When I scheduled my first appointment with Jerome, I explained the car had been recently Ceramic Coated inside and out along with full front clip PPF. Jerome was very responsive to messages and called me to confirm all the details of our appointment, which I greatly appreciated (since so much more can be covered over the phone than over texts).  He sent me reminder texts leading up to our appointment and arrived at my home promptly, a few minutes before our scheduled time.  He plugged into our power outlet but had a generator to use just in case we didn't have access.  He brought all of the supplies necessary, including water.  I gave him my keys and disappeared for 5 hours, returning to find my car in the best condition I've ever seen it.  Jerome worked methodically and efficiently and later explained to me what he did to the various parts of the interior/exterior.  He also told me what wax to use in the future to prolong the life of my car's paint.  We park under a tree that drops sap and attracts dirt, and most car washes I've tried cannot truly clean and remove the sap.  Some spots on the exterior of my [older] car were beyond salvaging, but he still made them look as clean as possible.  Jerome didn't "hustle" us or pressure us to upgrade any services.  He was transparent, diligent, and extremely friendly.  We will definitely recommend him to our friends, and use his services again in the future. read more
