They told me there were 3 different prices to choose from. I selected $19 one and she took care of everything; pushing buttons and whatnot. It is a self service lot, so the car ports were all full. I saw people bring their own cleaning supplies and utilized the car ports to detail their vehicle. I didnt want to wait for a spot to open so I left. I thought it was painless and easy to understand. The only part that kinda gave me anxiety was at the end. It didnt really tell me when to put my car back in Drive, but I put it in drive as soon as the last machine went passed my visualization and felt a bump. If I were to add a suggestion, give us a sign when to out the car back in Drive.

During the wash, we suddenly heard a loud sound and at first thought it was something with the tire. When we checked, we realized the tire valve stem/air valve had completely broken off. My husband immediately went to tell the workers what happened, and honestly nobody knew how to handle the situation. They just kept saying we had to talk to the manager. A guy who claimed to be the manager finally came over, listened to us, and basically just said, "We don't pay for that." No apology, no concern, no attempt to help or take responsibility. What upset me the most was the attitude. Instead of trying to make things right, he simply pointed down the street and said there was a tire shop on the corner where we could go fix it ourselves. That was it. I understand accidents can happen anywhere, but if your equipment damages someone's car, the least you can do is show some customer service or try to help resolve the issue. I came for a simple $8-$10 car wash and ended up spending around $25 extra because of the damage caused during the wash. Very disappointing experience. Just keep in mind that if something happens to your car here, don't expect them to take responsibility or help you at all.

They turn off at 7 PM. I wish he would've told me or give me a heads up that all vacuums will turn off at seven so I would've vacuumed the inside before I dried the car. I was cleaning the inside then the older individual yelled out hey and put his hands up are you done! It was just rude and such bad service , I don't really go at night. They didn't use the compressed air properly to get the water out of the crevices which leaked out while driving and now there stream marks all over. The wheels weren't cleaned right either, the biggest issue is the cleaner/protectant they used smells HORRIBLE. It smells like moldy chemical, I should've gone with the very basic wash and even then I would've been better off going through a drive thru wash and drying/vacuuming the car myself.
