Been coming to this location since I was a little girl. Once I got my own car I continued to come here because it was reasonably priced and the quality was better than I can produce. New owners now so no more early bird special. The most basic car is $29!!! Again, $29!!! I used to pay AT MOST $22 with a tip for the workers. Unfortunately I won't be returning. Came here for the first time. They are fairly priced. I did the Super Clean. I waited and saw other cars come through the wash tunnel but not mine. I got worried so I walked around looking for my car. Don't know why my car took so long to go through the tunnel. I like how it's indoors / covered area where they dry the car. The workers are not in the blazing Sun and the car don't get sun spots. They did spend a lot of time on my car but were not very thorough. I did a full walk around and found large spots that they didn't even try to clean off. It was like bird droppings. I was scraping it off myself then one guy come over and helped me clean it off.... He said to me, "You need full detailing service"..... That comment kind of left a sour taste in my mouth BUT I won't fully rate them off what a worker said. My Google map brought me to this being the closest car wash on my drive to work. A little sketch but I stopped. The posted billboard prices are kinda high for a basic get the dirt off my car kinda wash. I asked him foe the cheapest and the receipt says $17.99 on a Tuesday morning so that's totally doable for a wash, vaccuum, tire dressing. The location has a Mexican food place inside and a window tint as well. The womans bathrooms are usable if you don't touch anything and squat. They sell a few overpriced car items like wheel covers and carseat covers. I deducted a star for the wait to check in the car, wait to pay at the cashier. I deducted a star for the unsanitary establishment as a whole. The upside is the covered dry dock so I hopefully will not have sun water marks on my Buick paint job. Each car looks like it gets a single dryer guy which is nice to avoid multiple tipping. Like are they required to pool the tipping together? If you catch their early bird special, which is Mon-Thurs 8-11am, you can get a regular wash for $10.99 that includes vacuum and hand dry and an air freshener or tire shine!! They do a good job wiping your inside and outside for just the regular wash! Pros: -Early Bird special -nice service -stamp card! Buy 9 washes, get the 10th free! -very nice workers all around -shading area to hand dry your car -never too crowded in the AM -they don't expect tip, but I give anyway! A dollar goes a long way! this place is TRASH. they charge the price of a hand wash for basically a tunnel wash and a VERY sloppy vacuum pass.

The waiting line was great, I was the only car there at 10:30 am on wed morning. This was my first time there so I got the standard basic wash for $21.99. I would suggest next time to avoid the basic wash because apparently they do not wipe down the car in detail. The lady that I gave the tip to said with broken english that no mas. I asked her to wipe down a couple of areas that was still dirty and she didnt want because she pointed that I bought the basic wash. They vaccum and out your car through auto wash machine and all they had to do is do a through dry down and wipe dashboards. However, she feels it was not necessary to wipe clean I guess. I still end up giving her $3 tip and she wiped 1 area only. Dissatisfied customer. Shouldn't they wipe down on dashboards and doors no matter which package I bought? read more

*This is based of Vince's job quality* Vince puts a lot of effort when it comes to drying/detailing the cars and you could tell each time around how much effort he puts each time I come. So if you're in the 626 area I would recommend coming here and asking for him. Also, fun little tip.... you could pick the person to dry/detail your car and coming in the mornings are beneficial due to the morning special. I believe it's Monday-Friday till 11 am. This place is disgusting. Bad service. I paid $29.99 to get my car cleaned exterior and interior not detailed but when it was done I was shocked to find that the passenger seat still has some crumbs. Very very upset. I asked to speak w th the manager and all he was offering was to go back to the vacumm station and revacumm the inside after waiting for about 30-45mins. This was my 1st visit and WILL BE MY LAST. I definitely would not recommend this car wash company. If you want something done right, just wash and clean your car yourself. Paying $29.99 for a mediorce job is not worth it. When I asked for compensation, the manager states that he can only revacumm the car nothing else. I left upset. Very poor service! read more

I go to the cashier... he brings the ticket and it is marked $30..... -_- Like I said, I was desperate, so I let it slide. Turns out they did more than hand wash and wax my car. In addition, they - Vacuumed - Tire Dressing - Cleaned/Wiped down the interior - Air Freshener - Cleaned inside windows It was pretty dark and I was starving so, I tipped the guy $5 and left. When I got home, I noticed a few things. - There was still a few dirt AND water residue marks everywhere. - They didn't put my mats back in place AND there was there some spots they missed when they vacuumed. Super impressed because the chevron next door has the typical drive-thru car wash from $7-$10. No brainier to come here. They also have a loyalty card, 10th wash free. Only complaint (cause for 4 stars instead of 5) is can't get cash back at register like other car washes to tip employees. Cashier said were able to in the past, but owner has decided not to. Bad news for hard working employees, if one doesn't have cash. They do have an ATM, but I an not paying a $2.50 service fee + my bank fee (if any). Hope they change this in the near future. Gave this place a 3 stars cuz this place is so unorganized and has lack of staff working. I came here to get my car wash because it right near my work. Everything took about 45 mins to finish! So unhappy and unprofessional and slow! First of all, I had to wait about 5 mins for someone to come out to ask what I want. The owner lady had to come out to take the order and she had to personally vacuum my car( felt kinda sorry for her because she's little older). Definitely need more staff. Then I had to wait another 10 mins before they actually washy car! Ughhhh then finally dried my car. Seem like forever just sitting there waiting. They do a decent job. But they do less of a bad job especially on special days. They raise their price on weds to $7.99. Still very cheap for a regular wash. They also have a new taco restaurant that you can order to eat if your hunger while waiting. They need to be more professional, organized, and hire more staff but as of now I'm not coming back even though it's really close to my job and on the way back home. Yes it has all they typical things you'd see in a Car Wash store i.e. air fresheners, mats etc. But how many car washes are there that have clothing, a used drum set, vinyl records, and old frames with someone's photo's in them for sale. I asked if there were any specials she said no only on weekdays. She did offer to take $2 dollars off the "Rainbow Wax" special so we went with that. Place was pretty quite and empty. We waited for about 1/2 hour and our car was done. I would said they did an alright job. There was some spots left on the mirror, but the car did smell clean and looked dust free. Service, water, soap, and stick shift struggles.. the never ending game of a business or money laundering like in Breaking Bad haha Car wash businesses were getting torn down because of the water draught Cali was going thru but still many were able to keep their doors open and allow the employees to keep their jobs. This is one business that's doing ok. As recycled water goes, sometimes it just isn't clean enough to be reused over and over because of the soap that keeps coming back. A lot of chemicals that won't dissolve with filters. Walter White knew about this issue too but he kept on hustling.. I've brought cars here many times for a wash and detail. Sometimes the service is better than others but that's because they get more customers on certain days and times so that's aaight with me. The service though, it's gotta be consistent all the time! Wait time is ok too. Some employees need to learn how to drive stick shift though haha like really bad! The grinding noise on the gears are not a great sound for your customers to hear while waiting for their cars hahaha damn.. the struggle is real for some.. There's a restaurant inside the waiting room and some arcades too. Next door is a tint shop and across the street are car dealers. There's always options.. even for a new car :) read more
