My instructor Khoury Porter not only taught me essential techniques but he also gave me a full comprehensive method to consciously be aware of my surroundings at all times. It's a full mind body and spirit work out whether you're just doing kick boxing Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu. The staff is wonderful. You become family. They have a variety of services available for all ages. This is hands down - the best workout you can come across in the Lower Hudson Valley area! They helped me to tone up and build core and upper body strength that I never had before. This establishment is good for all ages.
