I then got into washing & maintaining my own cars, but it was time to have a professional job done on all 3 of our BMWs. The one that needed the most work was my late father's 2003 BMW 530i. Joe & I connected over losing our dad's, and Joe gave this one some extra love for an incredible price. He did an extensive interior deep cleaning and added a 1-year ceramic coat. The most impressive part was the swirl mark/scratch removal. To stay within budget, Joe & I agreed on a 60-70% improvement but Joe over-delivered with the paint looking better than it did back in 2003! Next up was my mom's 2022 BMW 330i. This one received an interior freshen-up, and a ceramic coat. Joe upgraded the ceramic coat at no extra cost because he appreciated the fact that we gave him 3 cars to detail. The last one was my brother's 2011 BMW M3. This one is rarely driven so we just did a light touch maintenance detail. Joe impressed my whole family with each car looking brand new -- or better! I felt like the deal he gave us was already a great value but Joe was generous with his time and threw in a couple upgrades. We were all super delighted with the results -- all family members agreeing on something like this rarely happens, but Joe did the impossible! Most importantly, Joe is just an amazing dude all around. He's a retired vet who's been in the business for over 30 years, shows up right on time, and works his butt off until the job is done. For us, he came at 8AM and left a little after 8PM, all while taking no breaks. But really, he comes off as an old friend who is very passionate/knowledgeable about his craft and truly cares about his clients. I enjoyed picking his brain about the new technology & methods he uses and left confident knowing that there isn't a better person out there to take care of our cars. I wish there was a Joe in every profession because he's simply the best professional you could ask for. If you're looking for a quality detailer, there is NO other choice than Superior Shine in my book.

When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.

They really stand behind their work as I came to find out when I was sideswiped be aa truck and they reapplied the XPEL wrap. And even thought the insurance covered the damage, we found that the paint and damage was decreased by the wrap. I've recommended Union to friends and all have been satisfied. Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! Beau has worked on multiple cars of mine at this point, Macan S, Macan GTS, F80 M3, Cayman GT4... Prius Prime :p The only thing I would warn others about is that, Beau is extremely busy most of the time. So, be prepared to plan far ahead of time because that is what you would need to do. He did not inform me that this happened but instead just told me my car was ready and waited for me to notice. My paint is aging on my 2007 FJ cruiser but otherwise in good condition. I was starting to get some moderate bubbling in my clear coat on the hood, but nothing substantial. Edwin voiced no concerns about possible further damage to my paint, or I would have declined his services. I also was still asked to pay for the detailing service after he caused damage to my vehicle. Edwin did not offer to make it right, instead insisting that it was not his fault. He also refused to provide proof of insurance or a billing address for his business. I highly suggest that if you care about your car, you do not give Edwin your business. In response to Edwin's comment: If you had ANY concerns about my paint and the condition you perceived it to be in, you did not share those with my until after the damage was done. Nor did you get me when it happened. You just told me my car was ready and waited to see if I'd notice. Had you told me this was a possibility, I would have told you not to proceed. I also shared the year of my car with you in the Yelp quoting process, and you voiced no concerns then either. I did not decline going to an auto body shop for their opinion, I declined going to your uncle's auto body shop. Your family's business will not be impartial in the matter. I will be going to an auto body shop, and I am happy to share their opinion and the estimated repairs with you. This is why I asked you for your insurance information that you refused to provide. Your business insurance can determine if this is your fault or not and pay for the repairs, should they determine you caused this to happen. Lastly, yes. I did dispute the charge. Because you told me I had to pay you, even though I told you I did not think I should pay after you damaged my car. So of course I reported that services rendered were not as expected.
