Their staff gave my Uber order to the wrong person, so frustrating! Called and Andrea was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't even let me speak to a manager about it. This whole experience has been terrible customer service. I'm definitely not ordering from them again. This is for the Waba management team. This place is ripping people off. They charge for basic condiments. Ask for a single sauce and they want to charge you for it. The portion of chicken is small, they cut up a piece of chicken and put it to 3 plates. This place is next to my work, it's so stingy compared to every other waba I've ever been. Amazing customer service, I am a manager at cross Brothers just up the street from this Waba Grill. I buy lunch for my whole team every Saturday here and I am greeted by the BEST and most courteous cashier here, Mariana is outstanding goes above and beyond when making sure my order and needs are correct and offers options on the menu that are now my go to's ! My team and myself included love the food here and when I go and pick I feel very welcomed the energy she gives out is great and I definitely will continue to come in as I have for the past 3 months because of her. I have gone there multiple times and the bowls are poorly made. I dont know why I keep going there when every single time it's not fresh like the other waba grills. I live close so that's why I go. I am going to start driving further to a different waba grill because I just cant anymore. I love waba grill but this location is just not good. I waste my $ on a sweet and spicy bowl and they put so much sauce it was literally impossible to eat. It was so wet in my bowl. I ordered the waba bowl that includes steak and chicken with veggies. You can order with white or brown rice. Also, you can add waba sauce and avocado. The avocado costs extra but it's totally worth it. The waba sauce is tangy and sweet and it tastes better than the soy sauce. Since I ordered online it was a quick pick-up. The staff who attended me was nice and gave me my order quickly. The place was clean and the serving station was well kept. The serving station has hot sauces, waba sauce, soy sauce, jalapenos, green onions, toothpicks, salt, and pepper. The parking lot is small and there's several other businesses in the area that makes sometimes finding parking difficult. It's best to arrive before the lunch rush if possible. Although, during this COVID-19 time, I understand establishments taking precautions & putting up clear partitions to separate customers from employees, however i would expect that when employees serve customers, they would not require people to get closer to each other in order to carryout their new ways of serving. I was required to receive my food today, very close to other customers. THIS WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE, being that there was a whole area available to leave my bowl at (away from others, including employees) within reach of the server. The server left my order at the partition, requiring me to get near everyone . Again I understand partitions are placed for our safety, but our safety ends when we get close or each other. I guess I just expected the server to use common sense-so I wouldn't need to get close to the other customers (nor her/himself). This made me so uncomfortable, but again 'common sense ' isn't so common. Defeats the purpose of social distancing, when there is a farther space to place the order at. I don't think i'll be going back there anymore & I've been a customer for over 10 yrs. Management-speak to your staff, have them ENCOURAGE & PROMOTE SOCIAL DISTANCING, not just your new rules-sometimes your new rules need to be modified, given the situation.
