This photo shows that I payed over an hour ago. I received my car back at around 2:07 - 2:10. I didn't take a picture of the receipt.
Christopher S.

Good afternoon, I requested a regular wash with no vacuuming or tire shine since the car was a little bit dirty on the outside. The person that took my order, said he would let them know to only wash and dry the car so that it would be quick. I arrived there at 1:07-1:10. I had to wait for about an hour to get my car back. The car was a SUV to be specific, it was a Range Rover LWB. all I needed was a quick wash that wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. There were about 4 cars in front of me before my car could get washed. After paying and waiting for around 15-20 minutes, I saw 4 other cars and one small SUV that had arrived after me getting done with their wash and getting vacuumed. I asked a worker and he said the car was coming and to wait. After another 30-40 minutes of waiting, I went to the cashier to ask why my car wasn't ready. she had to call the manager and ask when the car wasn't ready going to be ready. whoever she talked to, told her that the car was getting vacuumed and getting tire shine when it wasn't on the receipt nor on the windshield when they use chalk to write on it. She told me the car was ready but the car was still not fully dried. I don't understand why they left my car to be washed last? If you are looking for a quick wash for your I guess large SUV, Do Not Come Here. You will be wasting your time. I usually come here to get a quick wash if Fasching's car wash is taking their lunch break. I have my cars detailed once a week but if they get bird poop or they get noticiable dirt early in the week, I take them to this 2 car washes. After this experience, I'll rather wait for Fasching's lunch break to be over and wait 10-12 minutes for my car to get washed and vacuumed. Their break is from 12:30 -1:30 if you ever want to visit that place. It's located on Santa Anita Ave and E Colorado Blvd across from In-N-Out. Save your self some time and money and go to Fasching's. You can give the workers a tip for working quick. check them out.

After car wash!

Stay away from this place unless you want a damaged car. These people are completely careless (and rude)...and they scratched and dinged my car, in the front, just below the headlight...and then fought me to deny it. I have before and after pics ...without a doubt they are responsible. Value your car and go somewhere else!!! And of course the manager is going to say it was not their fault, IT WAS! 100%

Love the service here. Always does a great job on my car and my kids love it because they can always get an ice cream lol but overall I recommend:)

Tbh 2 days after the problem is resolved I wanted to sht on this place so bad. But I waited. As the addage, "cooler heads prevail". I saw this car wash having a promotion on those mail catalog booklets and also at Albertsons Arcadia. I saw that the prices were competitive against the other local car washes (faschings and temple city car wash). So I took my bmw x1 to Nu Way. My first impression is..ok it's a mom and pop business. What I love about these old car washes is that they have windows that show you your car being washed. But this one does not clean their windows and you really can't see what they're doing. I then went into the cashier/store area. Really gives me a 1970s vibe. But the ceiling tiles were bulging/swollen like when it last rained, the roof was leaking. So far so...ok, I was waiting for my car and then I went outside to the patio where I think there used to be a fountain but they covered it up. When my car came out of the car wash the rear tow hitch cover was missing. I thought that they remove it but after a while my gut feeling says I have to ask where the cover is. The guy who was wiping down my car said, "I don't know, ask the guys". So I went to the cashier and told them about the missing tow hitch. I then spoke to the shift supervisor and he was asking the guys where it is. No luck. Then the shift supervisor referred me to the GM, Nick. First thing that he said, "you probably came in without it". Wow, gaslighting. I can't believe the customer service skills of this guy. I told him that if he doesn't believe me, I got a video with a time stamp with me coming out of my house 15 mins before I arrived to the car wash (cuz it takes that long). He doesn't care, so he went to the video cameras in his office. Lo and behold when my car appeared for the first time in the car wash, the rear tow hitch is still there at the bumper. And then we followed the car where it goes then sometime in the middle of the car wash line the rear tow hitch cover is still there. But it's weird the car came out without it The rear tow hitch cover has a string, so it can be attached to the bumper. Its hard for it to come off unless you pull it. Nick said, "oh maybe you went to the cheap car washes in the area and that's how it got damaged bad". Look who's talking. And also, of all the car washes I went to with my car, this has to happen. And it's a 2025 bmw. If I went to a cheap car wash, you would see scratches on the clear coat. And that's not how you treat a BMW So Nick was checking out my bumper, seeing if there's a tear on the clips. He said the clips are loose. GTFO of here. I think one of their washers stole it (cuz it's nowhere to be found in the car wash line) to either stole it to sell on eBay or to just shaft it to the owner. He agreed to replace the tow hitch cover and I went on my way. He called me on my cell and he'll be in touch with me. It was nice, at least to have some sense of customer service. Went to BMW monrovia and see how much it is. $40.16. not bad. BMW monrovia is another dealer that's gaslighting especially when I rent their cars (because back then my bmw needed more than one day to service) but that's another day. Got the tow hitch replaced (reason for 2 stars). Now the question is, would i come back? Naaaahhh never ever. If you will be going to this car wash, just know the risks, especially if you got an expensive car. When I was there, didn't see premium cars and I learned from now on, this would be a red flag.

Brought in my work truck yesterday for an exterior only wash. Granted, they only charged me $15 so I can't really expect too much, but the results were beyond unacceptable, especially after a $15 tip on top. After photos included.

This was after the "car wash." Enough said.

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

I understand that drive-through car washes aren't typically the best option, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. You know there's a problem when the attendant tells you, "You can come through again if it's not clean enough." My car wasn't anywhere near filthy to begin with just the usual road dust and some sprinkler water spots from the night before that I wanted to get off. I went with the premium wash, not once, but twice, and somehow still ended up having to wash the car by hand afterward. The spots, dust, and grime were all still there. Honestly, it looked like someone simply sprayed the car with a hose and called it a day. Don't waste your money paying extra for the premium wash. I have a hard time believing the lower tiers would produce any different results. The only difference seems to be how much money you're throwing away. I would highly recommend avoiding this car wash. The results were extremely disappointing, and the entire experience was very unsatisfactory.

The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Not once, but twice in a row. I came to get my van washed about a month ago with Bronze wash. I always get the bronze wash. They didn't vacuum the rear seats and the trunk. They did not wipe my front console, windshield, front dash, and middle console. They did not wipe down the inside of the doors and hatch where it closes to the car. I gave them a pass. It was a hot day. Today, I came with my wife. We brought both of our cars. This time they took time on my van. My wife's car was out 30 min before mine was finished and hers was washed about 20 min after mine went through the wash. Her car was not vacuumed in the rear, the trunk, and the front and middle console was not wiped down. We can still see fingerprints on the front touch panel. My wife had already left. Got home and noticed all of these things. I complained to the supervisor. I told him I've been coming for 30 years. Told him about my last experience. All he offered was to ask my wife to drive back down for them to clean the rest. He said he will double check my van to make sure it's clean. My wife is already home and has already cleaned the mess they didn't clean. I don't know about any other patrons, but you should not have to double check the work. I never did since 1996. There have been a few missed spots here and there, but it was minor. Something's wrong with the operation. It's not the same. I still have a free wash to claim. I came around 1pm and was able to go right into a cleaning bay, no waiting. The vacuum cleaners are positioned before the car wash bay instead of in the back, so I really liked that bc I always vacuum before I wash the outside. The vacuum had ample tubing and reached all areas of my car. For the $1 it gave me plenty of time to do one whole side of my car (not sure the exact amount of time, but it was good value imo). I added a couple more quarters and was able to finish the whole interior, so it's ample time. I spent the $5 up front for the 13 minutes and it was the exact perfect amount of time to do my whole Mazda! I used the tire cleaner and brush, used the soap wand and then the soap brush for the whole car, rinsed, did the coat protectant and then the spot free rinse and finished just as the time expired.
