I found Clean Image online after trying to book with another company unsuccessfully. I was very pleased Clean Image would be able to come out on a Sunday, as this detailing was for my 72-year old dad's birthday. I didn't want him to be inconvenienced at all with being without a car and with having to pay for it. Right from the beginning, the customer service staff was very cordial and polite. Walking me through the online booking process (I have never used a car detailing service... in fact, my car detailing history is washing & vacuuming my own cars and of course, nagging my kids to get those food wrappers and apple cores the heck out of my car!). Anyway, I was able to book online easily. I ended up having to cancel the first job, because my dad got sick and canceled his party. Clean Image was understanding and I appreciated the ease of cancellation. When I rebooked, Jay and Justin came out to my dad's house on time. They were friendly and professional. To be honest, no one in my family had ever had a car detailing, so my aunt and uncle, and mom and dad were asking all sorts of questions and Jay and Justin were polite and proud of their business. Damaged my car. STAY AWAY!! I got the "full complete detailing" for the interior and exterior. While the outside and inside were cleaned well overall (minus missing a few parts), they damaged the start button that powers my engine..perhaps due to aggressive chemicals, tools, etc. Before, it was in pristine condition. After, the metal was peeling on the "N" letter cutout so that the metal actually jabbed my finger and broke off (pictures attached). I was extremely disappointed that this happened. I try to take very good care of my car and have not had any interior damage whatsoever since purchasing it a few years ago. I paid more for this service because of all of the positive reviews, but please, BE WARNED. I tried contacting them about this but they are trying to avoid responsibility for the damage, claiming that I must've accidentally brushed the fabric of my clothing against this. Which is total BS. I called the dealership and they estimate the repair will be $230....UGH. I'd definitely take your business elsewhere. With the high price, taking this risk simply isn't worth it. read more

On May 8th, 2018 at approximately 2:00pm the driver of this van, license plate 36879X1, decided to try and box me out of what would have been a safe lane change while exiting the 5 South at Bake Parkway. Since he aggressively sped up so as not to allow my signaled lane change, when I did get over he was within inches of my rear bumper. I had my grandchildren in the car and he could have easily caused a major accident with his abhorrent and reckless driving. To make matters worse, when we came to a stop at the Bake Parkway exit, the passenger and driver start to scream profanities and attempt to elicit a physical altercation. Luckily, I have a dash cam that recorded the entire incident. I come from a family of law enforcement, and with their guidance, I just spent 2 hours at the CHP substation filing a report and submitting the footage. I agreed to and prepaid a $119.99 package to clean my car. When they arrived I was told that pet hair on leather seats and on the carpet on one side of a Mazda Miata (read: tiny tiny car) would be extra. No mention of how much (after pressuring for a price it was $50-$75 more and it was "at their discretion"), and no mention of it on their website. Whoever I talked to at their home office argued with me and the guy outside argued even harder. I was told that the $120 service was the "basic" package (it is not even close) and for cars that were already clean. Who cleans their already clean car? The defense was "it's on our website" until I showed the guy that it wasn't and then it became "Well we assume there won't be pet hair".
