We've loved farrellis for over 20 years in Lacey. However, since online ordering became a thing, the wait times inside the restaurant have been unacceptable and astronomical. Multiple times it's been an hour and a half or more for 2 pizzas to come out. (That's how long we waited once our order was placed). The staff blames it on the online ordering and says there's nothing they can do. We def will not be back unless they value their in person dining experience And make drastic changes. A long dining experience is not desired. read more

Been to this place a few times and dining in is great, however just placed an online pickup order tonight and I certainly won't again. When placing order on their website, during checkout it asks for pickup or delivery, selected pickup and asked for my car make and color.... ok curbside pickup? Perfect. Also asked for number and email ( assuming for order updates) Order placed and paid for, then says pickup between now and 30 mins.... ok we wait a little bit before calling to confirm a pickup estimate and already could hear the sass through the phone. I'm still polite as this is our first pickup order with them. My husband goes to get the pizza and is waiting in the car for either a text or something. I call to ask if it is curbside and the lady is being completely rude. As my husband goes in he hears them talking snarkily about me and my call "expecting them to bring it to the car". I did not expect that but was trying to get some confirmation on the whole process.. why ask car make and color if not bringing it to curb? I honestly hope my whole tip I prepaid goes to the cooks. 2 stars because food was good, however items were missing, and I dare not call again to irritate them further... read more

Fresh pizza dough made each day, no preservatives; fresh ingredients; wait staff are excellent at helping you figure out your order to work around food allergies, they also remember your orders -- unless you decide to confuse them and change what you order! This is where we meet friends (diverse menu) and take out of town guests because we know we get consistently good service. If there is ever issues -- very quick to resolve the problem. read more

The hostess was super nice, had a smile on her face, asked us a few times if we needed anything, the pizza was great, I would go back just for the great service, Julianne was awesome! read more

Thursday night is trivia night at the Lacey Farrelli's-- and it seems to draw quite a crowd. No doubt the the good deals on food and drink during the event are a big part of the draw. Trivia night here has three rounds, and during the intermissions new specials are announced. These included $5 cheesy bread, $3.50 microbrews, $4 Fireball shots, and $5 chicken Caesar salads on the night I was in here-- not bad! Plus, after 9pm the regular happy hour menu/prices are in effect too. Regular menu prices seem to be a little on the spendy side, and there's really nothing exceptional about the restaurant itself-- which is located in a stand-alone building next to a strip mall. The service here was quite good, especially considering how busy and hectic the place was during the trivia game. read more

Happy Hour This place has a great happy hour including ALL day Sunday. My favorite is the James Favorite PIzza. Hubs loves that they sell Fish Tale Organic IPA. They also have other great menu items but their happy hour is the best time to come and try a couple of items and just relax. We only come here during the day hours if we have our car. We live close and walk if we come at night. Their parking lot gets really crowded and it is really hard to park at night. read more

Really good food. We get the classic deluxe, Hawaiian pizza and spaghetti with extra meatballs. I ordered curbside pick up. I tried to order online but it didn't give the option to customize. Example, create your own didn't have option to chose sauce base or cheese and deluxe didn't have the option to delete/add toppings. I called in and they gave me exactly what I wanted. However, you cannot pre pay over the phone. We were pleased with our meal and service. We will be back again. read more

Really good pizza! Dip it in Ranch and it's amazing! A little pricey especially on desserts but they're worth it when I have the extra cash. Every waitress I've had over there has been the most helpful, positive, upbeat people. My favorite pizza spot read more

Stopped in for a beer on a Saturday during lunch. They didn't have angry orchard so the bartender recommended a pear flavored beer/ale/ipa, idk but it was super good. Awesome vibe. I didn't eat but the place smelled so good, I actually can't wait to go back and check it out. read more

Love their pizza! Parking is limited directly outside the building but seating once inside typically isn't an issue. Great place read more

Such an amazing pizza place. The service was amazing. Our waiter was attentive without being over bearing. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. The beer selection is large and our server was knowledgeable about all the beers. If you're not sure ask for a sample and pick a great brew that way. Onto the best part....the pizza. The crust was cooked perfectly. Their selection of toppings is large and interesting. My husband had the perfect pepperoni and I created my own. Both were cooked to perfection! The only down side, good food takes time. This is not a fast food place. The wait is more than worth it. I would certainly recommend this place to any one looking for a great meal! read more

When we are in Lacey, this is our fave pizza place. Our server Makaylah was absolutely wonderful! Super friendly with a great sense of humor; very helpful in pointing out the lunch deal on the menu. As always, our food was delicious. Thank you! read more

They got rid of the original oven, This was their first location, and the only location with a 100% Applewood oven (no gas to help). This oven Made their pizza unique, with a rich Applewood smoke flavor. This oven was the corner stone that made Farrelli's great, one of the best pies, ones that you crave. Now its like any fast food pizza chain, with better ingredients. I would drive past the other Farrelli's, because the original was so much better. so on to the difference in the taste, the new pizza was very doughy, the crust and the cheese lacked a good crust with good Applewood smoke flavor. This where I sent out-of-towners for great pizza, no more!! Please help looking for great pizza read more

Pizza, beer, music... who could ask for more? Did I mention there's pizza? Really good pizza.

Love the deluxe classic pizza, only reason I took off a star was because the dine-in service can be pretty slow, calling your order for pickup works much better for me. Overall super delicious pizza. read more

This place is fun. It was our first time here it's an Upbeat atmosphere with games pull tabs pool trivia on the bar side and on Thursday nights a balloon animal guy named Tom who is great at entertaining the kids. We ordered the meatlovers a kids pepperoni kids nachos drinks and a side salad. They provide the kids with an "appetizer" of carrots with ranch and a breadstick and a bit of pizza dough to smoosh around and play with. The pizza was really good the atmosphere was fun we will definitely return here again. Next time we'll be trying the cauliflower crust that they offer! read more

Great pizza and appreciate the military Sunday specials. A new tradition for us and the grown kids.

For a spot close with decent pizza, I'll pick this spot... for my top pick in pizza, I'd come here last honestly. The calzone was really sad looking. I can go to my favorite spot, get it 2 times bigger for half the price. Not cool man, not cool. Fun trivia night though. read more

This is our favorite lounge, and a great pizza place. They have good bartenders and delicious food. Brick oven pizza, delicious pastas and creative salads. They make a delicious tomato soup that is very unique. read more

By far my favorite for Tomato Basil Soup! It's so good, my last visit, I thought I was having a stroke-seriously, my daughter told me to get to the emergency room, but I waited until I finished my soup!! Turns out it was Bell Palsey!! Thank goodness I'm back to normal and able to eat soup and pizza again! Love Ashley and Kristina!! The best servers ever! read more

Originally put off by the slow service, but the food made up for it. Artichoke and crab dip and cold beer - delicious. Happy hour is the best time to go, we like the pull tabs and pool when it's not too crowded. read more

One of the best pizzas I've ever had was here. It's no longer on the menu but you can still order it. I think it's called something grinder. The balsamic glaze on the pizza is to die for. The crust was Cree perfect amount of crusty. Also, the employees I spoke with were all extremely nice. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning. read more

Great food and superior service. This has become a favorite on game day and just for dinner out. Enjoy.

Cushy booths, great pizza and the best service anywhere. We are Vegan and they try very hard to please us. Last time we ordered just garlic on the crust (no red sauce) and had it cooked blind before the raw toppings. (And it was good but we being garlic lovers could have had a ton more!) Also the finely chopped veggies put on afterward...could have been a lot more toppings. However I know it is a process...everyone likes their pizza "their way" and this crew will bend over backwards to make sure your pizza is to your liking! We will be returning! read more

Excellent pizza and a great selection of beers. We go there often. Expect the place to be busy during customary meal times most days.

Every time I come the pizza is great and the quality of service is fantastic. Its pricey pizza, but you're paying for quality.

Always get great food the meatballs and pizza are our favorites but haven't had anything we don't like!! Great happy hour prices and good atmosphere. The best part for us is the awesome staff they are always attentive and give great customer service!!! read more

Good beers on tap, quality happy hour menu, and legit pizza!! I enjoyed this place and would come again

The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The pizza was completely awesome. As someone who has eaten at both the Lacey and Dupont location, I can say that Lacey has a great family atmosphere. They gave the kids pizza dough to keep them occupied and away from that dreaded candy machine ($0.25 for candy! In it till you win! Guess where all the quarters went?!). The Dupont location, however, is not focused on family as much. It's where you take someone for a business lunch. Our food was absolutely delicious and came out very, very quickly. It is real amazing to watch them throw out the pizzas by hand and cook them. They have an all wood over (we learned from our server that they use applewood) and watching them cook a perfectly done pizza is crazy. They are really master chefs for cooking with an open flame and not killing the food. Definitely a must try. We'll be back again! read more

Seriously some of the best pizza! Love that they deliver to my doorstep if needed. If you're ordering for a large group it can get a tad spendy, but worth it if you want to serve quality pizza for sure. read more

We just came from a birthday dinner at Farelli's. I paid over $13.00 for nachos that were burned, was supposed to come with tomatoes, black bean sauce, black beans, onions, olives, and 3 cheeses. It came with burnt chips, burnt mozzerella cheese, sour cream, beef, and salsa. The waitress was rude and argumentive, and didn't even attempt to make things right, or check on the table, or do refills on drinks. I would give them 0 stars if I could. read more

THE best pizza I have ever had. I'm a fan of Papa Murphy's pizzas but Farreli's is even a couple more notches above them. The pizza is so well balanced it flavor and the brick oven taste is just amazing. I'm lactose intolerant and eating too much of any pizza can make me sick, but afterwords as I'm sitting on the porcelain throne doing paperwork in my office I still think to myself, "Totally worth it!" The service here is great. The waitstaff are always well trained and attentive, even when it's busy on game nights. Speaking of game nights, this place can get very busy so plan accordingly. There might be a line to be seated and if you go here already hungry, you may risk becoming "hangry" for the deliciousness. read more

Horrible food and service. Went there expecting the same quality of service and food as the one in Dupont. BIG MISTAKE!

The good: Sunday happy hour specials, that we found out just a tad bit too late. A page of the bar menu was dedicated to these specials. The bad: they only had two handicapped parking spaces, and we had to roll the walker downhill to reach the entrance. The ugly: nothing ugly. We had a raspberry and apple and cranberry salad that was pretty good, and the crust on the vegetarian pesto pizza hit the spot. I could not confirm on the Street Fighter 2 joystick problem mentioned by the other reviewer, but when your Street Fighter 2 game only has one gear (attack!!) that isn't a problem. Who learns the defensive moves anyway? read more

We have always enjoyed our visits to Farrelli's. We've had birthday celebrations and family get togethers there. They have the best pizza crusts I've ever had. They're so family friendly, family night specials ever week. They have great beer in the sports bar. On certain Thursday nights they do trivia in the sports bar. We've been to a few craft beer nights where they have giveaways from the craft beer breweries. Find out for yourself how great their food is. There are many locations in the south sound, the original Farrelli's is in Lacey. read more

Ferrelli's really does make some great pizza. Where they lack is their staffing. Often times they run a skeleton crew and it can really just sour your experience. From waiting 30 minutes to order and another 45 to get your food your attitude about the place really isn't that positive. If you make it when they are staffed right you won't be sorry you tried it! But good luck on the wait! read more

We had been looking for a really good pizza for a really long time...we FOUND it!!! The pizza's are fantastic...the Fire Sticks are perfection and the service...I've never had better at the Lacey location!!! read more

When you think of Farrelli's you think of awesome pizza but did you know their pasta dishes are excellent as well? Their Crab and Artichoke Mac N cheese is to die for. This was the first place I decided to try GF pizza at, so I was new to the whole GF thing. You could tell the toppings were quality but it was 1)kind of pricey to make it GF 2) I could smell/taste the weird flour a little too much for comfort and it grossed me out, my husband on the other hand who is not GF thought it was ok. So I am neutral, next time I would try a more hearty sauce if I had to eat pizza or just get a salad to avoid the flour situation again. I will say the crust was cooked well though. read more
