I called Saturday morning (same day as our drinks/dinner plans) and Lorenzo answered, he was extremely professional on the phone and very politely asked questions about our needs for the evening. Once I agreed we would like to book, I was asked to provide a few simple details and received an invoice, making the process extremely smooth and easy. Communication continued to be smooth leading up to our driver arriving. Adrian was our driver and he was extremely communicative and great as well. We had a few stops that evening and Adrian was always ready for us and parked right outside the establishment we were leaving and dropped us right in front of our next stops, too. It was easy to coordinate just a simple text 10 minutes before we wanted to be picked up and he was there! Definitely recommend for anyone who would like a fun, seamless option for transportation. Note: our Airbnb was approx. 50 minutes away from where we were hanging out and having dinner for the night and we felt completely safe throughout the drive. Will use again in the future!

A party bus didn't make sense, but a nice car with a reliable driver made all the difference in the world! The task was to drive from Fontana to Tustin and then from Tustin to the prom venue in Orange. We rented a limo from Amazing Limousines, and it was anything but amazing. The vehicle was…read moreextremely dirty, both inside and out -- it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The air conditioning didn't work, which made the ride uncomfortable, and the driver divider was broken, so there was no privacy at all. After our concert, things got even worse. We had to walk around trying to find our driver and limo, calling him multiple times with no answer. We finally had to call the owner, Art, who managed to track him down -- turns out the driver had two phones and gave us the wrong number. When we eventually found the limo, we had to run into a crowded street just to let ourselves in. We have used them in the past, 1st time was really good and I wrote a positive review, 2nd time was awful but Art told me he had to sub the contract out and that was why the service was bad, 3rd and final time was terrible. Done with this company! Art did compensate us for two extra hours since we went over time, but honestly, it didn't come close to making up for how bad the experience was. Between the broken equipment, filthy car, and unprofessional service, I would not recommend Amazing Limousines to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable experience.
