Weird i have never had that before as the cashiers i normally deal with on Saturdays are chill and just take it from my card. I buy a water and ask for change , she asks how much , and I said well id like 20$ deducted from this purchase. She says so not one 20? Im like no thanks, just deduct it from the bottle you're saying I have to buy and to just give me the rest of the change with smaller bills. She says "so no 20$ tip?" With like a dumb tone. I just explain again no and my plan was to give the dude like 10$ bucks and have a couple singles and a five if it were like multiple dudes working on the truck. Bought a water bottle for 2.79. She didn't deduct it but added for a grand total of 22.79? I explicitly said not to do that? Dude i pay like 175$ for these washes off my company card every other week for a nice detail and the dudes do a solid job . I tip outta my own pocket and she just made this experience annoying. Typically its a solid place, but shes also being like loud , condescending, and so it was just an unpleasant experience. Still a solid place. But 4/5 for this experience because I know she probably like that with other customers too.

Car damaged! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!…read more I've been coming to this car wash for two years because it's close to my home. Even before this incident, I often found their work careless and rushed. On a previous visit, they even placed dirty slippers on my white seats. I always inspect my car before each wash, and the rubber seal around my trunk opening was intact before this visit. While an employee was cleaning my trunk, I noticed him repeatedly looking around and toward the people in the waiting area. His behavior seemed unusual to me, so I recorded a video of him. When I got home, I discovered a long cut in the rubber seal, as shown in the photos. When I contacted them about the damage, they denied responsibility. After two years as a customer, I'm extremely disappointed by their lack of care and how they handled my complaint. I won't be returning. P.S. I also saw a Yelp review from another Tesla owner whose car was damaged here that same day. It makes me wonder whether Tesla owners are being targeted. I can't say whether it was accidental or intentional, but this is very concerning.

I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. You know there's a problem when the attendant tells you, "You can come through again if it's not clean enough." My car wasn't anywhere near filthy to begin with just the usual road dust and some sprinkler water spots from the night before that I wanted to get off. I went with the premium wash, not once, but twice, and somehow still ended up having to wash the car by hand afterward. The spots, dust, and grime were all still there. Honestly, it looked like someone simply sprayed the car with a hose and called it a day. Don't waste your money paying extra for the premium wash. I have a hard time believing the lower tiers would produce any different results. The only difference seems to be how much money you're throwing away. I would highly recommend avoiding this car wash. I had been a customer of this car wash for approximately six years. After this incident, I no longer felt comfortable continuing my membership and requested a refund of the disputed membership charges.

The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Not once, but twice in a row. I came to get my van washed about a month ago with Bronze wash. I always get the bronze wash. They didn't vacuum the rear seats and the trunk. They did not wipe my front console, windshield, front dash, and middle console. They did not wipe down the inside of the doors and hatch where it closes to the car. I gave them a pass. It was a hot day. Today, I came with my wife. We brought both of our cars. This time they took time on my van. My wife's car was out 30 min before mine was finished and hers was washed about 20 min after mine went through the wash. Her car was not vacuumed in the rear, the trunk, and the front and middle console was not wiped down. We can still see fingerprints on the front touch panel. My wife had already left. Got home and noticed all of these things. I complained to the supervisor. I told him I've been coming for 30 years. Told him about my last experience. All he offered was to ask my wife to drive back down for them to clean the rest. He said he will double check my van to make sure it's clean. My wife is already home and has already cleaned the mess they didn't clean. I don't know about any other patrons, but you should not have to double check the work. I never did since 1996. There have been a few missed spots here and there, but it was minor. Something's wrong with the operation. It's not the same. I still have a free wash to claim. We will see if these two stars will go to 5 stars. I wanted to give 1 star, but 2 just because they been better. I want it to get their attention to improve. If you are working a customer service job but hate the job itself you should seriously find other employment. Don't make supporting customers pay for you being miserable. First time seeing this cashier here so maybe she's new? Regardless this is a decent spot to get your car washed they do really good jobs on leather treatments and they are fast all around.

StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. No gap left untouched, unlike a drive-thru detailing service. I'm getting return on investment and then some because I'm now able to sell at top dollar private party fair market value.
