The "host" hands you a menu and takes your order while you're waiting in line. And your food arrives almost as soon as you sit down. And it's tasty. I had "oil noodles" plus spicy cucumbers. My wife had noodles with beef in broth plus spicy shredded tofu. All four dishes were excellent. Seriously. There's a burly guy in the front window making the noodles, which includes loud slams as he stretches and pulls the dough.
