The 2 stars is for the great customer service we received. The workers were welcoming and even opened the door for us when we arrived. But that's where the positive feedback ends... The food prices are grossly overpriced for what you get. You get a small burger and mini fries for $10, 2 skinny chicken tenders with barely any meat on it and tiny fries for $7 (kids meal), one small burger and tiny fries for $7 (kids meal), a barely filled pastrami sandwich with 2 onion rings and 2 zucchini fries for $24. After spending over $50, we all left still hungry and unfulfilled. I mean you could have gotten the same portion and quality of food at a fat food chain for half the price. Totally overpriced. Farmer Boys have a great menu selection to choose from. Has a drive thru that makes it convenient to get your food. Does take longer than other fast food restaurants, however, the food is cooked to order and always comes out delicious. Employee are also friendly and helpful. Parking can be challenging. The parking stalls and driveways are on the narrow side. I was asked to park at a designated spot in the front for my order. But, this other customer who was also waiting parked his large vehicle in 1 1/2 spots, so I had to park in a regular parking spot. It has been a long time since I've had such a bad experience at a restaurant. The front staff and window staff were very rude. No motivation to even be there. Customer service? What customer service? The restaurant has good food but the staff have made it very clear that they don't want clients there. One of them even got loud with me. Almost as if he wanted to intimidate me, which was sad and laughable. I'm never going back to farmer boys. I went despite the price, but if they don't even have customer service, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Definitely telling my friends and family to avoid that location moving forward. read more

The food is great here. I always come to a Farmer Boys when I'm the area. The employee was super friendly and nice. I ordered a veggie pattie, waited then it came with a natural pattie. I sent it back mistakes happen (I was charged for the natural patty which was 20 cents more) didn't complain, waited got my meal and it was the same fries now cold. I just got my meal to go as it had been 20 or mins now. I open the box at my destination, and the fries that they replaced with hot ones is half of what they took from me. I paid $15 and I got less than a value fry amount. I've got the box before and it was more than this, I could have got the regular meal for $18 and got more. Eating here right now. Syrup on the seats and a chef in the back shrieking some unknown song everyone can hear in the dining area. Bathrooms are disgusting. I can see why this is the lowest rated Farmer Boys in the area. Also some weird loud shrieking whistle goes off every few minutes. Will never come here again. Fast food joint with a farm fresh take. They advertise that their beef is never frozen or pumped full of additives. All the eggs they use are hand cracked. Service is on par as far as fast food restaurants go. They're a little slower than other fast food restaurants, but quality is a lot better. They do all day breakfast and they have a few salads on the menu. They also serve you here if you choose to dine in. If you feel like they did a good job, there is a bell hanging by the exit that they want you to ring on the way out... each time someone rings it, the staff all say "thank you!" The dinning room was very cold the night we ate here. They have the typical fast food dining room going on with booths lining the walls and four tops taking up the middle. My husband and I went to Farmer Boys for dinner tonight. Their food has always been good. Tonight we had a bad experience. I ordered a milk shake and it was terrible. It was watered down like a glass of chocolate milk. The syrup was so strong that I threw it out. My grilled cheese was also bad. Hardly any cheese and it was half the size that I normally get. We have always had such good food there. Plus tonight I am sick! I'm pretty sure it was from the chocolate milk, or whatever it was that I only drank a few sips of. What is happening to Farmer boys?? Came here over the weekend and found live roaches in my bag as well as my food, totally gross. When I took the food back and showed the workers pictures, they let me know that they have only over had dead roaches in their packaging and never live so not to worry... dead or alive is an unacceptable so this is not an accuse. I was disappointed to learn AFTER ordering a meal that several of their soda choices (including all those I drink) were out of order leaving me with water as my option. Yes, I really can taste the difference. ;) The "New" crispy chicken sandwich ??? Very good bun ... Fresh and soft. Chicken was moist and seasoning well with a nice crunch. I ordered the spicy. They also hosted an Elite Week, following in the footsteps of the Mission location, who hosted theirs years ago. This is for P.C., and D.C. (re-covid and during-covid). Maria took my order through the drive thru. I asked for a lettuce wrapped burger NO MEAL just the burger. I got to the window after I was told to pull forward and waited about 2 minutes before the window was opened for payment. Then I was asked to pull around and park. Delicious! The sourdough chicken avocado sandwich is exactly how it sounds plus it has bacon. I really enjoyed the HUGE fried zucchini as a side. The zucchini itself is sweet and juicy. The fish dinner is perfect if you have a hearty appetite or like variety... or both! It comes with big pieces of fried fish, fries, onion rings, salad, and pieces of bread. The inside of the fish was soft and simply tasty like how a fish should be. The breading for the onion rings and zucchini was unique compared to what I'm used to at other places but that's not a bad thing at all. A little pricey in my opinion for a "fast food" with these two entrees and two drinks for $30 but it did fill us up and we had leftovers.
