I have since stopped eating here. I joined their Farelli's club and was invited to a Valentines day meal for two. I made a reservation, early to avoid the crowd. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was about half full. Yet, it took over 20 minutes before our order was taken and in two hours we had only seen our server twice. I filed a complaint and was never contacted by anyone at the business. They obviously don't mind losing a once satisfied customer. read more

Very disappointing. We used to frequent Farrellis quite often. We moved to another side of town so it had been quite a while since we have have been. The temperature was hot and our waitress moved at a snails pace. Waited 15 minutes to oreder, I watched our salads sit on cold table for ten minutes and after waiting almost an hour for our pizza the waitress checked on us once asked if we were ready for the bill. So sad that it has gone down hill. Hopefully management reviews these and it will improve. read more

This would've been a five star review if this review was ONLY for the pizza but of course it can't be. Compliments to the chef on the delicious pizza but the service was bullshit . The pizza was so good that I couldn't believe that service was this terrible . Let me recap the service . 1. It took 2 different waitresses to figure out the dish situation and not talk shit in front of us 6. Waitress completely missed that I didn't have a plate to eat on THE ENTIRE TIME we were there , but didn't seem to care because she was too busy bickering with her other coworkers . I know what you're thinking . Why didn't I make complaints when I was there ? Honestly I believed that they'd figure it out that we were missing silverware, plates or even our order but they didn't . The food was delicious but I had the worst service ever here! I won't be coming back because of it. I met some friends here on Thursday, I guess they have trivia night and it gets pretty busy. Ok that's cool, except that no one came to our table at all and one of my friends had to flag down a server after almost half an hour. Then when we ate, played trivia and got our check but our took over 20 minutes to come back for it. She went to everyone around us, looked at our check, walked away then took a 20 minute break. Farrelli's pizza is definitely some of the best in town, not to mention they have a great happy hour. The five star pizza and the fire stix are two of my favorite things on the menu. Wow Farrellis.... way to disappoint loyal customers :-(.... Ordered our pizzas and told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up after 20 minutes and still had to wait due to the cook dropping one of the pizzas. Then found out that there was no free breadsticks w/an order of 4 pizzas. Love the pizzas, but not impressed enough with the service on the last visit. Looks like it may be awhile... maybe a loooong while before we make our next visit there. Sad, really. read more

The food is actually quite good, but the multiple times I've gone here the service has been downright atrocious. The wait staff is mostly local high schoolers and they could not care less about the customers. I've never been greeted upon arriving and I always get the feeling they'd rather be doing something else than taking my order. This was my first time to Farrelli's and I was pleased. The worst part? Parking! The parking lot is a nightmare, if you pull around front and there are no spots you can get stuck, and don't pull behind the buildings because that is employee only parking. Once we finally parked (near subway!) we met up with a large group of friends. We had to wait about 45 minutes to seat us in tables near each other. They apologized for the wait and brought us some complimentary breadsiticks, they were DELICIOUS! I really wanted to order a pizza but my husband wanted a calzone so I got the Chicken alfredo so that I wasn't stuck with a whole pizza for myself. It was pretty good, not great but good. Everyone else ordered the pizza and I was able to snag a slice and it was delicious. They gave the kids some dough to play with and they had a blast. I noticed on the menu that there's a special on Thursdays where you don't have to pay the extra two dollars for the gluten-free crust upgrade. I've supported this chain for a long time; however, at least the Lacey store is now off the list. The service has really deteriorated at this location. I dropped in at 8:30 last night and wanted a BBQ chicken pizza. The hostess was nice and she seated me. I waited for 10 minutes and no wait staff even came over to say hello. The restaurant was not packed and there was lots of staff standing around laughing and talking (just not with me) I guess I was a little bit jealous. The pricing for their pizza is on the high side too. There is plenary of great pizza in town. But not here. I guess I'll look elsewhere. read more

My sister and I stopped in to grab a bite to eat around 7 and there was tons of open seating in the bar/lounge area. We were acknowledged right away and our waitress took our drink order. We split the Americana (I think that's what it's called) and it was delicious. The portions are generous and the pizza was so fresh. Our waitress was really funny too and we enjoyed her company! Ok, but not great. The service was good and kid friendly, but the food was blah, the pizza was smothered in red sauce and soggy, and needed some major TLC and not worth taking home. For advertising "fire cooked" it lacked heavily on the smoky flavor, it might have been cooked in a regular oven. We also ordered the "fire sticks" not sticks, but were not sticks more of a small pizza drenched in buffalo sauce,cheese, and lightly covered with jalapeños spicy 1-10 scale 1 being not spicy 3-10. Again the servers were good, but the food was bad and comparatively to a frozen pizza and did not meet the price vs quality. We will not be returning unfortunately. read more

I never write reviews lol but I'm not sure what happened to this place in Lacey? Took 2 hours to get 1 pizza (and it was pretty dead in the restaurant). And our server Heather never even took our drink orders or checked on us once (we weren't sure she was even our waiter for over an hour). She was too busy checking her phone and hanging out at the bar. I'll be honest, I'm a sucker for good pizza and when I moved to the area three years ago, we were spoiled by the DuPont store. Now don't get me wrong, the pizza here was great at one point, however, it's as inconsistent as my teenage daughter's mood. It really depends on what night of the week you come on that ultimately determines the quality of you pizza...and that's coming from the manager of the store. So that right there should say a lot. Secondly, the service is atrocious! There are two waitresses that are great, the rest are mediocre. What really set me off with this location was what the GM said about the videos that they play showing how they make their pizza of the month. You see, they show this video with all of these amazing toppings while making it, yet when you order it, it literally has half the toppings. The GM's explanation is that it's "ramped up for display purposes". To me, that's false advertising. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this location has disappointed me 2/3 of my visits, and we visit a few times a month. We will make the drive to DuPont from now on. read more

The bartender here must be related to owners. He moves so Damn slow. After twenty five minutes as we were about to walk out the bartender finally left the bar with our strawberry lemonades. Monday night is kids night where kids eat free and they hire a balloon guy who my daughter says is one of her favorite people now... My only gripe is it sometimes takes forever for the balloon guy to make it to our table and we have finished eating but we can't leave without my daughter getting her balloon. He supposedly has an order to how he makes his rotation but I'm not sure I can figure out what it is. read more

Went here with my daughter and grand daughter. The Pizza was wonderful! The Service was spectacular and my grand daughter was walking on cloud nine for the evening because they brought her uncooked pizza dough and all the trimmings to the table so she could make it! Went on a Thursday evening and the most amazing talented balloon guy was there. He was funny and so good with the family. All the kids left with the balloon their hearts desired.
