Sugar cookies tasted really good & so did the frosting. Usually I don't like a lot of store/bakery bought sugar cookies/icing because they taste artificial. You could tell these were freshly baked and icing was homemade. The business did a local fundraiser for the schools and also offers events for summer camps. I would definitely like to try more of their creations! read more

YUM cupcakes what could be better then your own private cake right? this place is in one of those strip of stores you barely notice unless your looking I was at the sushi down the strip and saw fanny cakes and being a sweets fan I had to go on in big cases with pretty cupcakes considering the size of the cases there was a minimal amount of cupcakes but they all looked really pretty this place stands out for me because of the cold fridge case...and that in this shop means REAL whip cream topping! I ordered two cold cup cakes the chocolate chip mouse and the chocolate cannoli lovely tasty cakes with the candy pearls so yummy looks they serve coffee but that was not on my agenda I would like to come back for some more fanny cakes read more

Best wedding cake ever! We are so happy we decided to get our cake from Kristyn at Fanny Cakes! From my first phone call with her to set up the tasting appointment, she was an absolute delight to work with. I loved her story about how her cake shop is named after her grandma Fanny who taught her how to bake! My whole family came along for the tasting (because who doesn't like to eat cake?). Kristyn and her mom, Patty, went above and beyond with the flavors I had requested before the appointment and a whole sampling of others they had on hand based on what they were baking in the back. The two of them are so much fun! We laughed and had a great time. We even left with a dozen cupcakes to share at a family event later that evening. Many people have moved away from traditional wedding cakes, but cake has always been one of my favorite things about wedding so it was very important that I had a great cake at my wedding. Everything was incredibly delicious. The cakes was dense and moist, and the flavors were incredible. We ended up with a four tier classic looking cake with two tiers of vanilla cake with raspberry mousse and white chocolate raspberry ganache, and two tiers of chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream. Even my non cake eating husband LOVED it! The cake was definitely a hit at the wedding as well. We received lots of complements on the flavors and quality of the cake. It was beautiful with simple white frosting and I had my florist provide simple white flowers and greenery to top it. We saved the top tier (chocolate and caramel layer) and took it on our honeymoon with us. It was such a treat we enjoyed each day while looking out at the ocean from our deck in the Bahamas. We will definitely return to Kristyn and Patty at Fanny Cakes for our future cake needs! read more

Fanny Cakes is simply awesome! I've used them twice now to make cake pops for occasions and they came out great. My son just turned one and I had them make farm animal cake pops and they're the most adorable things I've ever seen. They have a great flavor selection and they're really nice people! I came across this place after having lunch next door. It is a very cute boutique bakery. But like everyone else, I don't care what the bakery looks like, I want something that is good. I had a cupcake and it was the most delicious cupcake I have eaten in a long while. They stray from the typical vanilla cupcake with butter cream. Ordered custom cupcakes of 12 from here and was very disappointed. The decorations I asked for looked cheap and the cupcake was dry and had no flavor. The consistency was more like a muffin. And about a dozen kinds of cake pops. The chocolate liqueur cupcake was stale. The cannoli filled cupcake was very fresh. The coconut cake pop very fresh.
