Amazing service! My Fiance proposed to me the day before our visit here. My engagement ring and wedding band were too big to wear, so I was in desperate need to get it sized ASAP, cause I wanted to wear it right away! We went on a Sunday at 3pm, so it was pretty busy. We were greated immediately, by Eddie. He sized me and thoroughly inspected my rings. He calls up the jewler, to inspect it and see if it can be done. They quoted us $178 for both, and explained that it was a bit more, since the rings had diamonds wrapped around most of the ring. They also estimated they would be ready by 6pm, same day. We get there at 5:30 to see if they were ready, and they were (yay!) A different gentlemen helped us out. He was very kind and complimented my rings. I tried them on, and they were PERFECT!!!! Not a single flaw or sign of rezising. Eddie came up to us and made sure that everything was great! Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend this place!!! read more

I cannot say enough about Joey!! Joey is so helpful and friendly! I have had my rings sized a few times, watch batteries swapped and band sized. I have been happy with the results every time. They live up to the name Fast Fix because it is always done so fast and always looks great! Don't let the word fast fool you to thinking less quality. I was impressed with all the custom jewelry they have there, too. The owner, Aline, is so sweet and they all make you feel welcome and are willing to help you in anyway they can. If you cannot find what you are looking for they will also do their best to get it or they may be able to custom make it for you. I will keep going back for all my jewelry needs. I went to Fast-Fix to have a link on my Citizen watch repaired, and they had it done very quickly and it only cost me $20.00. While there, I bought my 10 year old son his first watch and he loved it. I have to say that the owner Chant, and his employees are what exemplify professionalism and outstanding service. Their services are very reasonable and I would recommend this business to any of my family or friends who need their watches or jewelry repaired. This place is the best! My fiancé and I went from jewelry store to jewelry store trying to find a wedding band for my ring and we couldn't find anything we were happy with. We either had to settle for something cheap looking or custom made and unaffordable. Jonathan helped us find the perfect band to match my ring and it was the most affordable price that had been offered to us. He even gave us a same day pick up after sizing the ring! This place is more than what it looks like. Great service, great diamonds, and AMAZING selections! read more

I went in to the store not totally sure of what direction I wanted to go and the staff was courteous and took the time to explain different options to me. I initially had a good experience here when I got a battery replaced for my watch that had a Fast Fix warranty (from another store). I referred my family there but we were all shocked at the pricing. They charge $29.95 to replace batteries! Really???!!! The pricing is outrageous. Stay away. This is far more than other Fast Fix stores. It seems that each franchise sets its own price. Stay away. My son needed his Rolex fixed and we didn't know where to go until I found this place on Yelp. They gave him a lead time of how long it would take but it was done sooner than expected. I had a beautiful Mother's necklace made for my daughter-in-law. I was very excited to add our newborn grandson's birthstone to the necklace to surprise her for Christmas. Unfortunately, the artist who had made it had gone out of business and so I began searching for a charm, or something to add on. I could find nothing! I decided I would go to the mall to see if I could find someone and I did - Fast Fix! I was so impressed with the customer service - she said they may need to find the correct stone, so it could be a few days. The necklace had been worn quite a bit, so, it needed to be cleaned as well. Well, when I got it back, I couldn't believe the transformation! The stone was beautifully added on, the silver pendant and chain were just gorgeous and gleaming (which she didn't charge me for). Also, it ended up being done the very same day! I highly recommend them. Caroline was the lovely woman who helped me. read more

Ok. So. Hate gong to the mall on Sunday. It's just a zoo and parking is a nightmare. But I got a new watch and I needed to adjust the band and get a battery since it wasn't running. Never been to Fast Fix. Caroline greeted me and quoted me a price for battery, pressurization, and band adjustment. Ok. Fair price. She said 5 minutes. Well, she comes back and shows me that it was just set on stopwatch. No battery needed. No pressurization needed. Just a nominal fee for the band adjustment! Talk about honesty in the workplace!!! She could have totally charged me for the initial quote and I would have left happy. But she did the right thing. Gives me hope. So, please take all your watch repair and jewelry needs to this honest, family run business. Thank you, Caroline!!!! read more

My mission when I left the house earlier was to try and locate a ring and or bracelet to replace the one I recently lost but was able to keep up with for the past 10 years. Macy's was advertising the skull collection but was sold out so I asked the associate if there were any other places in the mall that sold bracelets for men. She pointed me in the direction of a spot and the other end of the mall next to Sears.......whalla!!! I instantly saw a few pieces that were calling my name and asked about prices...Once I realized that Manny was willing to work within the budget I mentioned, I knew right then and there that I would not be leaving the store empty handed... I respectfully repeat that my mission leaving home was to browse, and MAYBE buy...but ended up leaving with a two pieces..a ring and tiger-eye/jade bracelet..... I will be back, as I like the majority of their inventory!!! Its a fact that most of won't remember what people along our journey of life said to us in passing. We will remember however, how they made us feel!!!!! Manny, thanks for honest customer service!! read more

I brought in a custom made ring to have the size increased from 8 to 9 1/2. Micah worked with me and his Jeweler to make sure the custom ring could be re-sized without sacrificing the design of the ring. After confirming that the job was possible Micah asked me if I could leave the ring with him until the next day. Of course, that was fine with me. Was recommended to come here by a co worker. Dropped off a piece to be customized and made so it could be polished. Desk person said no problem like they knew exactly what to do. When picked up they only did half the job. They attempted to conceal that they skipped part of what was asked. Only when I attempted to polish the piece. It didn't react to polish. So basically our for a half completed job. Not recommended if only half the work is done when promised to do 100%. read more
