It was a tight space and I was asking alot, but they came through and it looks amazing. I dont remember the name of the guy who actualy did the work but he did a great job. The customer service was amazing. They worked with what i wanted and had it done by the end of the day. The only downside was the price. I placed my favorite and valuable (to me) rings in the care of jeweler, Marco. When the work was completed, I picked up the rings, I was astounded at the quality of workmanship! Well, I took my ring in to have sized about June/July...after wearing it about 2 months I noticed a diamond missing. I paid over $200 to have the work done. After noticing the diamond missing, I took it back and had a diamond from a necklace to have replaced in October . That was $80. I looked at my ring yesterday Nov 25 a diamond missing again. What the heck. So now out 2 diamonds and over $300 in repairs. It is so disappointing. I am sure if I call nothing will be done, will have to put out more money. I have no diamonds to replace the next one lost. It should have been taken care of the first time. They should have record of repairs from the first time but acted blind and deaf. So pissed off. This place is quick! I went in to get a gold chain shortened and a pin in my watch strap replaced and it took 30 minutes! Unfortunately, when I got my chain back it was still too long, but they went ahead and shortened it some more. When I saw the chain I could tell it had been shortened and maybe too much, but I took it home anyway and figured it was probably OK. After wearing it for a few minutes I knew it wasn't what I wanted and was definitely too short.
