This used to be my go to place untill today, we waited for 40 min for our food to come out, on top of that I received my chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw in the middle as soon as I took a bite I let the manager know and she refused to give me a refund. I was meeting a friend for lunch, and wanted to try somewhere new. I've heard good things about this spot, so I said why not?! We ordered a chicken club combination and a patty melt combination. The cool thing is that they allow you to get either fries, onion rings, or Fried zucchini, or you can mix them up and select two. I got fries and onion rings with mine. The chicken club doesn't look anything like the picture. It tastes really good, and it is cooked real chicken (unlike many places where I question what I'm eating, LOL). But the presentation is really bad. My friend said the patty melt was good as well. The onion rings and the fries tasted really really good. I can't say much about their service because we didn't really deal much with their employees, but it was nice that one of the workers asked if we were finished and threw away our plates for us. Not sure if the one who attended us was new or not. Attitude and service was terrible. We used to frequent here quite often and decided to go today after so long and it was just beyond disappointing. We've always been satisfied with how kind the workers are but today just topped the cake. They continued to give me a drink with ice when we kindly told them we had ordered with no ice at the window and proceeded to argue back that it had no ice when it clearly did.
