This is our favorite location, it's always super busy here but the food comes out fast and the service is great most of the time. We stopped by to try their jalapeno ranch chicken sandwiches and ordered a few extra items on the side. The sandwich was awesome, it was very juicyand not too spicy, most of the menu items I have ordered are good. I have have a couple issues in the past with chicken being dried out or orders of large fries only filled partially. But so far everything has been good with the quality of food. read more

People are friendly that work there. And they do their best to help keep the place clean. Food is usually fairly decent. Though I've found it to be inconsistent in quality. But there is one thing that bothers me. No senior discounts are available (as far as I know). They used to offer a free soft drink for seniors. But not for a long time now. Many other restaurants offer senior discounts. And some even offer specially priced senior meals. It'd really be great if something like that would be offered! read more

CHLOE was the sweetest drive thru order taker. She was attentive and straight to the point. Positive and lovely.

I come here a few times a month for lunch and its definitely one of my favorite locations here in San Diego. I've never had an issue with the food and my order has been correct every single time. I go through the drive-thru 95% of the time I am there and the line is never really that long (compared to other locations I've been to) and the staff is friendly. read more

Shout out to this Chick-fil-A! In addition to offering a consistently delicious product, this team's customer service is amazing. I'm a "regular" and have seen the staff come and go over the years. But even with that, the management must be magic. Their staff is consistently cheerful and helpful. I regularly see the managers and staff engaging with clients while cleaning tables and offering refills. From top to bottom, the focus is on service. Cheers to you! read more

We got the original chicken sandwiches and they are bomb! I've gone to plenty of chick-fil-a's and this one is soo clean, the service is always on point and the food is always delicious! Will be coming back soon. read more

Lots of seating, always packed. Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich w/ a sweet tea is my go to. Their cookies are also insanely good. Staff is nice too. What I don't understand is the situation with the returning of the sauces. They have it placed under a UV light which is so far from the actual return basket that it defeats its purpose of sanitation. To me this makes me question the sauces they hand out to people because then if people are returning their unused sauces, it's then unsanitary unless they fix this whole UV situation. Parking outside is terrible. I see over the years they tried to fix it but if it's your first time here for sure you're gonna get lost. read more

I've tried to give this place several chances and honestly most of the time it's a miss. Their breakfast crew 90% of the time gets my order wrong. I do a simple order of chick-fil-a biscuit with egg whites and cheese. Either something is missing egg, cheese or even the chicken ‍. This is at least the second time they gave me a SPICY chicken fillet. I don't do spice at all, sadness but I can't handle it. I didn't call in this time because honestly I'm tired of calling to say "hey you got my order wrong (again). It's honestly sad simple things are missed. I broke off a piece in the picture below to show that the chicken has a red tint from their spices and that I ordered a normal sandwich. I don't want anything for free I just want the food I ordered. In another note lunch crew has it together. Can't say I've had an issue there. Skip this place for breakfast for sure!! read more

Milena was super sweet and patient with my toddler as she made her meal selections. As a busy mom, when lunch time hits, we need a place where families feel welcome. Stopped by here yesterday and I think this is the best chick fil A Ive gone to in San Diego so far. Easy parking, easy service, food was on point, and it was the details that made it awesome. For one, even though it seems pretty small, the place was very clean. The trash can was automated which was super cool to us and each high chair came cleaned with a little placemat for toddlers on each one. There's a QR code at every table so you can just order from your phone and they brought out our food and even gave us a toddler book for our toddler even though I didn't get a kids' meal. read more

This Chick-fil-A location is always exceptional. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. All customizations are always correct. The customer service is exemplary. The dining room is clean and well stocked. This location is also always involved in the community and hosting events like fund raisers and family nights. It is always a kid pleaser and we love supporting this location! read more

Everytime I come here my order gets messed up somehow or someway. I ordered 2 soups and nuggets and the workers seemed annoyed at me verifying that everything is in the bag. Meaning spoons, sauces and whatnot. I left with sandwiches and fries. I don't like coming to this chic fil a, this just furthered my point read more

Horrible customer service, both girls working the line tonight ignored us . One of the girls skipped our turn and a car behind us even though we were there longer. The other girl was still counting the money from the previous car that had ordered ahead of us and didn't even greet us. We decided to leave based on that interaction. read more

I am so impressed. The speed and service at which they had my order out at 2:45pm today - I placed the mobile order when I was close by and within four minutes I had the order and was on my way. Way to go! read more

5 stars for exceptional service, but I'm noticing sometimes the attention to orders can be a little hit and miss depending on the hour. I came by on a Saturday morning for the drive thru just before breakfast hours ended. It wasn't terribly busy but this location has an efficient plan to get through busy lines. The parking lot is extremely small, and can be a bit hazardous. There have been a couple extra stop signs installed to help with traffic, but like most parking lots, people don't really pay attention. My husband and I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a 4-count chicken mini. It was not a long wait from ordering to receiving our food, probably 10 minutes at most. Just as we were driving away, I noticed that the box for my chicken minis were actually a 4 count chicken tender. We turned back and walked inside, hoping to get the chicken minis in the order and swap out the chicken tenders. It took a minute to speak with someone, maybe would have been better to go through the line to the cashier, but it was much busier inside rhe restaurant than through the drive thru itself. I spoke with a very nice lady who quickly remedied the issue and was on my way back home with chicken minis in hand. read more

Asked for a LOT of ranch and he had the audacity to only give me one, had sass with us in the beginning too so idk what was up with that

Chick-fil-A is always great... But this particular spot gets extra kudos for the drive-thru here always being super efficient and quick to get through. Bonus that if you're traveling on the 15 Freeway South the Valley Pkwy offramp goes straight across into the Chick-fil-A, then you can easily jump right back in on. Pro-Tip: Want something light? Try the Kale Crunch side and order a 5 pc side of grilled chicken for protein. This is super tasty mixed AND only 250 calories. read more

Went there to try the homemade biscuits they didn't taste very homemade, but they weren't bad

We recently dined at Chick-fil-A and while the staff was polite when we first arrived, our experience left us feeling overlooked. While eating, no one came by to check if we needed anything, even though we noticed other tables being asked. They were also offering free samples of a new drink to everyone in the lobby except for us. On top of that, when customers were done eating, staff members kindly picked up their trays, but when we finished and threw ours away, they just looked at us and turned away. I truly don't want to assume, but it made us wonder if we were treated differently because we are Mexican. That thought alone made my family feel uncomfortable, which is disappointing since we usually associate Chick-fil-A with great service and hospitality. read more

Tracy was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming. it's employees like this that make me want to come back!

Chick-fil-A on Auto Parkway is a good choice, especially in the morning when it's not crowded. The Chick-fil-A biscuit is tasty, and the hashbrowns are great. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because one time my boyfriend and I were missing part of our order at night. Also, the key lime drink is a bit too sour for my liking. Overall, decent food, but I've had some issues with consistency. read more

It was quick to go to thru the drive thru fairly quickly. The staff were all friendly and nice. I got a chicken cob salad, which barely came with any chicken however. There's only about 3 small pieces of chicken and two tomatoes in my salad. When I've got this same salad in the past there's typically much more than this. The salad was mostly bacon bits, egg and lettuce which was disappointing to say the least. read more

Highly disappointed at our local Chick Fil A in Escondido. Ordered 2 salads through the Chick Fil A app. Picked up through drive in line. They Y couldn't find my order because it was listed under my first name not my last name as you would expect! Got home and was disappointed to find a chicken filet instead of the spicy sliced grilled chicken it is supposed to have. Person who handed me the salads did not mention the substitution. Both salads had old lettuce, not fresh! Never have had a problem at the location before! read more
