I had initially started using Beau roughly after COVID became a problem. I choose not to continue using my previous detailer due to our views regarding certain things not aligning (previous dude is a good person still though). Have gone to Beau for just about everything at this point. All of my cars at this point have been either PPFed, washed and/or coated by him. Does help that we have a lot in common too. So I'm just going to put it out there and say that I'm your basic spoiled brat who's first car was a brand new luxury vehicle. When I ran that sucker into the ground, I sought out another car luxury car from an auction to maintain my image. Thus started my love/hate relationship with my 2006 BMW 330i. I didn't fully understand what it meant to take care of a luxury vehicle on your own dime. I have since learned that you don't go years without getting an oil change, the time to get new tires is not when they blow out and it doesn't matter if you upgrade your car wash from the white soap to the rainbow soap, taking it to the drive-thru wash monthly is not a treat. I've been fortunate to have met a great group of car enthusiasts who have helped me with all of the above, including recommending Beau to restore my paint. They told me that if anyone could reverse the damages of 5 years of monthly automated car washes, it was him. After describing the abuse I put my car through, he recommended headlight restoration and the Ceramic Pro Sport Package (2-step polish) that comes with a 6 month warranty. I was looking for some sort of protective coating for my car's door handle to prevent it from people opening the door and scratch it with their finger nails. I looked online and got some from Ebay, but those turned out so cheap and half way of putting them on, I just ripped them off and look for ones that are much better quality. It turns out that Beau does have them and I requested him for it and installation as well. I happened upon Beau's Prominence Auto Spa through a recommendation from a Mechanic shop I frequent for a majority of my car maintenance needs. I had been looking for a good dealer for a few months already, and me being pretty OCD about my car I wasn't to confident with the companies/people I was finding. Beau just wrapped up a full font clear bra on my Model X. He was professional and was early to the appointment which I respect as he values his time and the customers. Since this was done at my house I was able to see that the hood was properly washed, clay bar, paint corrected and all paint defects that were from the Tesla factory was pointed out prior to the Xpel PPF being installed. Did a nice job (paint restoration and ceramic coat) on my VW and now we've signed up to get him to do my wife's car as well.
