The estimated shipping timeframe of 3-7 days has now turned into 8 days with no delivery. UPS tracking details show that the package has not been scanned since 5/11/26, while Fashion Nova tracking states it was scanned on 5/14/26. The conflicting information has made this situation even more frustrating. My birthday was on 5/15/26, and the attire for my event was all white. Unfortunately, because my package did not arrive on time, I was forced to wear another color--not by choice--to my own event. Fashion nova overall, online order, or in person sucks. If you order online, you have to pay $5 dollar shipping to return it, just to get your money back and if you go to the store to exchange or return for something else! You can't return it if it's final sale! I've kept a lot of clothes from Fashion Nova that did not fit me and exchanging it was not an option. I always end up with clothes with tags and I end up having to donate it. They don't work with you at all. I literally size up all the time and the clothes still doesn't fit. She first look at their window display and decided for us to walk inside. This place is a decent size and have a lot of things to offer.
