So I moved out to Norco about 6 years ago and I've always told my self I would try this place so today me and my fiancé decided to eat here and I have to say this place was amazing. I ordered the cowboy and I have to say it was a really great hamburger all the ingredients tasted fresh and the bacon was delicious. My fiancé ordered the Hawaiian burger and her comment on the burger was it tasted authentic. The quality of the food was amazing the fries were seasoned really well and the onion rings had a really nice texture and flavor. Let me preface this by saying I will be going back to fantastic and usually their food is great. However on 6/20/20 my experience was by far the worst I have ever had. My friends and I often go and this time we ordered the fried chicken dinner. I usually get this or the tenders. The worker told us they are almost out of chicken and are going to throw in a tender in each meal. We said it was fine. I had to update my review and remove 2 stars I came by recently and the same order I have gotten more than 20 times, was much different. The burgers seemed like they had different buns, a much smaller patty, the onion rings were tiny, and overall the entire burger was much smaller However, I was still charged the same price of 13-14$ for 2 burgers The burgers were also missing ingredients and didn't have tomatoes, even though every order I've had of burgers had tomatoes on them. There was way too much sauce on 1 of the burgers and it kind of ruined the flavor/taste Idk what this was but it certainly isnt the 4 star burgers I used to buy The prices are too high and I can get myself 11 freshly cooked thighs from Popeyes for like 16$ Or I can get 2 small burgers for 14$ from Fantastic That just doesn't make sense anymore, im sorry but I think I wont be eating here anymore read more

Went for breakfast. You have to stand and order your food and go sit down. They bring it to you. My breakfast was so dry I couldn't eat it. The bacon was so salty I didn't finish it. To be honest, I was pretty impressed with this little place. No, it's not the best burger around, but I feel less gross after eating this than the typical chain burger restaurants. The group I was with also ordered zucchini sticks and onion rings. The batter was pretty good, nice and crispy and very flavorful. The zucchini was disappointing, rather soggy. But the onion rings were great. The burger itself was so so, I just got their most basic burger with everything on it. I'd be willing to try another one. This review was originally going to be a two star but because the manager asked us what they could do better, it really made the difference. While we waited for our car to get washed next door we decided to stop by to have some lunch here. We were starving and it was way past lunch time. You know that saying, "when you're hungry everything taste good", is a lie. I really love this place for their breakfast but I've tried many attempts to like they're lunch and dinner menu and haven't had any luck. The burgers lack flavor and the bread they use is stale and dry. The chicken strips were over cooked and dry. The onion rings were drenched in oil and was soggy so we switched them to fried zucchini which wasn't any better. The batter they use is orangey and had a funny flavor to it. I wasn't impressed with the burger, chicken strips, or sides we had today. I'm really not sure if we will ever try their lunch or dinner menu again. My family and I come here once a week or two. Onions rings are the usual for us here. Last Monday, Memorial weekend to be exact, we got a batch of onion rings drenched in oil. Sorry to have to add a negative review but it's the second time they have messed up my order. I called ahead and ordered 2 breakfast burritos, one with sausage and beans and 1 with no meat. The girl was having a hard time with my order (always happens) but I reiterated that I wanted one with hash browns, eggs n cheese and another with eggs, hash brown and cheese and sausage and beans. Didn't have to wait too long once I got to the restaurant. Took the burritos home to enjoy my post workout meal and omg my burrito just had egg on it. Just egg, barely any cheese, no hash browns??? I don't typically write reviews but I felt I had to this time around. I ordered a chorizo burrito from this establishment. I was enjoying it until I bit into something quiet hard. Almost felt like my tooth had cracked. I immediately opened up the burrito to see what I had bit into and come to find, it was a hard piece of what seemed to be plastic (see pic). This is quite concerning so I immediately called to speak to a manager and inform them of what I had found in my burrito. The employee I spoke to on the phone said the manager was not in today. I explained the incident to the employee as I thought they may be concerned of what is happening in their kitchen and she rudely dismissed my concerns and told me "this has never happened to us before" and went on to say I would need to wait til tomorrow to speak to the manager. I am not asking for anything in return but god forbid I or someone else had cracked a tooth in the process or choked on this piece of plastic. I'm not sure if Fantastic is under new ownership, but in the past few months the food hasn't been the greatest like before. I got chili cheese fries today and they were disgusting drowning in chili, no cheese. The place is pricey but was okay with it since quality of food is good. I doubt I'll go back after today. I just Grub Hubbed a Collosal burger and chili cheese fries from this establishment. First time ever, saw them, saw their prices and decided to give them a try. The order was 20 minutes late, I know I can't blame Fantastic Cafe, when I received my Delivery I see the chili cheese fries in a box on bottom of bag and I see a dingy paper bag on top with something rolled up in it. I pull the greasy bag out looking for the burger and I noticed there was something in there but way to small for a burger, I unrolled the paper and there was my burger half eaten.
