I initially wanted the falafel wrap but the gentleman working persuaded me to get the falafel gyro instead. Honestly it was so loud with the live band that I couldn't quite hear why he suggested that falafel option but again, I am glad I listened to him! I did have to wait over 15 minutes for my order but I didn't really mind and again, totally worth the wait. The falafel itself was tasty and flavorful and not dry at all and it was loaded with lettuce, pickles, and topped w feta cheese. I was very impressed with the taste and devoured my meal quickly. I ordered the chicken and beef kabobs with rice and freshly ground humus which was excellent. A terrific blend of spices that blended garbanzo beans, tahini and garlic. Not too much of any one ingredient. The balance was so perfect in fact, that I won't buy it from any other store. The kabobs were filling (had leftovers) spiced perfectly and were juicy. Not a dry kabob by any means! Just flavorful bite after bite. Melt in your mouth I tell ya! I even bought the ingredients to make the hibiscus tea and will attempt it soon.
