I really like how the crew of guys wash my car! They're nice and friendly and they leave my car spotless. HOWEVER, the one downside is the cashiers. They're just plain rude. Some customer service skills are definitely needed. read more

To all my Tesla owners do not bring your vehicles here. Took my model s to get a wash then afterwards something inside the car wash machine mess something up needed to get an alignment got recording plus receipts. Talked to the manager he kept denying that doesn't happen but said he'll talk to his supervisor took down my info and never got call from them. read more

Went in for a simple oil change and they ended up over tightening the oil filter pin and I didn't notice the oil leak until a couple of weeks later. Went in to complain and they changed the filter and lied about ever removing the pin even though you have to remove it to replace the filter. Hopefully they did the job correctly this time, I would never recommend getting your oil change here! read more

They do an excellent job cleaning my cars. Their job is not easy as ICE has raided them several times and disrupted their business. I will continue going there and supporting their business. read more

Very cheap wash but You get what you pay for basically Idk about these other reviews saying their car didn't get cleaned, yall are lying foreal They have a guy pre washing your car which helps with extra dirt or bird poop The sound of all the machines hitting my car was terrifying to sit through though. I've never heard a car wash make those noises. The dryers at the end smelled like ass and made my whole car smell like ass. And didn't dry a single thing. Half of the vacuums work so choose your stall wisely when going to vacuum. Will I be back? Probably it's cheap. If you want A1 service go to a place that charges more it's that simple. read more

I was in need of an oil change bad. I came to this place. I had my oil, filter, and crush ring already. I gave them the parts n they said they will use them. I jacked up my car of recent only to find a really old filter that was not the one I gave them. I brought in Subaru oil, Subaru oil filter(blue filter), and Subaru crush ring. I don't know if these "technicians" took my parts (not worth much), forgot, or were just lazy. Never coming here again. Sucks that you try to give local businesses/people a chance, n this is the work they do. Beware...of them "CHAFAHHHing" your vehicle or Mickey mousing your parts . They changed from a full-service car wash to an automated drive through. Before the change I was a regular customer. No more. They deny it, but I had no scratches in my car when I went through. That's not the case now. I filled out their incident form, and they promise to get back to me within 48 hours. We will see. read more

I caught them not putting my filter on my car once. Went home and changed it myself. Went back 2-3 months later for another oil change and filter swap. They changed my oil and didnt change the filter again. It's okay if you can't but how are you going to look at me in my eyes as a man and tell me a lie? read more

I recently went to get my oil change here and they did a great job, but I also asked them to check the air pressure on my tires and they forgot to put the cap back on. Four of the tires were missing the tire cap. Now I have to order a replacement for the four caps. I wasn't being charge for the tire pressure check, but they forgot to put back on the caps on four of my tires, so technically I'm actually wasting more money. read more

It's not bad but they didn't totally clean my car. I noticed a lot of spots left unclean especially on the inside. On the outside it wasn't too bad but there was still bird poop on the lights so I'm thinking they just did a half ass job. Time was another thing though. If there are more than 2 cars ahead of you, prepare to wait at least 30 mins. Price was normal to high side $20 for wash and interior wipe/clean. $4-$5 tip. For that price I think I can find somewhere else to go. Would not recommend unless you really need a wash and live nearby. read more

Be prepared for scratches. I went in on August 21st 2020. I never drove the car in myself. Across the parking lot having my windows tinted at a shop I normally go to. The owner of the window tinting shop got in the car to personally drive it over to the car wash. Once he stepped inside the car I took some photos of it as the windows were just completed. When it came out of the car wash and was finished the gentleman waved at me to call me over. Upon inspection I found two scratches on the fender and one on the door pillar. Car Wash manager said it was not from them. He told me it was Prior damage. I told him that it was just driven over from the window tinting shop that they work with and there are no scratches on it. He still said it was not from them so I showed him the photos. Zoomed in on photos and sigh no scratches. He went as far as showing me Sam poor quality surveillance video where you could hardly make out the car to show me there were no scratches. Extremely unprofessional on their part especially when I had photos taken 10 minutes prior with no scratches on it. I will include before and after photos. read more

This is the slowest place ever. Why pay for a full service wash and wait forever when you can pay for the drive they wash and theses guys still dry your car when you didn't pay for full service. Now I have to wait even longer, this is some BS!!!!!! read more

Anybody who read this review please don't don't don't come to this place, I did oil change in this place on Jan 23 2019, when I go back to home checking the oil, the color is very dark, see attached pictures, it is more darker in the moring, I went back to this place talk to the guy and show him, he said it is normal, he show me the new oil compare with my oil, it is big difference, but he still reject to change new oil for me, I told him will not come back he doesn't care, I think he did not change oil for me, and maybe did not replace filter either. read more

I will give this 2.5 stars. I'm a bit disappointed. I took in my Scion tC 2012 for a wash yesterday. I got the $15 wash, which was the cheapest wash to do if you want the whole car cleaned. It didn't take too too long, about 20 minutes or so. As I left the parking lot and entered the free way, I noticed that there were some spots and even dirt still on my windshield. I was a bit upset about that initially, but understand these guys need to not lag as customers are behind me. However, as I got home, I noticed not one, but two small dings on my windshield and sunroof window. That's when I started getting more upset. They possibly dinged the windows when trying to wash the top or the windshield, I'm not sure. My rear view mirror wasn't even cleaned up. Really? I didn't bother complaining because I was too tired to go back in person. It's a very nice place, don't get me wrong, but for the price you pay, in my opinion at least, it's not worth it. The $15 didn't include fragrance for the seats or carpets and also it didn't include dressing the tires. The rims weren't cleaned to well also. So maybe you can have a better experience than I did. Maybe it was a bad day I went. I don't recommend this place if you have a nicer car or SUV and if you want a job well done. So now I need to figure out the dings on my windshield situation. I'll just stick with the Hand Wash in Baldwin Park off of Pacific Ave. and Ramona BLVD., by where KFC used to be. I pay $16 for everything, including the shampooing of the carpets and seats for the fragrance and dressing the tires. They have never disappointed me yet and are friendlier. Do not take your car here! The absolute worst service I've ever received! I was in the area and needed a car wash last Friday. There was one car ahead of me when I left my car. I figured it would be quick due to the lack of customers. Over 30 minutes later and I start to feel a little uneasy wondering what is taking so long. I like to keep my car very neat so the inside should be done relatively quick. Finally, 40 minutes later my car comes out the other side. Another 15 minutes and it's finally done. Good thing I was not in a hurry. Monday I had an early appointment at my dealership to get the oil changed and come to find out that my rim is all scratched in the middle which is very odd and it was not there a few days before. The dealership guy tells me it looks like the tire was spinning on a track for that to happen. Ding, ding, flashback to the car wash. I call and the manager, Cory, is not there, left a message. Nothing. Call again, leave another message. Nothing. Three days of calling and the manager is conveniently never there and never returns my calls. Then I call and he tells the CSR that he will call me right back. An hour later I get a call from a different guy, Pedro. He informs me it's not his problem that the manager is too busy to take the two minutes to return my call and it's not their problem. Horrible! I have a new BMW, so trust me, I'm not making this up to get something for free but I do expect to be compensated for someone's mistake. read more

I just checked my statement from my debit card and I have a charge that this car wash did with out my approval. Last time I was at the car wash was July. I called the car wash and they are no help resolving anything. Do not go to this car wash and if you do make sure you pay cash. Or check your statements cause if they did it to me they did it to alot of people. read more
