This is a great vegan restaurant. I had the ravioli and it was amazing! Not only was that good, the dessert was also tasty. We stumbled upon this gem by sheer accident and haven't stopped thanking our stars since. We were the only ones in the restaurant on a random Tuesday afternoon and got the opportunity to engage with the extremely friendly owner/head chef. His passion alone makes me want to give the place a 5 star but then I'd be doing a disservice to those reading this. The food deserves 10 stars! We got the hummus trio, Buddha Bowl, Risotto and the vegan "cheeseburger". If I were to describe each item, this review would take me all day. All I can say is that this is the only place in Seville would I return back too for more meals. Great job!!! read more

I was determined to find vegan glutenfree food from Sevilla and decided to check out this place. It was a bit tricky to find but well worth the search. Everything was amazing from the friendly owner, music and interior design to the food. Owner takes time to go through the menu with customers and I wanted to try them all! A nice healthy change of pace from most of the restaurants and love that not only gluten free but vegan options as well. We started with the cheese plate which had a nice choice of different cheeses with fresh figs too. I had the vegan burger for dinner and my husband had the vegetarian croquettes. Very good too. Fargo is a slow food farm to table restaurant with both a Spanish and English menu and lots of healthy options (and our waitress spoke fantastic English). I was traveling with a group around southern Spain and do a lot of research ahead of time due to having Celiac disease. Not only did I need to be gluten free, but one of the women I was traveling with has a gluten intolerance, and both she and one other women are pescatarians. In addition to offering lots of gluten free options, they have vegetarian and vegan options as well. For lunch we tried the roasted vegetables, cheese plate, and green pea humus with gf crackers. It was a little pricey - but it's to be expected in a touristy area and with this kind of specialized menu. Great food and service! read more

Incredible place in a town where unfortunately food is not that diverse and heatlhy.. We were very happy to find this restaurant after 4 days of greasy tapas Owned by a french but the guy is totally international so don't expect to find coq au vin or parmentier here ! The menu offers many organic, gluten free or even vegan options, but the point is that the food remains incredibly tasty (rare) .. I'm still dreaming of the desserts. I'm so glad we stumbled upon this gem. We went twice in our 3 days in Sevilla because the food was so fresh and delicious, and it was a celiac friendly zone. The owner is wonderful--friendly, multilingual, and dedicated to providing healthy, fresh, organic ingredients and creating delicious dishes. He's very knowledgeable and helpful about gluten free and vegan options. I especially enjoyed the vegetable quinoa lunch dish because I had been struggling to get my vegetable fix in the land of ham, cheese, and fried food. The vegan burger was also a treat. Out of nearly 3 weeks of going out for lunch and dinner everyday in Spain, easily in my top 3 restaurants. I was in a group of 6, I tried all of the dishes at the table, and there was not a single one that I disliked. In addition to the food, the wait staff and the owner are beyond kind, and entertaining besides. The owner is French, and I recommend engaging him in conversation beyond the simply "any recommendations?" If you happen to speak French, be forewarned, you may find yourself responding in it for the rest of the night! Now, as for the foo: I, personally, ordered the Surtido de Tapas, the assortment of tapas; however, I was additionally able to sample the focaccia, the Surtido de Croquetas, the hamburger, and the Delhi-burger. I would highly recommend it all. The croquetas have numerous flavor a, my personal favorite being the one partially filled with red cabbage. The Delhi-burger was fantastic, and it comes with a great side-dish of rice with walnuts, pomegranates, and raisins, covered in a high-quality olive oil. Both of the assortments are more than worth it, and they can come in either a vegetarian or meat form. It should be noted that this is restaurant is an example of a more traditional country cooking (perhaps one could label it a part of the Slow Food philosophy) - local and in-season ingredients are used, so things that are around in early summer might not be around mid-fall. Of course, we cannot leave out dessert: we tried the the chocolate sampler dessert (cafe au gourmand, I seem to recall, but I forgot to take a photo of the menu), the flambéed fruits, the chocolate-Earl Grey mousse, and the lime-coconut pie. All of them were excellent. The chocolate sampler has one small biscuit, a truffle, a liqueur chocolate bonbon, and a warm walnut chocolate cake (those are in ascending order of size); we managed to share two between six of us, but that was with each person taking very controlled bites. I would say that if you have even a moderate hunger for desserts, it should serve 2, maximum; if you are a chocolate lover, get it all for yourself. As for the mousse, some at the table though it was too heavy on the Earl Grey, but I thought it was very well done and struck a perfect balance between the flavors. It is worth getting the flambéed fruits just for the cognac syrup that the fruit is swimming in. And finally, for the lime-coco tart, think Key lime pie, but scaled to a French patisserie: it was more rounded and balanced in its flavor, and it managed the perfect sweet-to-sour ratio. And the crust was positively incredible. All in all, very much deserving of a 5-star rating and a return visit. There are many more things to try, and beyond that, many more seasons of vegetables and fruits to experience. read more
