Like I've never had blue cheese that tasted so good! The lettuce was fresh! Lots of blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes and onions!!! It was everything that a wedge salad should be!!!! Also the restaurant wasn't busy at all and when I arrived, the hostess was very polite and grabbed my carryout order quickly! The BAD: The steak addition! My steak was so extremely chewy... And full of fat! Like I had to end up tossing it because I couldn't cut it, not even with a steak knife! I really wanted some protein on my wedge salad and was really looking forward to the added steak!
