Now $11.50 for one burrito, that's $23 for 2. When they used to be $8.20 each(look at my photos), then went to $9 which wasn't terrible. But now $11.50. Sooner or later they are gonna price themselves out of customers.

Just what it advertises! I love this little neighborhood diner. It's always clean, well-staffed and the service is fast. I like that they bring the food to your table. I often order the California Chicken sandwich. It's a generous portion, big enough to split. The bread bowl clam chowder is also great (only available Fridays). No frills, just a clean and consistent restaurant with good food. I'd say it's fantastic.

This place never disappoints and it's truly the most affordable place to go now! The menu shows $7.99 for a hamburger. 75c to add cheese. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries and they mentioned having a 2 for 1 deal. It ended up being only $15.83! Even cheaper than a plain hamburger on its own. What a deal! They also give you ranch for free! :D

This is My Family' s Favor restaurant for hamburger, pastrami sandwich and best Zucchini fries here over 10 years until now We still stop by here anytime by the way went somewhere pass by here Service good & great food as the price

The size is MUCH smaller now and the QUALITY is bad!!! ... Hardly any meat. Just cheese & potatoes!! The price is still $10

So sad!!! I was craving a breakfast burrito, but knowing I can't eat the whole thing, I asked for it to be cut and wrapped into two. I've bought this before (see previous review) and it WAS delicious!! HOWEVER... today's was less than adequate. (See photo) I heard the lady ahead of me also order breakfast burrito, but she was specifically asking for NO POTATOES!! ...which I thought was kind of extreme, but now, I'm really wondering what she actually got in her burrito because mine was almost ALL cheese & potatoes!!! In addition, the burrito is now very TINY. I probably could have eaten the entire thing now, but I started feeling full and bloated from all the carbs and cheese! If I were to guess, there MAY have been ONE chopped up link sausage in the half I ate, MAX. IDK about the other half that I tossed. I'm going to think twice before coming back and note my PREVIOUS review was FIVE stars and I'm a proud 10-year elite Yelper.

TL;DR - I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative, this is one of my go-to spots. The interior is a little sad, but the food makes up for it. The staff is always very kind, patient, and helpful. My favorite food from here: fantastic burger breakfast burrito chicken sandwich sweet potato fries chicken tenders I would definitely recommend if you're looking for some fairly cheap fast food that's not too unhealthy!!

It is accessed by either going through the entrance between the 3020 and 3030 buildings and walking through the lobby or you can find the shop's entrance on the backside of the building. They have a couple tables inside the shop and a couple in the building's lobby area as well as a single outdoor table. The couple who operate this shop are so friendly and welcoming to their customers. While they make sandwiches and have a wide variety of drinks in a large fridge, they also have many other items (including a freezer full of ice cream bars). It's almost like a deli and mini-mart as they sell sundries like batteries, Q-tips, headache pills, crackers, candy bars, etc. but I had come for a quick lunch. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and grabbed an A&W root beer from the cooler. I sat at one of the indoor tables and my sandwich was ready in mere minutes. The deli pastrami was very tender and flavorful, accompanied by mustard, melted swiss cheese, and pickles. The bread was very fresh. Although the sandwich was on the small side it was very good. Not being quite full, I purchased a Haagen-Dazs bar from the options in their ice cream freezer on the way out, the perfect ending to my lunch on a hot day.

The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. For how expensive coming here was, I wish I was a little more satisfied.

I really enjoyed the thoughtfulness and atmosphere of the place. It is super cute and cozy in a little neighborhood next to the park. The food here was delicious as well! I really appreciated this, as many restaurants have lost the art of customer service. On my return visit I tried the chilaquiles, which I enjoyed. I think they would have been improved with a second egg, but the sauce on them was tasty, the chips used for the base were high quality, and it was a perfectly sized serving. I noticed on this visit that some of the tables had fluffy blankets over the chairs, since it was a little cooler out that morning, which was a very nice touch. The owner was also making the rounds, stopping at every table to welcome and check in with the guests. That kind of care makes a big impression and I believe it's a big part of their success. I haven't been for dinner yet, but the owner let me know they have live music some nights and I would love to check that out.
