At the pay area, there was no one manning it so I just got out of my car and started pushing selection. By the time I was paying someone came out to basically release the receipt and hand it to me. No biggie. Drove to the entrance and someone was there as I was having trouble getting to neutral (I don't use it often really, if at all). Seamless experience on the wash. That is until the end, I wasn't sure when to switch to drive so just kept an eye out on the signage & when car was released from the conveyor belt. The vacuum, drying area was a bit of a conundrum - with this being my first visit. There were 2 spaces available. So your luck and timing just pretty much had to be just right to secure a spot. Person to our left was busy scrubbing their matts and looks like they brought 3-4 gallons of water. They were pretty aggressive on scrubbing and splashed some soapy water on our area and driver side. It was very soapy. But the hero of the day, the free clean towels available to wipe the car. Noticed the car wash wasn't great tho, lots of spots still stuck to the car. Considering that I paid $16 so what can I really complain about. We spent about 20 min drying the outside and using our own car wipes for the inside. The free Vacuum worked well. At this point noticed a couple of cars were waiting for an opening and a huge suv drove and parked in front of an already waiting sedan. Wow, the audacity of some people extends to car wash drying was just either laughable or downright low. Overall it was ok experience. One star off because of the wait for drying area (not really me but seeing all the cars waiting for an opening). Another star off because I felt our car wash not fully clean - but debatable if we opted for the $19 wash. Their bonus was the free clean towels to use afterwards. And by the way, when we were pulling out, three more cars were waiting and the neighbor washing his matts was still busy doing whatever. I'm pretty sure he was there at the very least an hour, totally hogging the space. Unfortunately no photos were taken at this visit. Kind of on the fence on coming back, but will probably try one more time, and do the $19 wash.

They told me there were 3 different prices to choose from. I selected $19 one and she took care of everything; pushing buttons and whatnot. It is a self service lot, so the car ports were all full. I saw people bring their own cleaning supplies and utilized the car ports to detail their vehicle. I didnt want to wait for a spot to open so I left. I thought it was painless and easy to understand. The only part that kinda gave me anxiety was at the end. It didnt really tell me when to put my car back in Drive, but I put it in drive as soon as the last machine went passed my visualization and felt a bump. If I were to add a suggestion, give us a sign when to out the car back in Drive.

When I paid, I told the guy my car is new, wasn't dirty and I just needed a simple wash. He said "ok," and that was it. After the wash, I noticed the front bumper was basically untouched. I asked another guy who works there about it, thinking maybe he could just wipe it down quickly. I even found $5 cash and was ready to tip him, but he told me to go back to the entrance, so I did. The guy at the front saw me and immediately said "we don't do rewashes" and told me I have to pay again for a higher tier wash. I explained that another employee sent me over, but he cut me off and said, "He doesn't know anything, he is not the boss, I'm the boss." I told him I'm willing to pay the difference, not even asking for a full rewash, just fix the missed spot. He refused and told me I had to pay again and "this time don't buy the basic wash." The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I bought a booklet for the "Gold" car washes for approximately $300.00, three months before the transfer of ownership. Now if I knew what I know today, I definitely would have not bought them. I wish the cashier who sold me the booklet would have told me about the pending sale and transfer of ownership. I'm giving this review on my most recent visit. On a Wednesday, I arrived seeing that there weren't many cars on the lot awaiting to be detailed at 11:45 a.m. and departed at 1:30 p.m., only to pull my car back onto the lot near the gas pumps to "detail" my car myself. Why? Because when my car came out of the wash dripping with water and soap residue, my car sat in the blaring 102 degree Sun for 40 mins., I finally walked up to the cashier and informed him that no one was tending to my car, he immediately got on the walkie-talkie and 15 minutes later, Jenny started to "detail" my car for 20 mins. Now I'm not faulting her, but the amount of hard water spots that were on my car was out of control. Jenny and I walked around my car, and she dealt with the hard water spots I pointed out with a cheap product that was like diluted Windex to the best of her abilities, until she was summoned by her supervisor to get working on another car. I didn't want her to get in trouble, so I told her to just go because she wasn't having any luck in getting the hard water spots off my car. As I was wiping the water spots off my car by their gas pumps, with my bottle of Chemical Guy's Speed Wipe Quick Detailer Spray (which I always keep in my car, because I like a clean looking car), the lady who used to work the cashier desk walked up to me and asked what was going on. I showed her all the hard water spots on my car, and she was really ashamed of the finished job. I told her, after paying for a car wash, which is $50.00, plus giving a $15.00 tip, I basically paid $65.00 for a crappy carwash. She told me, I know you're a long time customer and have a reputation with the detailers for always giving a good tip, and apologized for the crappy job on my car, which was unacceptable, even to her standards. She said she was going to talk to the new owner's about the many complaints she's been getting lately from customers. Lastly, as I mentioned, I'm giving this review based on my last time there, but honestly, the last 2 car washes were pretty bad, and I had to wipe my car down both times. I just didn't want to give a bad review, but this last time had me truly disappointed and I need the new owners to know what's going on at their establishment, and hopefully work on improving their business. Note to new owners: I know the dynamics regarding the change of the quality of your car washes has A LOT has to do with the ICE raids, and them taking some of your best auto detailers. But if you want to charge Nordstrom prices, get quality detailers and let go your employees who are doing a disservice to your car wash business. I've got 3 "gold" tickets left. Inside the business you'll find a comfortable seating area with air conditioning, though I opted to sit outside on their shaded patio. The amount of seating this place had, inside and out, really stood out, and made for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The cashier was friendly, as well. As I watched my vehicle being cleaned after its wash, I couldn't help but notice how meticulous the employee worked in drying my vehicle. He followed each wipe of his microfiber towel with the air compressor, both inside and out, leaving no chance for water spots or dust. After tipping the gentleman, I was on my way. The whole thing took about 45 minutes with how many vehicles were already present. I will definitely be coming back if this is the same experience to expect each and every time.

He explained that some of the staining may have been caused by residue deeper in the seat cushions coming to the surface as they dried. They cleaned the seats again at no additional charge, and the interior looks significantly better. They also gave my vehicle another complimentary exterior wash, which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. Unfortunately, my sunglasses still have not turned up. When I brought my vehicle back, I asked about them again and was told that they had not been seen when my belongings were originally removed from the vehicle. I appreciate Jose reaching out, taking my concerns seriously, and making the effort to correct the cleaning issues. While the situation with my sunglasses remains unresolved, I wanted to acknowledge the business's willingness to address my concerns and make things right with the detailing.
