So my boyfriend and I came here for kicks and giggles last week and when we pulled up I was expecting a dirty, dark, creepy perv place...and let me tell you it was the exact opposite! As we walked around the store I quickly found out how wrong I was....I was really big and bright and the staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. Plus there was a huge selection! Such a beautiful place with many selections to choose from, and I find that the prices are worth what you're paying especially with the lingerie and swimwear. Also, most of the staff were courteous and professional, as well as attended to my needs and/or whenever I had questions. I also appreciated that they did their best to wipe down the counters and wore face masks every transaction made. However, the reason why I'm giving this a one star is because of my experience with one of the workers, and I believe her name is Morgan, she just made my experience there god awful. When I came inside the store, I believe it was around night time or late afternoon, there wasn't a lot of people but it was not empty, and as I walked around I saw her multiple times on the store walking around and engrossed on her phone, not helping any of the other customers and myself. She didn't even notice me near her and asked if I needed any help, she just walked straight passed me with her phone on her face. If you're going to be just on your phone while at work, why even bother coming? Good thing there were two guys who were nice enough to notice me and asked if I needed assistance, they were really sweet and informative. Next, another thing that she contributed for the one star is her not following the store policy of keeping the mask on. As I was looking at the swimsuit section, I had noticed she pulls down her face masks frequently and never used any of the hand sanitizers when touching the other merchandise on the register. There was this one instance whereas she was trying to round up a customer, she pulled down her mask completely off and decided to have a full-on conversation with another coworker and looked back at the customer with the mask still off. It made me feel unsafe and at-risk how she just keeps pulling off her masks without any sanitation. Finally, I got to the register to buy my stuff, and I was fortunate enough to be not rounded up by morgan and as I was being helped at the register, she did what I think would be the most unprofessional thing I could have possibly seen on earth. Mind you, there were other customers, it wasn't just me. She started dancing out of nowhere, not just a few moves but twerking and getting low on the floor I would assume, and we all kind of look at her like "why on god's green earth would you do this at a public place, much less your job?" There were other customers in line waiting to get checked out, and this poor sweet girl was the only one tending the register while she was trying to make the register a dancefloor I guess. So, after her dancing fiasco, as I'm still being checked out, I saw she didn't wipe off the countertop when the customer flopped her stuff. As my register and I were conversing about how the product works and me liking fascinations, she manages to butt in our mid-conversation again and pushes her way into the conversation as she was trying to check out someone. As the lady who was helping me in the register talked about the sale they had going on, she interrupted her by telling the customer loudly "Oh she'll be able to help you okay" and just stopped checking the customer and walked out of nowhere into the floor. Now, the lady who was helping me just had to hurry up and bagged all my stuff, which I felt bad for because she was really sweet and I felt like she could have been helped. I forgot her name but she had a beautiful smile. Overall, it was an okay experience but pretty distasteful cause of one of the workers there, and I will come back again because it's still an amazing store, but I hope I'll never run into Morgan again. It doesn't look sexy, but it's been making Tide a fortune from all the sheet laundry it necessitates. As others have said, this store is upscale and not sleazy - I've been in some adult shops that also sell glass pipes (not the kind you would use with 'tobacco') - there's none of that here, nor are there "booths" or "back rooms' or whatever. When you get texted a shopping list at 3:30 in the morning and then only have about 15 minutes to do said shopping in between work appointments - walking in at first was a bit overwhelming - how the heck am I going to make decisions, stay on budget and knock out this list?! BAD service, especially at the register. I literally just shopped there and encountered a very rude female cashier. I said no thank you to their rewards sign up and she gave me an attitude plus didn't say thank you and just chatted with her coworkers when I paid. I shouldn't have said thank you when I left. I also range the assistance button to so someone can unlock the dressing room but no one showed for 5 minutes and I had to wait a while for someone to open one. I love this place....I swear, I'm like a kid in a candy store; Or in this case, an adult in an upscale adult store. Every time I come here, I have a hard time controlling myself- I just want to buy everything! They have beautiful lingerie, all the best toys, and tons of fun lotions & whatnot. This is definitely the best adult store I've ever been in. As far as some of the complaints go for this place not having top of the line customer service, you need to take it down a notch with your first world problems. The customer service representative was super nice and helpful and gave good recommendations that you wouldn't always think of in your regular state of mind lol. LOVE this place! Its pretty much my second home, and this particular store is like the Costco of Fascinations in Arizona. The staff is very friendly and have always helped me whenever i needed it. They have a great selcection of lingerie, and i always leave the store with more than i wanted to buy :p The board games sold there are actually quite fun, for example NAUGHTY CHARADES, it has hundreds of different terms that you have to act out for everyone to guess, and keeps everyone entertained for hours on end for only $16!! And they also have the craziest novelty section haha for my mom's 50th birthday i made it kind of like a bachelorette party and bought all of the supplies i needed for her cake and decorations from neckalces to the shot glasses. My girlfriends and I go here all the time to buy things for our boyfriends and well they never complain! read more

It's clean...it's bright...it's well-stocked...IT'S EXPENSIVE! The staff, both male and female, are very friendly and certainly knowledgeable about the inventory they have to work with. Clothing, movies (both of the blue and mainstream variety), literature covering a very wide range of tastes, lubricants, lotions, potions, scents of many sorts, and a significantly large selection of antiquities...picture the Wal-Mart of stores for the sexually active/inquisitive/well-heeled patron. The prices in this store are expensive...and the staff, being ever helpful...kept trying to steer me toward the higher priced choices on everything I asked about. I kept seeing the image of a bank teller. When I asked about the lower priced items, they looked down their noses like I had brought in a $5 check to cash and I did not have an account with them. When I asked about a higher priced item, that look changed to one of a valued long-time customer coming to deposit $5000 in my savings account. The presentation is better than Zorba's, certainly, and the staff makes for a better coiffed bunch.
