I toke my watch to get resized and a battery added. The owner was kind and was able to adjust it in under 10 minutes. I was pleased with their professional and exceptional service. I will definitely return! read more

I trusted them for many years. I had micro pave diamonds in my wedding band. They must have replaced at least 5 diamonds over the yrs and many more repairs. I brought my father's watch to be sized for me. ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS to remove 2 links. I had a chance today as i was by a nearby CC jewelry store and since my watch was still too loose I took it there. $10. TEN DOLLARS TO REMOVE A LINK. I will never go to Fast Fix again. BTW, it was DOMINIQUES JEWELERS on Soledad that did the same job as Fast Fix but Dominiques did the job for TEN DOLLARS. read more

Second time so disappointed. I asked about fixing a link in my bracelet that they had fixed twice before. The lady must have been tired and could not stand up from her seat. She quoted a price. I felt like it was a bother. I went elsewhere and paid $20.00 less to fix the link. I have done serious business with them over the years. She must have been new. Seems ashame to lose business because of attitude. Previous associates were much more gracious. read more

I am so in love with my engagement ring and wedding band, it's absolutely stunning and exactly what I asked for and more!!! I worked directly with the owner Alin to get every detail of the ring perfect! If you're searching for a place to purchase a custom ring, this is the the Jeweler! Alin provided me with 7 different stones to choose from and they were all gorgeous choices, then it was time to create a CAD of the ring and personalize it to exactly what I wanted. read more

I highly recommend this jewelry store. They do great work and will even size your ring while you wait. I like that. They are family owned and operated and I like that too. They made my vintage opal diamond ring come back to life. It had lost all of its shine and fire over the years. It now shines like the top of the Chrysler Building and is beautiful again. read more

Good for doing repairs, customs, resizing, and maybe purchasing accessories (like bands) for your watch. However, unless you really know your stuff, I would be cautious about buying any of your actual pieces here. I saw a $30 Casio being sold for over $100 last time I passed through...you guys can't be doing that. read more

Last year my fiancée and I got engaged and I'm lucky enough to have bought her an amazing engagement ring. Problem is that I bought the ring one size too big and our wedding is quickly approaching. With work and other commitments it's become very difficult to travel back to New York where I originally purchased it. Lucky enough I came across Fast Fix Jewelry located here in the Santa Clarita Valley. The service and prices are amazing. We visited Sunday afternoon to inquire how long it would take and the lady that attended us confidentiality stated, "tomorrow." Fast forward to Monday afternoon and I got a call saying it was ready. Upon arrival I was once again greeted very professionally and retrieved the ring. The ring fits her great now and it's ready for the big day read more

I came in here with a broken heart, and for some retail therapy lol Caroline was such a great seller. I bought a small chain that I didn't want to get fixed so she offered me a great price on it. I also bought/ordered another chain and came in exactly a week later, I wasn't satisfied with the length, but they worked with me, and added some length and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. All the employees here were so welcoming, understanding, and reasonable with my needs. I recommend this shop over any shop in the mall! Thank you so much! read more

The repair wasn't done properly, so the stone fell out twice. Then, they wouldn't honor their warranty.

Thank you, Yelp! My car key fob was not locking and unlocking so I knew that the battery was dying. I reached out to this business on Yelp and they were very responsive with pricing and also availability. I finally got a chance yesterday to go in the afternoon. They are located on the second floor at the mall next to the elevator. I worked with Carol who is very efficient and easy to work with. It is $25 for the battery with a one-year warranty, or you can pay $35 for a five year warranty. It's pretty cool that the warranty information is printed on the battery inside, so you just have to come back to the store whenever you need it. I would highly recommend! read more

I was just reading a review from "rude as well" about being pressured into service for his watch. My experience was I have a nice automatic watch that wasn't keeping time, took it to them, and it really didn't work out that well. (Still ran slow about 5 min/day). I went to buy a gift watch for my son because the owners have always been super nice, and she asked about my watch. I told her it wasn't right and I was going to try another watchmaker or send it back to the factory. She asked me to bring it back to them no charge and they would make it right. I whole heartedly would recommend them. read more

Caroline and Francisco had provided excellent service and consultation. These people are criminal we commissioned them to create an engagement ring after I came in and they told me how ugly my ring was. All we originally showed up for was to have it sized. This has gone on for seven months. The second ring I was in very close contact with Eileen and I kept telling her it does not look like the picture that I had given her and she kept saying just to let her finish and I will love it. But I do not love it and they never returned my setting instead they are wearing my original setting. For $3500 I could have bought something and I kept asking for my money back so I could just go buy something because I was not comfortable buying something I had never seen. But they kept assuring me that it will be beautiful and I will love it. And I do not love it and it does not look like the picture and I have pointed that out several times. read more

Amazing customer service and perfect work. They repaired my chain so fast. Alin was so friendly and informative.

Chant is super helpful and welcoming! They fixed my glasses super fast and they also have a great selection of jewelry as well.

I was looking around for a simple ring resizing going up one size. I saw positive Yelp reviews and dropped my ring off at Fast Fix. As a first time customer I honestly mixed feelings about my experience here. Starting the order was great. Mica (not sure on the spelling of his name) was great. He was friendly and helpful and measured my finger for a good comfortable fit. He looked over the ring and gave my estimate and said it would be done in about 4 hours. I waited for a call that my ring was ready later that day but never got it. Not a big deal but it did leave me wondering if there was an issue. I eventually just came in for pick up, excited to have my ring back fitting comfortably. The size was great, but I noticed and could feel a ridge where the cut was made to widen the size. I asked the woman helping me, I believe she is the owner's wife, she noticed it too and asked a coworker, John. Now, John ran his finger over the outside of the ring and casually handed it back saying - yea that's normal for a resizing. I questioned it asking, shouldn't the ring be returned back in the condition or better than when it came in? He continued to explain that "was as good as it gets". He was very dismissive of me the customer even though he acknowledged the flaw. They asked a jeweler from the back who also shrugged his shoulders. I was so surprised they were both satisfied with the quality of work performed and were ready to send me out the door. I had this ring sized originally when I first got it and never had any bumps or ridges or flaws in the curve. The owner's wife was hearing all this and stepped in again calling up the owner Chant. Chant was very gracious and looked over the ring and said "yes you are right, please allow me to fix it". 30 minutes later I came in and the ring was fixed and looked better. Smooth and no ridge where the cut was made. Ilene helped me this time and was very friendly understood customer service. Now I'm not a picky customer but when I go to a jewelry repair shop for a resize and get it back with more flaws than it was dropped off with, I am going to question it. Just glad the owner Chant cares about his business and fixed the situation. And most everyone there was pleasant with one exception. People come to jewelry stores potentially to spend good amounts of money, a little courtesy can go a long way people. read more

The staff here is super friendly and their prices and service are heads and shoulders above the big box stores in the area.
