I can't say enough good things about Wireless Planet. What I appreciate most is their honesty…read more I brought in an older MacBook that had taken a fall and was hoping it could be repaired. Instead of trying to sell me on an expensive repair, they were straight with me and told me exactly what I needed to hear: the repair wasn't worth the cost and I'd be better off putting that money toward a newer machine. A little later I had a similar issue with a broken iPad. Again, they were completely upfront that repairing it wouldn't make financial sense. Rather than trying to make a quick buck, they helped me find a newer used model at a great price and even had it ready for me before a business trip when I really needed it. It's rare to find businesses that are more concerned about helping the customer than maximizing a sale. These guys have earned my trust, and that's why I'll keep coming back. Highly recommend Wireless Planet to anyone looking for honest advice, fair pricing, and great customer service.

I'm willing to try these guys again and next time I will insist on meeting with the technician who resolves the issue. They are right there on site. You just have to ask for the particular technician who resolved your issue. Other employees may not have your answer. Also not a big fan of the service ticket sticker applied to the laptop. Mine was difficult to remove from the laptop as I inadvertently left it on, and I think the sun baked it on a bit. It would be nice if the shop would simply remove their sticker upon pick up.

Best part, the amount I paid was the quoted amount they estimated. Took a few days to get all of the parts from the various online retailers, and less than 2 hours to put it all together. I was in awe, I thought it would have taken much longer to build a computer from store bought parts. After building the computer I have had him give me all sorts of advice on maintenance, security and even additional add-ons that aren't necessarily part of the computer, such as speakers. A+ service, and reasonably priced. I've been to several "computer expert" shops and they all wanted to charge in the hundreds for any small service, and half the time they didn't even seem to know what they were talking about. Erkelenz Technology Services knows what they are doing, and really seem to love doing it. I will never go anywhere else for any computer needs as long as they are around.

After having 3 other companies out to help me with what I thought would be a simple fix. Connecting my printer to my computer. Ended up being a complete headache. I was thinking I was going to have to get a new computer and/or printer. Paul was my 4th company and attempt to help me. I wish I would have called him first. He figured out it was a network issue and my different devices were pulling different IP addresses, thus not being able to connect. He reconfigured everything and went in and labeled everything and showed me exactly what to do if I have any issues in the future. He also went above and beyond. I was never able to get my scanner to properly connect with my computer and he did that too! If you have any computer/ network issues. Do yourself a favor. Call Paul first. (Also, he is so reasonably priced. One of the companies before him charged me almost the same amount without being able to do anything!)

I found Just Tech Solutions on Yelp and took my iPad over. Despite a few snafus in the beginning that were uncontrollable, Fred went above and beyond (the guy came in right before he left for vacation) to make sure my concern was checked and the issue would be taken care of.
