Should have read my own review from 11 years ago. Went in early, and purchased the "express wax"... $90 out the door with tip. They were not busy, so figured it would not be a rush job. In short, got my truck back 35 minutes later, windows still dirty, spray on "wax" streaking all over the truck, interior, dusty, and dirty. Formats not cleaned, dirt and bugs still on the front of the car. I would walk back in personally and ask for a remedy, but do not have time today. What a letdown this place continues to be. Too bad, cause it's so convenient too work and home. Any decent company would reach out to fix this. Didn't have the greatest experience here the last time I came, but it's convenient to where I live. So when I get lazy I decide to come down the street. Last time I came prices were mid $20-30 today minimum price for a basic wash was like 30-35 I think I paid $37 for a #1 which is pretty high I think. There's a full service car wash in pasadena that I think had much better prices and a monthly deal you could do. Fasching's is normally 5/5. Today's safety /theft issue is hopefully a one-off except the manager doubled down on what Fasching's allowed so sadly maybe Fasching's standards are slipping. Here's today's situation: as my car is getting wiped down, some crazy looking dude on an e-bike with a flashing light on his helmet & a milk crate on the back of his e-bike rolls in next to my car, and starts wiping down his e-bike. This guy, who the manager admitted is not a current employee, walks over to the open door of my car several times standing within arm's reach of my car's interior. The employee wiping down my car did not tell him to move away, and, like I said, the manager argued with me when I asked that Fasching's keep non employees away from the open door of my car. I don't care if the wing nut is your brother, tell him to wipe down his e-bike elsewhere, and definitely don't let a non employee stand where they can grab stuff out of my car's interior. The manager made no apology, and actively told me I was wrong to ask that non employees be kept away from my unlocked & open car. The car wash & wipe down was excellent as always, but Fasching's Sunday 8/9/26 AM manager needs to put a higher priority on caring about his customers then caring about the non employee the manager lets scope out our cars. read more

Front desk lady was rude to me, but seemed nice to the pale person in front of me. Get rid of the nonsensical rule about "CAN'T combine buy-10-get-1-free cards." If a customer pays for 10 washes, they should receive 1 free wash--regardless of how many cards the payments are split across. It doesn't make sense that the cards can't be combined. I wanted to love this place because it's been here forever and seemed like it was going to be good. Places like Fast 5 some times do not cut it. For the price, I'd go back to Fast 5 and clean the interior myself. Too many spots on the exterior and interior were missed. The time I waited, I was better off cleaning myself. Attached is a picture showing a large spot behind my back tire that was missed. It was my fault for not missing it and I would take total blame; however, I had already asked the attendant to wipe my back windshield that he had already missed. I didn't want to seem like an anal customer. There are better places out there. Going on Tuesday ($2 off) and if tip wasn't recommended, I'd rate this a 3. They don't vacuum properly just look at the pics and then on top of that they don't clean the vacuums either that they used to vacuum your car so for example, mine they must've vacuumed a car with sand and then got sand all over my car I was a loyal customer. Worst car wash I've ever had. I've been here several times and it's never been this bad. They usually do an ok job, but this will be the last time I come here. I came on a Thursday around 12 and it was not busy. After I paid $25 for a regular car wash, I walked out and noticed there was a bunch of workers just standing around talking. I noticed the guys working on my car were barley wiping it down and not really spraying the windows like they usually do. I get that I only paid for a regular car wash, but they should at least put some effort into cleaning my car and not be so involved in their conversation and joking around. Before I left, I told the guy that my windows were still dirty and he said "they are water spots and don't come off". I just left and cleaned them myself. I regret giving him a $5 tip. I came on a weekend...looked at a few car wash spots around town and didn't feel like waiting. I noticed there were quite a few people here waiting but not as many as the other places. For regular wash $20.95 but if you have a SUV or larger car it's a bit extra. They do have a punch card for a free car wash. I was surprised despite the crowd my car was done faster than expected. They vacuum the inside and wash and hand dry the outside. My car came out cleaner than it went in but I admit for the price could have done better. Just left the location, super unhappy with the outcome. I usually purchase the two higher priced packages and over the last four times that I've brought my vehicle here they just don't clean my cars as well as they used to. There are still sticky candy stuff from my kids in the cupholders. There's still candies and trash in the side door compartments. I really hate to leave this review but I have given this place. I have tried 4 different times to be supportive of the community and history of this place. I'm done! Today was terrible. I don't have any extra dirt. Just standard from the rain. My windshield was clean but had streaks. They were inside my truck with a vacuum but they didn't vacuum. That's just flat out confusing. I payed 62.99 2 bucks off for it being Tuesday. I tipped 7 dollars and as soon as I got my keys I touch my floor boards and dirt is on my hands. Still dust and dirt in between my windshield wipers. I am so confused how that is possible. I saw them hand wash it they peeled out when driving it to the drying area. Which is totally uncalled for. New tires and it's got some torque but you are at a car wash just put it in drive. I thought this was going to be a great car wash; it looks very nice. I have a brand-new car, which I've had for less than two months. They tore my leather driver's seat! When I showed it to the "day manager", he said it was from getting in and out of the car, but it was not torn when I got out of the vehicle at the vacuum station. Then he proceeded to say that their workers do not have anything sharp on them, to which I pointed out one worker with a walkie-talkie in his right hip and several workers with cleaners hanging from their right pockets. He then replied that they were not responsible for any damages. I stressed that my car is brand-new! He referred me to the general manager, who was not in. I called back today to speak to this general manager, and I was actually transferred to the owner, George Fasching, who referred me back to the attending manager. I explained that I understand that things happen, but a) being rude and dismissive is unacceptable, and b) they should take responsibility. He just blew me off and said to talk to another person. He did not even offer to repair the seat. Again, a brand-new car, and the windows were not even that clean. Horrible experience!!!!! Not to mention, they were rather expensive. This is the only car wash I trust with my car. Everyone is friendly & they get the job done. My car is always nice and clean after. There have been like 2 or 3 times that I've noticed small details, but it's not a big issue. I usually bring a book with me because they do take their time. Especially if it's the weekend, you'll be waiting a little longer. They have benches and there is some shade from the trees. They close at 5p & earlier on Sundays 3:30p. Everyday they close from 12:30 - 1:30 for lunch. & sometimes there are cars waiting right before they open. Monday- Friday I believe they open at 8:30a & Sundays at 9a. Their prices are decent & have different options to choose from. They also have a stamp card. I've never used it because I always forget to bring it with me. Which I should probably leave it in my car, LOL. read more
