. I happened to be in the area and intentionally wore one of my many watches that needed a new battery. I found this gem on Yelp and I'm so thankful that I did! It all started with my price quote inquiry within Yelp. Chant got back to me quickly and provided nice discounts which Jon easily applied at checkout. I also met Alin who was extremely warm and friendly! What a great place! I highly recommend this place for all of your watch and jewelry needs!! read more

My hubby and I went to fast fix to get batteries for our watches and add gold links to a bracelet. This was my first time here so, walking in I did not expect to see so many varieties of wedding rings, watches, bracelet, chains etc you name it, they got. I felt like Rhinanna "shine bright like a diamond ". As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Alin and Shant the owners. The other Jeweler Jose was very attentive as well, somehow my hubby convinced him he needed a G-Shock watch, and he was very helpful in finding him a very nice one. Well, here's the kicker, I did not know my hubby was upgrading my wedding ring . Awww too cute right! Alin was very patient with helping me choose the perfect one. I tried on quite a few of them until I found the one, yes the one I said WOW THAT'S IT. That's the one I want. Alin was not only patient, but friendly, kind, and all around great personality. I strongly recommend Fast fix for any of your jewelry needs. Prices for fixing your jewelry and batteries for your watches, are very reasonable. They go above and beyond with great customer service. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU Shant, Alin, Jose and the rest of the Fast fix staff. read more

My wife's watch battery died and I had two other watches that also had dead batteries. I brought all three into the shop. Told them I needed to go pick up my order from JC Penney and then right after came back. So maybe 10 minutes between drop off and pick-up and all the watches had new batteries and were set to the right time. I always appreciate the service I get since I have been here on many occasions, but did not take the time to review. read more

I'm so happy with the service and the jewelry that I've purchased from here. I had a crushed ring from a closet door that was unfixable, they took the diamonds from that ring and had them make a gorgeous diamond pendant. It's exactly what I had pictured. Every time I go by, they are happy to clean/ steam my rings and jewels. I trust them and they have now performed time and time again for me. read more

Took two watches in to get the batteries replaced. Battery replacement for 1 year warranty on a Michael Kors watch was $14.99 while the battery replacement for a Dior watch was $39.99 with a 5 year warranty. I was surprised at the price difference but was in a hurry so decided to pay the cost. Service was quick, about 15 mins or less and I was able to use the Yelp check in to save 10%. This review is long overdue, I have a love and appreciation for vintage gold jewelry and bring this place some crazy ideas of things I want to create way too often I suppose but they are always up to the task and never disappoint! The work is impeccable and fast which is more than 5 stars! I only trust this place and trust me I'm not an easy customer!!!!!! It was "time" to replace the batteries in my husband's watches. I knew that the only place to go to was Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch repair at the mall. It had been a while since the last time I was there, but as soon as I walked into the newly remodeled store (looks amazing) I was greeted by the friendly staff & owners Alin & Shant. Eddie immediately offered to assist me in replacing the batteries in my husband's watches. While Eddie was changing out the batteries, I wandered around the store & saw all the beautiful changes that they did. I really liked the way they show cased the diving watches in the fish tank that was displayed in the store. As one of the watches I brought in was a diving watch. I also had the opportunity to talk with the owners Alin and Shant. They were very nice! Before I knew it, Eddie was finished & handed me my now working watches with the correct time & date. Eddie even pressurized my husband's diving watch without me asking (not that I would've known to ask). He also showed me other features that I didn't know my husband's G-shock watch had. Eddie was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Thank you Alin, Chant & Eddie for such a wonderful experience in your store. If ever you need to replace the batteries in your watch, or purchase a new one...I highly recommend that you stop by Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch repair Store. I've been three times now. I don't often leave reviews but I was so happy each time I decided people need to know. Each time, the people I spoke with were incredibly nice, helpful, and fast (but not rushed. They took their time with me). The first two fixes were necklaces. One of the fixed was less than 5 min. The third fix was my engagement ring sizing. Again, very informative and knowledgeable about my ring, and it took one business day. Other places often take up to 14 days because they ship out the pieces. This location has two jewelers on site every day. Highly recommend this place! read more
