I was doing some shopping on the Clark St corridor of Lincoln Park when a sweet treat craving hit. I walked past this location and had to check it out. Even from the street, you can tell how gorgeous this Cafe is. The pink and green color scheme is so gorgeous! I had a hard time choosing, but ultimately I got a slice of cake to go. Chocolate honey cake with condensed milk filling. The cake layers were light and moist, the filling set and so smooth. The cake was perfectly balanced. I will be back! The staff was very friendly as well.

The most delicious breakfasts and coffee. The iced latte made with real farm-fresh milk is simply amazing. I tried the shakshuka and the club sandwich, as well as the avocado toast. The interior is beautiful, and the atmosphere is cozy. For dessert, I recommend the carrot cake and the éclairs.

Charming bakery and cafe recently opened in the neighborhood. It's a perfect place to have a coffee with the girls and the desserts are worth every calorie. My friend had a latte but I tried a blue coconut matcha and it was as delicious as it was beautiful. This place is such a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Staff was very nice, and it's cute inside. Coffee was very milky though, unfortunately not worth it.

Nice staff and pastries are good. But the coffee is a waste of money, not good at all.

I ordered the Oreo Milk Tea, and I was honestly blown away. It was so good that I couldn't leave without going back for a second one! That alone should tell you everything you need to know. The customer service made the experience even better. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, creating an environment that makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Great service paired with amazing drinks is always a winning combination. What really stands out is the combination of great flavors, generous portions, affordable pricing, and a team that makes the experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you're ever in the plaza, do yourself a favor and stop by Matcha EN. This is definitely a spot worth supporting, and I'll absolutely be returning!

I got…read morethe matcha parfait- which was a generous portion but I really question if there was much matcha in it. The color is super bright but not the green I usually associate with matcha. I don't want to claim it was all food coloring but it only taste like vanilla ice cream. It wasn't too crowded at night and was able to get my order fairly quickly. I wouldn't really say this is a good matcha spot since it doesn't seem to have any matcha flavor. I had a suspicion from the menu options that they used to be Kyomatcha (a popular matcha dessert chain) but now called Matcha En. The good reviews are probably from the days it was Kyomatcha and not the current quality.

The interior is just as cute and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. You can even see them in the back cutting up fresh mangoes, which is always a good sign! If you love mango, this is the place for you. There's so much going on in one bowl, but somehow it all works together--the best kind of chaos! There are mini mochi, fresh-cut mango, mango ice cream, mango jelly, and the base has this unique texture somewhere between a slushie and sorbet. I got the regular size, and it was already a LOT for one person, so I'd definitely recommend sharing. One quick note: the Molly tea you see in my photos was from a shop across the street and was not part of this store. Overall, such a fun spot to check out after exploring Chinatown, especially if you're into Asian food or visiting the area for the first time. And if you're a mango lover, definitely add this to your list!

I wish I was able to travel with one of their cheesecakes but they require refrigeration. Anyhow the cheesecake itself was delicious super light, fluffy, and honestly felt like biting into a cloud. I had the salted egg but they had several flavor options that I would've loved to try if slices were available. The texture is what really stands out, and the flavor was unique and interesting in a good way. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it taste like, but it was sweet, but not too sweet They only sale but I consider a personal size but it's definitely enough to share with two people, maybe even three depending on how much of a sweet tooth you have. My only downside like others is the price. Paying around $19-$20 for a small cheesecake felt a bit steep, especially since they don't offer slices. I really wish they had smaller portions available so you could try different flavors without committing to a full cake prize. They package it very well and they also serve you a cute little fork set and a knife for cutting which I think is contributes to the price. The shop itself is very cute with chic décor and a lot of Asian-inspired artwork, which adds to the overall vibe. Customer service was friendly. When I visit Chicago again I'd definitely go back the texture and taste alone make it worth it but I do hope they consider offering smaller portions in the future.

For a sit-down restaurant, I prefer to eat first and pay after, especially when service is expected. The service was not very proactive during our visit.
