Unsanitary service 4. Disrespectful treatment 5. $113 BEFORE TIPPING I came as a walk in at 2:30pm for a GelX manicure and regular pedicure and ended up leaving at 5pm. Halfway through my manicure my stylist mentioned that I would be switched to someone else because she had an appointment. I didn't mind this, as I was a walk in and know that appointments should be prioritized. When i showed my new stylist the reference photo she seemed prepared. She first motioned to do the wrong design on one of my nails; but mistakes happen and i caught it before anything could be done. My design required one french tip and I asked her to retouch/redo 3 times due to unfinished/crooked lines. Then came the stripped part of the design, 3 lines on my pinky that took 20-30 minutes to look DECENT. When trying to do those 3 lines I asked if there was someone else more fit for designs and that I would be okay waiting, she didn't pay any mind to my request and kept trying. After some more attempts I asked her to take off the stripe and told her that I would find somewhere else to do it. At this point, who i think is the owner came over and handed her another tool after they exchanged some words. The same issues happened, uneven lines, some even diagonal. Then she proceeds to pluck a HAIR FROM HER HEAD to try to do the line as she giggles, I was sooo taken aback at this point and had spoken up SO MANY times that I was speechless. My index nail was also placed on crooked so when I mentioned to her that the lines were diagonal she stated that my nail was crooked. 1. My fake nail was placed crooked and 2. even if my nail is crooked, your line should be straight! Again, I told her to wipe everything off and said I would go somewhere else. After she finally let me go, the owner asked if I wanted her to try and I said "that is what i have been asking for since this began". Finally they were good enough and I left after paying $113 for all that I had just gone through. just don't come here.

The lady on the phone was an absolute pleasure to speak with and I booked an appointment for the very next day. From the minute I opened the door to the minute I walked out there were nothing but positive, feel good vibes. The girl at the door greeted me with the most authentic smile and took me right to the seat with my nail tech. She asked me if I would like anything to drink and the other nail techs suggested wine after a long day. Nails and wine? AMAZING! As I happily sipped my wine, my nail tech, Marta, was paying super close attention to detail and making sure I was happy with everything (which I was). Through the months, my nails have broken and gotten super short and she still managed to shape them nice and square. And when my original nail color idea wasn't working out (I wanted 2 coats of one color and 1 coat of another) she showed me what it would look like on all the nails and made sure I was satisfied. I wasn't and she without hesitation took them off and continued with a better plan. I truly love nail techs that are more interested in a satisfied client than getting the job done quickly. At no point did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. The employees went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and special. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Daisy has always been exceptional, professional, attentive, and consistently providing excellent service. She is the reason I continued returning. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Martha M., completely changed my opinion of this business. Based on the assumption that I had written a review that wasn't even under my name, she contacted me from both the business phone and her personal cell phone to tell me it would be best if I didn't return. There was no attempt to clarify the misunderstanding or have a professional conversation. It's disappointing when loyal clients are treated this way. If this is how situations are handled, it's hard to feel that customer relationships are truly valued. While I highly recommend Daisy, I cannot recommend a business whose management chooses to handle concerns in this manner.

We all work too hard to pay for expensive services that aren't quality and don't last. I have tried this nail salon on three occasions with different nail techs. I have yet to have a an experience that is worth the money. He first time was for apres for my daughter and I...both of us experienced the nail tips lifting and polish peeling within two weeks. The second time I tried them 18 months later...I told the tech about my previous experience and watched the application closely to find one nail had air bubbles on the perimeter of the tip and has to push for her to correct it. I had a couple tips fall off. My last experience was 8/14/26, the foot spa has a cheap plastic liner that broke and I realized they don't actually clean the food spas every every single service. Gross. Next my a press nail service experience was nice. The staff is friendly over all. However, in less then two weeks several nails had polish peeling and chipping. Literally, within 10 days. $136 including tip for apres and pedi (no design) is a lot of money for the nails to not last beyond two weeks. I contacted the salon and sent pictures. They offered to fix the polish for $5 per nail. Honestly, they should be embarrassed for the poor quality of service they are delivering. *In response to the owners reply: Check your cameras. Your staff is not cleaning the foot spas after every service. After my experience with the cheap bags breaking...I watched 6 other women get pedis...only ONE spa was cleaned and it was when the PM shift receptionist arrived. Furthermore, I've included the text confirmation showing my service was 14 days prior and not 16 days. However the peeling and chipping started before 10 days. Women work too hard to get ripped off with poor quality and unsanitary services*

I gave her another chance because when my lady came back the gel nail polish she applied on her return kept chipping days later- I assumed it was her application of the product that was the issue- so I went back to the lady that helped me while she was on leave- bad idea cause the same moisture issue happened again but worse! The vibe: 1 nail lady literally fell off of her chair today, and it's happened before with another (get new employee chairs) Coffee machine is broken - everyone is kind but some technicians need expert training on nail care and the manager is absent and unresponsive. You'd think they'd wave the gel x removal to care for my nails that they damaged but no I was charged- I even left a 10% tip goodbye... my regular mani pedi is bad too cause toe nails were cut uneven and left sharp (had to fix it myself) but she did ok on the cuticles.. The excuse: I waited 4 weeks/ which I asked if that would be ok on my last appt and I was told yes because I keep my nails short and cut square with rounded corners - I work a lot so time is money for me- what hurts is not the cost of service is that the cost of service was my nail health! my nails need repair and treatment because of the lack of expertise and required care from this salon
