Called these guys last minute to see if they could do a mobile wash in my car. They came out and got most of the water spots off my car. They were on time and friendly. I did just a basic wash and interior clean. This was my cars first car wash as it's only a week old and I noticed a lot of swirl scratch marks all over the car. I'm not sure what kind of towel they use it what they used to scrub the car down but just something to note. Going to have to find somewhere and see if they can buff out the scratches read more

This company is very unprofessional. They have good reviews because they ask you to write a good review for a free rainbow wax. They try to sell you extra things like ceramic coating which is over. $1,000. They send young kids sometimes that scratch your car and are not careful. Then they tried to charge me $500 to correct the scratches and tried to blame me for them. They also don't show up for scheduled appointments and leave you stranded with no call back and no show. They are very unprofessional. I tried giving them a third and final chance to rectify. They left me stranded yet again today with no call and no show. Very disappointed, very unprofessional. Very Satisfied customer. Communication to schedule the appointment was prompt, and the service was excellent. My car was parked for 1 month straight, and has not been washed 10 months prior (thanks to Covid). My VW GTI was embarrassingly filthy. I scheduled for a Clay and Wax. After seeing the transformation, and quality of the service, I was sold. I already plan to use these guys again in the future for my other vehicles. The worst company. I called in the morning, asked for a same day car wash because I have an important evening plans, we confirmed the time window with the lady, we even confirmed it via text. They didn't call me, and when I texted for the eta 1 hour prior the arrival she texted me "I'm sorry, we are too busy, we will not come today". Horrible customer service, rude lady answering the phone and texts. Please stay away from these guys. read more

Just "OK"? Erm, Yeah. They car came out fine. I got what I paid for. Don't expect perfection and don't expect proper car washing/drying technique to minimize swirls. For $35.00 for a sedan (GREAT PRICE) you'll get a $35 wash. These guys showed up and finished within a half hour (great for the business, but not for a black car, with which you're trying to minimize the build up of swirls and micro-scratches). These guys used micro-fiber towels to wash my car, wringing it out every panel or so. They should have had a soapy bucket with a dirt trap on the bottom to keep their towel keep, panel after panel. None was seen to be in use. They went crazy on my paint, hands all a flurry, this way and that way, cleaning the dirt off the car, wringing out their towels, not rinsing and re-applying the same dirty towel to my precious Jaguar. Drying was the same story. Not a thought or care as to how they were drying it. No drying towels in sight. More micro-fiber towels..... Circular motions to dry the car....creating swirls, micro-scratches. *sigh* Does my car already have micro-scratches and some swirls? Sure does. Did they create them? Nope. But I'm trying to minimize them and not create more. I didn't want to have to "Interview" them over the phone before booking....maybe I should have. Or I'll just have to do it myself. If you want a job done right.......Anyhow That's what I get for paying $35. In all fairness, they never said they were a mobile detailer. They are a mobile CAR WASH. so, if you don't give a darn about your paint or your car, that's on you. But, I won't be using them again. read more

I've never done a mobile car wash before so I didn't know what to expect. I messaged him the day before and they were able to come the very next morning. $35 for a car wash and I don't need to leave the house? Good deal. Two super nice gentlemen came, asked if I wanted to do the $55 option (make the exterior shinier) I said sure. They even helped me take out the car seat. I paid them with tip, $55 and $40. I think for $95 I can get a better car wash somewhere else. There's still water spots on the windows and side mirrors. And wish they used a scented cleaner or something. read more

I forgot that I tried them before and gave them a 1-star review because they basically missed the appointment, and went ahead to reserve a "Wash & Wax" for my Toyota 4Runner. This time was different, they came in ahead of schedule. And the work? Well done! Clean, shiny, spotless... Loved it... So, when I needed a another wash - again, clean, shiny and spotless. Loved it! Twice of good work - definitely necessitates the effort for me to go back in Yelp and update my review. The next time I need a wash for my 4Runner, it will be Azocar. And when I get an open Saturday (as I am available only on weekends) - also my Civic Si. Thank you! read more

Love the service. I randomly yelp-ed auto detailing bc I needed my car cleaned had no idea the type of results I'd get. Gilberto & Anibal did an amazing job! My car looks, feels, & smells like new! I wasn't expecting much bc my kids are nasty! & that back seat was horrible. I wish I would of taken before pictures so you can see the improvement. Also before they got started they warned me that it could possible be a little wet because it was cold & a lot of midst this morning. I really liked that they gave me that warning, it shows that they're customer oriented & not just trying to make a quick buck. They told me I could reschedule if I wanted. Omg!! I love this mobile Carwash company. They arrived on time and consulted me with the work I wanted done. Originally I wanted a regular wash, but after finding out my car didn't have the proper detail I got from a another private car wash company, I tried out the full detail service with Azocar. Best decision I could have ever made. Gilberto and his help had my car sparkling from the inside out. They were even able to remove some minor makeup stains I had on my leather back seats! Responsive owner, quick with replies and will try to best accommodate your needs. My car was pretty dirty since it sprinkled so I had a lot of water spots and besides that it was pretty dusty on the inside. They did a decent job and it was fairly quick for a hot summer day. Only thing I didn't see was a pre rinse to get all the dirt off first so -1 star for that. They went straight to foaming my car. read more

There's better out there that will make you feel satisfied. I'll start off with THEY ARRIVED AN HOUR EARLY Asked for a simple clean couldn't even do that!! I didn't even have much to clean inside and they still couldn't do it. Interior still dirty I don't think they even touched it. Vaccum was good wash was good still have little marks of dirt around the car. read more

So first off I truly respect the industry for those who are working hard and not begging and trying to move forward so I give that up to this company unfortunately greediness does not surpass honesty and unfortunately I read the signs but I still gave the benefit of the doubt and got a terrible job a clay wax job $150 in the pictures you will see and it's not that I'm complaining it's just that I specifically asked him if he had enough time to do the job and what it is that I needed to get done an agreement was made in 50 minutes he was done yes he had two other workers but as soon as I did the walk-around he started saying your rims are just old then when I showed him that I started wiping them off and another Chrome areas and of the vehicle there was nothing else said I still gave him an extra $15 tip because every hard worker deserves it unfortunately there was no honesty after I trusted him he preferred to get another job instead of a good job on my truck. Remember Yelp first I asked him before he started and gave them the opportunity to do it another day instead he guaranteed me he would do a good job now mistakes happen all the time I know but after you point it out and there's an excuse of why it's like that instead of trying to resolve the problem this is why I'm writing a Yelp review. Also please know dont zero these guys out just make sure if clay wax is what your getting dont do it enless they tell you they will be there at least 2 hrs.. read more

My boyfriend & I have been looking for a mobile car wash that could do a good job & is decently priced. We found what we were looking for & more! On time, great job, & pricing is excellent! I have veryyyy hairy dogs so my car was definitely in need of a good vacuum... wasn't sure if he would be able to get it all out, but I was pleasantly surprised! The service was quick and very clean! Fore-sure better and quicker than a regular car wash which usually ends with a lot of scratches. Paid $30 and added a $10 tip! I am looking forward to future business with Azocar! Thank you! I forgot to add, i have a pug and there was a lot of her hair all over the rugs and interior. After the clean there was almost no hair for no extra charge but I did tell him that there was no need to get all the hair and he got basically everything. Awesome service! read more

Okay, here's why I give it a 3 star. Set up the appt 1.5 weeks ago, and on the day of car wash, I cleaned out both cars, and made sure I don't need the cars that morning. The appt was 10am and texted and called them at 10:20am, I got a return text and they said it will be a little late. No show at 10:40am and called and went to voicemail, and no response after that. My wife and I gave up that morning and not even an apology to say they forgot to schedule us. I have used them 3 times before and it was always 2 cars so it's worth their trip. Sad. read more

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

I explained that another employee sent me over, but he cut me off and said, "He doesn't know anything, he is not the boss, I'm the boss." I told him I'm willing to pay the difference, not even asking for a full rewash, just fix the missed spot. He refused and told me I had to pay again and "this time don't buy the basic wash." The whole interaction felt like he was trying to teach u a lesson instead of helping. So yeah, the basic wash is basically useless... plenty of other car wash spots nearby, just don't come here.

I tried out Azocar Mobile Carwash today and had a mixed experience. They did a decent job washing my Tesla Model Y overall, but there were a few areas that could have used more attention. First, the convenience factor is a huge plus. The ability to have my car washed right at home without having to drive anywhere is incredibly convenient, especially with a busy schedule. This aspect alone makes the service appealing if you're looking to save time. However, the quality of the wash was just okay. I noticed some smudges left over on the glass, and there was still some dirt and material on the surface of the car. It felt like they could have done a more thorough job. A final check around and inside the vehicle would have made a significant difference. This extra step would have definitely bumped my rating up to a 5 star. If convenience is your primary goal, Azocar Mobile Carwash is good enough and will save you the trip to the carwash. However, if you're particular about having every detail cleaned perfectly, you might find their service a bit lacking. With a bit more thoroughness, they could easily be a top-notch service. read more

Let me begin by stating that I'm very picky in who I trust with any of my investments, a huge neat freak and perfectionist, I don't tolerate a single wrinkle on my shirts...presentation is everything and my car is a representation of myself. With that being said i was looking for a new car detailer in the area the one I used before missed a spot on my left rear view mirror which is a huge no no and a safety hazard. This guy's were highly recommended by a college of mine who owns exotic vehicles and keeps up with them quite well so I gave this guy's a try and I'm very happy to say that Mr azocar will have business with me as long as I own expensive vehicles. The attention to the minor details is what sets him apart from the 6 others I've tried, he's very patient and treated my car like it supposed to. This was such a smooth experience from start to finish. I scheduled for Monday at 1 pm and they arrived right on time and texted me updates on their ETA. I'm so happy they bring a water tank in their truck because I've had some trouble finding a mobile detailer because they usually need a water/hose outlet to use but my apartment doesn't have one near my parking spot. They were so incredibly helpful especially when my landlord came out mid wash and told us we had to move (I completely forgot to okay it with her first) and they found a work around, packed up, moved, and still finished my car. All of this for only $250 is such a great deal, I've been quoted higher for a fraction of their work. Unrelated HM: My recently adopted dog made a run for it while I was walking him but he zipped past Albert and his son and when they saw me trying to catch my dog his son ran after him and caught him for me. I am so incredibly thankful to him because my dog had gotten out of the apartment gates and if he didn't catch him I would have lost him. I cannot recommend them enough, they're my go to from now on.

I tested it under various conditions--after drying the car post-wash, during both daytime and nighttime applications, and as a waterless touch-up. In every scenario, it consistently left oily residue, streak marks, and unsightly oil/water marks on the paint. A word of caution: avoid using this product on front windows. When it rains, the mixture of oil and water creates visible marks that impair visibility. Driving directly in the sun becomes hazardous, as the window becomes blurry and difficult to see through. I would not recommend this product. It definitely does not compare to the Chemical Guys Speed Wipe. According to their staff their product performs better and it does not. Lesson learned, I tried saving $ by going with a cheaper product and to help small business and this is what I got. Unfortunately I bought the big jug so I'm stuck with it
