I could not be happier!! Shant and Alin are gracious and kind every time I go in and their knowledge of jewelry is vast. I have had many repairs done and every time the work was high quality and the price reasonable. Shant has made some custom pieces for me in the past few years and I love that he knows exactly what I mean when I explain what I want. The finished product always looks exactly what I had pictured in my mind. There isn't anything he can't do!! The store is stocked with a variety of items in all price ranges. The quality is amazing and the salespeople are exceptional...very knowledgeable and really warm, you get a feeling that they actually care about making you a long term customer, not just making the quick sale. When I leave the Fast Fix store, I leave with a smile on my face!! read more

I was on my way to the Vans store in Valencia Town Center mall when I saw this Fast Fix location near it - so I stopped in on the spur of the moment to see if they could repair a small silver starfish that I had been wearing on a chain around my neck for a really long time - until part of the circle that attached the starfish to the chain broke off. This is not an expensive item at all - it was sentimental because I got it in Mexico on a trip with Tim - yet I didn't want to spend a lot repairing it. Only half of the circle was missing and it was such a small item in the first place - I didn't even know if it could be repaired. Caroline was very friendly and nice to me - she took time to look at the starfish and then gave me several options of repairing it - all of which would have looked nicer than what I was hoping to have done when I walked in. It was interesting and cool that they would have been able to gold plate it and return it to the way it was when I acquired it - before the gold wore off over the years and I realized the guy in the mall in Cancun had lied to me about it being 14K all the way through :( - but this would have cost more and then it would've made more sense to take the cost of repairing and add some money onto it and snag a whole new starfish instead - one that would be real gold for sure. So - I ended up with the least expensive fix for it - just getting a new silver circle soldered onto the top of the starfish and using the same silver ring to attach it to the chain as I was using before - that was what I had hoped to get done when I walked in so that was awesome. And Caroline made me feel so comfortable about that repair that I asked her to look at a super old (at least 13 years old) 14K gold ring that was missing a couple of tiny diamonds and give a quote for repairing it. I asked her to quote it using diamonds and also using cubic zirconia because the stones were seriously so tiny, it wasn't like it would matter - this was just another sentimental thing because it was from when we lived in Hawaii. I ended up using cz instead of diamonds and I'm happy with the choice - it's sort of neat to be able to to tell which stones were there from the beginning and which are the new ones this many years later. She also redid the prongs, they had to be built up to hold the stones in because they were worn down - polished and made it round again too. Both of the repairs look great - they were finished literally just a few hours after I had dropped them off and much earlier than Caroline had said they would be. And it was so nice that she didn't shame me in the least for not wanting to go with the more extensive and expensive repairs for these things - she took a good amount of time explaining all of the options and price points - and it really made more sense to me that IF I had extra money to spend on jewelry, to spend it on something brand new and not to spend extra on repairs for these really old but special items. My experience here was great today and I couldn't be happier - to the point that I am writing this as soon as I walked in from driving home. read more

I first found out about this place through my nephew. He is into wearing G-Shock watches. I started getting into them and Fast-fix has more selections compare to other stores. They even get the hard to find limited ones. I've met the owner and staff members and they are very professional and pleasant to talk to. If there is a certain watch that I'm looking for, they would go out of their way to find it for me. Their prices are very reasonable and on certain holidays they would even give discounts on certain watches. Fast-fix also repaired my iPhone, I brought it in on a Monday and I got my phone back the next day. I had such a pleasant experience coming here that I recommended Fast-fix to my friends and family. Thank you for the outstanding service. read more

I wanted to get a very sentimental item fixed which was a gold chain from Egypt 24 karats that needed chain links taken out and put together again. I went to a couple different places to check quality but when someone mentioned soldering and putting on more gold to attach the broken pieces together i got a little anxious that the design would change or the joint would be too noticeable. When I came to this place and a very keen gentleman told me he would be using laser, I was much more at ease handing it over. The process was quick, he obviously knew what he was doing. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service and wait time was 30 mins only. When I came back, I couldn't even find the place where the chain had been joined again, the pattern on the links remained perfectly symmetrical and I would recommend this place again 100%. read more

My wife took a heart necklace she received for Christmas, from our Grandson, and asked for it to be adjusted by adding a loop for a shorter connection. My wife told Caroline the sentimental value and not only did she give us a great price, but it was ready one hour before the time given for us to pick. This is the second piece of jewelry my wife has taken for minor repairs. I believe we have found our regular place for jewelry repairs. I would recommend FAST-FIX Jewelry and Watch Repairs to anyone who needs to have items repaired by the best. Thanks Caroline for being who you are and providing great customer service to our community. read more

I read reviews on yalp and I decided to go to their place in the mall. They're located in front of New York and Company clothing line before target. They sized my ring down from size 7 to say 6. They did a marvelous job. And the price they charge it was the most reasonable price compared to the other places. I recommend this guy to everyone. And I'm not related to him. read more

Fastest service for a watch battery and a great price! Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

Amazing people! I needed the battery replaced on my watch, but the part holding the battery was broken. I had been told at another repair shop that it couldn't be fixed and it would be best to just throw it out and buy a new one. I explained that my watch has a sentimental value to me since it has been with me throughout my career. The young gentlemen understood the value it had and was able to fix it for me at no cost! Thank you! read more

Mr. Hooshmand is the wizard of watches. My 40+ year old Omega watch, which has great sentimental value, could not be fixed according to the Omega dealer in Los Angeles, in New York in Singapore and also by Omega headquarters in Switzerland! They all said the part that was needed was not available. My watch has performed flawlessly for four years now since i took it to Mr. Hooshmand. His shop is a museum of timepieces and worth visiting for that reason alone. read more

I had the best Experience ever at this place. It was my 10th year anniversary and my wife had an incident where she ruined her wedding ring, the shank was totally bent and the prongs were so worn out, I brought her rings here and the staff was more than helpful while they suggested Reshanking the ring and replace the headbasket for the center stone they also offered polishing her band along with it complementary... and it all happened within couple of hours!! It blew my mind!! I wasn't expecting to get the rings before a week... honestly, great job, perfect customer service & amazing prices... I highly recommend . read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place charge us almost $50 for a battery that cost $3! They are very dishonest people. Beware.

DONT waste your time with this place. My fiance went to this place to have a ring made for me. They scammed him on the center stone. Said it was a half carat but then we had it weighed elsewhere and it wasn't even .30 carat. We went back to discuss the situation and when we walked in the owners wife acted like she was my fiances best friend. Said omg I'm so glad you just walked in because I have a bigger diamond for you I will trade you for.... something wrong with that picture right? No one in their right mind would trade a larger better quality diamond for a smaller one.... we returned the center stone, only got half the money back then went somewhere else and had the ring fixed and put the right side center stone in. Dont bother going in that place. read more

Allow me to get my coat, I feel a bit of a shill. Sorry, but I smell a rat. I've been here and had some work done. They attempted to overcharge me for a few different things that I didn't even need. I guess that's what I get for taking jewelry to a mall to be repaired. read more

Nothing lower than one star so I will go with that. $375 dollars for a tiny diamond replacement in my stud earrings and now the setting does not match the original one. Twenty minutes obviously was not enough time to spend on this. Also no prices listed so beware of the fast talking quotes. Hold on to your wallet and don't bend over. Never coming back. Very unhappy with my experience! read more

Fast Fix - These folks know what they're doing. - Jewelry Near Me - Valencia, California

This place damn nearly robbed me blind!! They quoted me $500 to resize an engagement ring and wedding band and told me the ring was not quality and wouldn't last more than a year because it was hollow. Another jeweler in the mall did it for $110 in 1/2 the time they quoted! Thieves!!! They stated the rings should be redone and quoted $3800 to redo the rings but also said it would have cost $2200 had they made the rings. How does that make sense??? Don't trust these idiots!!! read more

"YES WE CAN!" I usually don't take the time to write positive reviews. Today I would like to change that. Rather than letting off a bunch of steam by ranting about where NOT to go with your jewelry needs, I'd like to give back a positive review to the internet community. Also, I know first hand how hard it is for us as consumers to find a gifted jeweler who we can trust, who does excellent work, and who doesn't ripp us off, right? It ranks right up there with trustworthy car dealerships, auto repair shops, pet groomers, hair salons and house cleaning services. And even though Fast Fix already has a five star rating and doesn't really seem to need yet another positive review, I will write one anyway. I have been a customer at Fast Fix Valencia for a little over two years now. I live in Ojai, CA, and even though Valencia is quite a long drive from here I would never take my jewelry needs (repairs, resizing, designing, or new jewelry/watch purchases) anywhere else. Besides brilliant expert jewelers, excellent value, on the spot repairs, and extremely reasonable prices they offer the most superb customer service, where the staff deals with all intimate issues tied to the jewelry trade with the utmost sensitivity and respect for their customer. And besides the joyous fact that they also repair iPhones, one of the other major perks for me is their "Yes We Can" attitude. Prior to finding Fast Fix I had unsuccessfully been to three different jewelry stores with repair service in Ventura County to have one of my pave-set diamond rings sized up considerably. Each of the places flat out declined to take on the work. Their explanation: They mostly feared that their jeweler might ruin the ring, as the diamonds might pop out, or what have you, and therefore did not want to be held liable. Finally, one very nice employee in one of the Ventura stores suggested I try Fast Fix in Valencia, and ask for Chant. Once there, Chant examined the ring thoroughly, as I held my breath. And then, in the most confident tone, he said the magic words: "Yes, no problem, I can do it." My eyes lit up like stars! Less than an hour later I picked up my sparkling ring, perfectly resized and deep cleaned. This guy is a jewelry genius!!!! And get this: It cost me less than half of what I had once paid in Camarillo for resizing just a plain, gold wedding band! Every single day for more than two years I have been wearing this diamond ring now, and to this day not a single diamond has ever "popped out", like these other places had predicted. Needless to say, I was back at Fast Fix the very next week with more of my jewelry that needed repair or alterations. Upon showing Chant several other "doomed" pieces, he said the magic words again: "Yes, no problem, I can do it." While I waited for these rings to be resized, along with a gold chain repair I got to meet Chant's wife, Alin, who told me that she and Chant owned the business. She showed me around the store with all its breathtaking jewelry. The pieces that I asked to see up close were almost all half the price, (or at least one third less), of similar pieces with equivalent value that I had shopped around for in other stores, particularly diamond earring studs, or rings featuring precious gemstones/south sea pearls. Alin also pointed out several magnificent pieces that she and Chant had designed and crafted themselves. I then showed her some of my jewelry pieces which were old and out of style. We began discussing changes and new designs. Right there on the spot, Alin designed the most amazing Tanzanite ring for me on paper. Also, she was the sweetest, most pleasant woman, and just as sincere, honest and knowledgeable as her husband! A few weeks later my spectacular, newly designed ring was ready for pick up. I loved it so much I almost wore it to bed that night! To top it all of, I then discovered that they also repair iPhones too, as briefly mentioned above. So last week I took two of my families broken iPhones to Fast Fix., one with a defective "On/Off" button, the other with a shattered screen. One of the iPhones they were able to fix right on the spot, but for the other one they had to order the part first. I got to pick it up today. Works like a charm! So here it is in a nutshell: I highly recommend this jewelry store. The owners are true professionals who take so much pride in their work that it reflects in every piece of jewelry that I have ever had repaired at Fast Fix, or purchased there. read more
