I asked if I can exchange money for tips for their workers , and she says i have to buy something. Weird i have never had that before as the cashiers i normally deal with on Saturdays are chill and just take it from my card. I buy a water and ask for change , she asks how much , and I said well id like 20$ deducted from this purchase. She says so not one 20? Im like no thanks, just deduct it from the bottle you're saying I have to buy and to just give me the rest of the change with smaller bills. She says "so no 20$ tip?" With like a dumb tone. I just explain again no and my plan was to give the dude like 10$ bucks and have a couple singles and a five if it were like multiple dudes working on the truck. Bought a water bottle for 2.79. She didn't deduct it but added for a grand total of 22.79? I explicitly said not to do that? Dude i pay like 175$ for these washes off my company card every other week for a nice detail and the dudes do a solid job . I tip outta my own pocket and she just made this experience annoying. Typically its a solid place, but shes also being like loud , condescending, and so it was just an unpleasant experience. Still a solid place. But 4/5 for this experience because I know she probably like that with other customers too.

The employees did a great job, but the supervisor's rude and dismissive attitude ruined the experience. When I asked about the different wash packages, his response was simply, "They're up there." He seemed more interested in watching videos than assisting a customer. When I declined the additional services he tried to upsell me, his attitude became even worse. It's disappointing that someone in a leadership position would demonstrate such poor customer service. The employees deserve credit for their hard work, but management needs to do better. Definitely won't be coming back!

They did an excellent job--the car came out looking spotless inside and out. The staff was efficient, and the quality of the wash exceeded my expectations. For the price, it's definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this car wash. It's one of the better car washes in the area, and I'll definitely be coming back.

The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

I understand that drive-through car washes aren't typically the best option, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. You know there's a problem when the attendant tells you, "You can come through again if it's not clean enough." My car wasn't anywhere near filthy to begin with just the usual road dust and some sprinkler water spots from the night before that I wanted to get off. I went with the premium wash, not once, but twice, and somehow still ended up having to wash the car by hand afterward. The spots, dust, and grime were all still there. Honestly, it looked like someone simply sprayed the car with a hose and called it a day. Don't waste your money paying extra for the premium wash. I have a hard time believing the lower tiers would produce any different results. The only difference seems to be how much money you're throwing away. I would highly recommend avoiding this car wash. The results were extremely disappointing, and the entire experience was very unsatisfactory.

A staff member named Lupe and, especially, the supervisor/manager behaved aggressively toward me. What happened was terrifying and completely unacceptable. !!! My elbow accidentally touched my car horn. An employee named Lupe immediately began yelling at me, demanding to know why I was honking, and used profanity toward me. I then proceeded toward the car wash, but Lupe blocked my path with a traffic cone. A supervisor came over and, instead of de-escalating the situation, told me that "Lupe does not yell at someone without a reason." At that point, I rolled up my car window. The supervisor then struck/banged on my closed car window with his fist. I was then told to leave the car wash immediately. The supervisor told me that if I did not leave the property, he would call the police. Because of the way I was treated, the Horrible car washterrifying placeaggressive conduct toward my vehicle, and my overall dissatisfaction with the service, I requested that my membership be canceled and I left the property. The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. Keep up the great work, guys!

Not once, but twice in a row. I came to get my van washed about a month ago with Bronze wash. I always get the bronze wash. They didn't vacuum the rear seats and the trunk. They did not wipe my front console, windshield, front dash, and middle console. They did not wipe down the inside of the doors and hatch where it closes to the car. I gave them a pass. It was a hot day. Today, I came with my wife. We brought both of our cars. This time they took time on my van. My wife's car was out 30 min before mine was finished and hers was washed about 20 min after mine went through the wash. Her car was not vacuumed in the rear, the trunk, and the front and middle console was not wiped down. We can still see fingerprints on the front touch panel. My wife had already left. Got home and noticed all of these things. I complained to the supervisor. I told him I've been coming for 30 years. Told him about my last experience. All he offered was to ask my wife to drive back down for them to clean the rest. He said he will double check my van to make sure it's clean. My wife is already home and has already cleaned the mess they didn't clean. I don't know about any other patrons, but you should not have to double check the work. I never did since 1996. There have been a few missed spots here and there, but it was minor. Something's wrong with the operation. It's not the same. I still have a free wash to claim. We will see if these two stars will go to 5 stars. I wanted to give 1 star, but 2 just because they been better. I want it to get their attention to improve. At $35 for bronze service, you guys be the judge.

StreamDrive was willing to provide an estimate with the details provided in messaging, unlike the other companies who contacted me! Every other businesses' response boiled down to, "bring your car in and we'll look at it." The old entrapment model of auto detailing. Where they're counting on you not having the willpower to leave if the work has already begun. Luke at StreamDrive was able to accommodate my current situation and offered to swing by and see the condition of my car in-person and provide the quote. By default, that's 5-stars "above and beyond" service. I want to recommend his business to people for life! My Honda C-RV needed prep for resale. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.

The entrance sneaks up on you and is kinda set back from Duarte Rd. so be watching for it! If you get to Nano Cafe, you went too far. Like some others have said, the area is a little sketch, but I was alone and there during the day and felt relatively safe. Seemed ok at that time, but not sure I'd go alone at night. I came around 1pm and was able to go right into a cleaning bay, no waiting. The vacuum cleaners are positioned before the car wash bay instead of in the back, so I really liked that bc I always vacuum before I wash the outside. The vacuum had ample tubing and reached all areas of my car. For the $1 it gave me plenty of time to do one whole side of my car (not sure the exact amount of time, but it was good value imo). I added a couple more quarters and was able to finish the whole interior, so it's ample time. I spent the $5 up front for the 13 minutes and it was the exact perfect amount of time to do my whole Mazda! I used the tire cleaner and brush, used the soap wand and then the soap brush for the whole car, rinsed, did the coat protectant and then the spot free rinse and finished just as the time expired. It was the perfect amount. Everything cleaned nicely as well! The wands and brushes have plenty of slack in their tubing and pretty much rotate entirely so you can walk around your whole car. The spot free rinse worked well too...there were a small few spots of water dried on, but hardly noticeable. They also have floor mat hangers too. Will definitely be back!

Pro tip leave 2$ in your pocket in case you need more time. My strategy for washing the car with the most optimal coverage. Set it to soap, walk fast around the car you want make 2 laps for really even coverage. Then switch to high pressure rinse, zig zag spray while going from top to bottom going around the car just 1 lap. Switch over to spot free rinse At this point you probably have 1 min 30 seconds. Same as the last step but you keep going until you run out of time. The most effective for $3. Make sure you bring your own towels, I suggest a minimum of 3 microfiber clothes.
